Hello there
I purchased shared BK plan and invested my money in that according to shared BK agreement "from the date of vental bicycle investors will we provide rental services for the the equipment purchased by shared bk. The less period is 90 days, the daily profit is 15 rupees and the total profit is 1350 rupees and didn't provide me services perfectly as it promised to me but it cheated me and scammed and run away with my money. I invested my money in shared BK because is connected to trusted Gateway razorpay so please refund my amount in my account please refund my money in my account as soon as possible

      SIP amount of 4000 debited twice from my account through Razorpay.
      Actual SIP amount of 4000 debited on 5th March and on 6th March again 4000 was debited from my bank account from Razorpay which is unauthorised. I'm using NiyoMoney for my SIP's and they deduct the amount through Razorpay.

      Request to refund the amount to my bank account.

        I have shared all the details in 2019 with all the documents listed on the website, still, Razorpay didn't enable my account for settlement.

        They kept my account KYC pending for 1.5 years, why you are not transparent on the website when asking for a document. Once you give all documents mentioned on the website, they will ask for some more documents through emails such as Director PAN, Aadhar, etc. Why can't you go and check the MCA website to verify the validity of DIN. MCA itself is doing KYC every 24 months

        I also provided those documents yesterday, now they are asking about my business model, I explained that to them also. This is quite frustrating with Razorpay, what else you need ?

              Razor pay is a completely fraud company, never trust anyone from razor pay. They will hold your funds for months without any reason and never settle your funds. They always ask you to raise tickets which are never responded back. Phone number is never responded.

              First they allow me to accept payments and then they are delaying the settlements to hold my funds for months without any reason.

              Their support team is useless and outsourced. They did not know anything other than raising new tickets

                I run my registered company wher I hold my official account with IDFC first bank and also hold retail POS from the same bank itself.
                Usually we do have online transaction with the clients who resides in remote areas to access the purchased order with payment to be done only via online mode, so we came up on the online seamless transaction razorpay for the genuine and user friendly interface for online service, though it's genuine transaction our payment has set to hold and i ourself who errands a msme business runs for daily credit basis the razorpay makes payment under hold for more than 5 days and the customer support team also not responsive for the settlements which is still under hold with not given a proper response, and I wonder though it is verified proper KYC account which is no way to make a fraudulent activities considers it has risk.

                I really condemn this action from razorpay and highly frustrated with inappropriate activities done from razorpay service.

                I really in need of this action to be considered on priority.

                                      My name is Bibrata Das.On 8th December 2021 at 3:11 pm.I was paying 4th instalment of Reimalie Academy Bongaigaon Rs 21630 through Razorpay by using Debit card.My transation Id is[protected].But Razorpay does not send the money to the Reimalie Academy Bongaigaon rather than it was send money to the zomate and amount is showing 242 which is [censored]..I have bank statement and enough evidence that i was send to Reimalie Academy amount 21630..please help me sir and resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                        Ordered a gaming chair from PdLifestyle dated 25th Jan from this site:

                                        Hi Anas, We have managed to get the transaction ID which is[protected], and when we enter that in the field on the link that you provided, it says "Please re-enter a valid ID or try entering another one" although the transaction ID that we have put is correct one.
