I have booked ticket from irctc but transaction cancelled and money has been deducted. I have compeleted the transaction through paytm upi. Ia have complained to the paytm regarding that but paytm says it is successful from side complaint to the recievers side. So please below are the txn id and upi reference id

    Placed an order for sony soundlink wireless around-ear set costing rs 1899/- on 7th march, 2019 on frillmobile. I was supposed to receive 2 headphones:
    1) bose soundlink wireless around-ear headphones with mic (Black)
    2) bose sound sports free limited edition truly wireless headphones (Ultra violet)
    Instead i have received one single faulty jbl headphone today on 10th march, 2019. My order number is 6037
    Please arrange for a return of this purchased headphone at the earliest and treat this matter as the most urgent.

    I had order dress on bewrely. Com with price 399Rs of order id 63022.but order is cancelled due to inventory issue .I have got email refund successful but still money is not transmitted in my account...I had done payment through credit card..when money is transmitted in my account balance.

        While booking ticket from irctc app i opted for razor pay option for transaction. Money got deducted from razor pay but irctc shows transaction failure "no response from bank". I waited for 10 - 15 minutes thinking response might be slow but then i booked my ticket through debit card.

        Also, i have attached my transaction details.

        Please, refund the money which got deducted through razor pay.

          Booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay (debit card) The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank.             I tried to book my railway ticket through irctc app and i used razorpay to make my payment. But my ticket is not booked nor do i have got money returned.

              Hello sir,
              I tried you online procedure for opening an demat_trading account 03rd march, 2019. I followed each and every step for opening the account and payment had done via razorpay but, the results are negative. Non of one account has been opened by your side.
              They told me that some documents had been required like aadhar card, pancard & 6 months bank statement and 2 photo of my. I tried that too but the account had not been opened. Everytime your team ask for the different document. Now i am not able to provide any kind of document to your team. If you are not able to open the account without the any more documents you had asked, then please refund my money back asap.

                  06.03.19 i paid 11574 rupees loan due amount moneyview using ur razorpay. Amount deducted my bank account but server failed not connect moneyview page. Its no one conformation message or mail receive moneyview side. And also check mini statement that amount 11574 deducted razor pay (Ecommerce).

                  I copied for my text message for ur reference.

                                My irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 4520.0 date 23/02/2019. Please my amount credited in account. And shortlist my problem shortlist imeditly.
                                Railway ticket booking date[protected].
                                But amount deduct 4520.00 and ticket not booked. Resion "confirm birth not to meet".
                                And please my respective amount credited in transaction bank account.

                                  I am Rajesh Harinkhede I try to book a ticket through IRCTC app and my payment transferred to razorpay account but ticket not get, I think it's not transferred to IRCTC so please refund the money.

                                  I had made a transaction on 02/02/2019 on banggood. The money was deducted from my account but didn't reach the banggood, the payment gateway I chose was razorpay. Now i am following up with banggood and they are denying for any payment as they not received it.

                                    I made a payment to marrow app using your payment gateway on 19/01/2019 and the amount of 26, 500 was deducted from the account but the payment to the app was not successful.It's been more than a month since the transaction and there has been no refund from your end and also I have filed numerous complaints on your website and have not recieved any feedback from razorpay nor have received any callback from razorpay. The company's customer care centre is perpetually not working with the the same excuse of being overloaded.

                                    Kindly look into this callous and unprofessional attitude of yours and act on my innumerable complaints at once.The payment was made using upi and have enclosed a confirmation message from razorpay.

                                        Sir, I got a call in the name of Bank of India, the person took card details, and made a transfer of rs. 1900, and I got a text message stating "BOI - Rs 1900 has been Debited to Your Ac XX5970 from POS-RAZORPAY AIRTEL PAYM on 21-02-19."
                                        Could this be reversed or cancelled or is there anything else that can be done.
