Unfortunately i tried to book a irctc ticket using razorpay payment gateway but my money diducted from bank using google pay and no ticket booked.

On 3/03/2019 i had received spam call asking me about debit card no and i had given by trusting him and then he made an payment from your payment on time of 11:32 am and my card details are :[protected]st six digit) 3548 (Last 4 digit)

For proof i have message from bank about deduction :-

Neither ticket booked nor cancelled. How do i know if ticket is going to get booked or transaction will be cancelled?
Should i book ticket again? What about this transaction? Pending status gets cancelled or confirmed?
Please reply urgently as i need to book the tickets urgently..

I had book tickets but payment was pending and then gets failed and ticket also dont get booked though the money gets deducted from my bank account.
So how can i get it back.
I had also call to irctc they said money will automatically credited to your bank within 5-6 days bt still after 7 days money are not credited.

Hello There,

I have used Rajorpay service to pay on irctc to book a ticket. Later I cancelled it and according to IRCTC, they have refunded it on 07th Jan through Rajorpay.

The amount still not have credited(as on 12 Feb 2019). I opened a support ticket(354917) but they are not cooperative. Rajorpay refund tracking service also...

I made a ticket booking on irctc using razorpay gateway through google pay upi.
Amount was deducted from my account but it wasn't paid to irctc.
Transaction was successful on google pay upi, but it was not received by irctc.
Razorpay is the payment gateway where the transaction is lying. Please check the matter.
