Hi, facing the same issue . this site collectionbazarshop.myshopify.com along with Razor pay looting people by running fake advertisement on fb and lotting people money .

Solution just send the mail to razor pay attaching your detail screenshot of transaction ID and other detail as i did and they will refund you amount.
