I need Refund for the following "pay_GhoDiK7ru2J23L" payment ID. I paid via UPI Rs. 9000 for 6 months of Service. Please Initiate full Refund as their service is Unavailable.
Earlier I talked to the FitArt team and they are saying they have "No refund policy".Please help me out ASAP as I am so frustrated.

    I paid for a product on 12-March-2021

    Amount Paid: INR 299.00

    I never received this product from avenue collection.
    The email with ordernumber is attached here.

    Kindly cancel this transaction and give back my money as this seems to be a fraud transaction. Kindly also take action on the vendor . The email id claimed is info.[protected]@gmail.com

                I was having lot of trust on razorpay. But due to having support with online fraud apps like the shoppers. Now I am thinking about giving one star or 0 to Razorpay on playstore. Because I transferred 12200 to the shoppers through Razorpay. Now I want refund. As payumoney gave some people their money back. Why can't razorpay do this. Because in future people will start disliking razorpay and will start using and showing trust on others like payumoney. As I am giving screenshot of that transaction of 12200.please try to solve my problem. And refund

                          Any financial services company need to have a clear cut contact details. Be it email or customer care number. Razor pay has neither. They expect you to raise a ticket with transaction I'd. But what if you haven't received your transaction I'd. Under the pretext of Corvid they also do not have a working phone number. The chat is a bot. When will companies realize that customers would like to speak to real people.

                          I have made a transaction till now I do not know where to contact and whom to contact. RBI should take note of this. Fintech needs to be regulated.

                                      I have successfully made the payment of Rs. 499 to f cloth company towards the mopping robot on 30/12/20; my payment id is pay_GJHeNxGtyp8WIG. The payment was made through SBI net banking.

                                      So far no product is shifted.

                                      F cloth is basically cloth selling company. how can they send the mopping robot. i think this payment has gone to the wrong person.
