Sir i had booked a ticket from irctc on 20th june 2018 12:41 am through googlepay, powered by 'razorpay'.₹305.49 was deducted from my account but in the "failed transaction history"of my irctc account it is showing that "the transaction is pending from bank's end" the transaction id was-[protected]. Even after 5 days i have not got any refund.. Kindly look into it.. I have attached the screenshots of google pay as well as irctct transaction details..

      Hi,

      I made a payment using razorpay / paytm upi on armaf.co.in.

      Due to a technical failure, my money was debited but razorpay did not complete the payment on the merchant website and i was left with no order confirmation.

      Please refund my money. I raised a ticket for razorpay but have received no meaningful update.

      I tried to book tickets via irctc on jan 19, 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account

                      Hai,

                      I tried to book ticket from IRCTC app. But, once the amount is debited from my account through Razorpay, I received the message as
                      "PENDING FROM BACKEND". And the ticket is "not booked" .
                      And I didn't find any booking details in transaction history. Kindly refund my money at the earliest.

                        On 3/6/019, I tried to do a transaction of booking of Spicejet flight of worth 5191 Rs by the use of razor pay payment online. The amount was deducted from my account but no ticket was booked and my money wasn't refunded to my account uptil now. I tried to call razor pay customer care but all in vain. Name vivek, state MP, transaction ID[protected].plz refund my amount to my account as soon as otherwise I had to follow any other lawful procedure.

                          I booked a spicejet flight on 3/6/019 through razorpay. A total of 5191 Rs was deducted from my account but no ticket was booked and my money wasn't refunded uptil now. I want to refund my money back to my account. Name vivek from MP, singrauli district, vindhyanagar.please help me to get my money back to my account. I'm waiting for many days and I have complained about it to sbi branch but no result has come to appear yet. I want that immediate action to be taken against such type of lacuna.

                            The total fee for applying new passport is rs 1500/-. Razorpay is the only method of payement autoselected by passport website. Why did razorpay deduct rs 4000/-? Their customer service is unreachable.

                              I am Aman Anand. I am a student. I am unlocking my fresherworld account and paid of ₹825 for premium membership for fresherworld through Canara Bank UPI. I got successfully message but amount was deduct but still premium not unlocked.

                              I tried to book tatkal ticket from irctc and while paying through razor pay UPI, my money was deducted and showed successfully paid .
                              But in IRCTC my ticket has not been booked.

                                (https://www.quora.com/unanswered/I-hosted-a-event-in-Mumbai-through-events-high... hosted the event in mumbai sold my ticket from events high company and they said there are some fraud transaction and said we won’t be able to release the payment, later they said razorpay is not releasing the payment please wait for reply from razorpay and later razorpay told me that they will release the payment after 180 days and after 180 days razorpay released the payment to events high and now events high is not paying me saying we are unable to contact customer there email ids are invalid and there phone number are invalid, so we can’t confirm the payment from the customer so you have 3 days to confirm that customers are real and valid
                                Then asked me to contact customer whom i don’t know even
                                Now they are not releasing my payment
                                And now they are telling me that they have evidence that the event is fake it there event never happened

                                The time when money was with razorpay they said me sir as we get money from razorpay we will release but now they are not releasing the payment

                                Shall i issue the court letter or what should i do

                                  I booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 175 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i enquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at the bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of booking.

                                    I tried to book tickets via irctc on 2nd june, 2019 through google pay app. The money was deducted and google pay app showed that the payment had been done.                                       I paid house rent rs 5400 to my house owner account on 01 jun 19 at 0953hrs. The has not been credited till. I am facing a lot of trouble as a indian army soldier to paid my house rent the same has been credited till.
