Hello,
Today, I booked the ticket from using Razorpay via BHIM UPI but ticket didn't get booked but money(1125Rs.) was deducted from the bank account.
But i didnot get a confirmation about the my booking against transaction id:[protected].I enquired about this to IRCTC website about booking and transaction the said they didn't get the amount...
Plz solve my problem as soon as possible

We checked the UPI id `[protected]` of
₹ 1, 125.00 made on April 19th 2018 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction.If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days. If you do not receive the refunds, Feel free to drop us a email to [protected]@razorpay.com with a copy of your bank statement from the date of debit till date. we will be glad to help.

I tried to book a ticket from RAJAHMUNDRY to VISAKHAPATNAM, and when I paid through UPI (UPI ID: [protected]@pnb)money got deducted from my account but IRCTC says ticket is not issued due to transaction failure.

    For booking my tkt i used razor pay gateway but money got stuck in razorpay. I hd selected bhim upi for the payment and then ingit a request of ticket money from the razor so i accepted that and paid money. But i didnt get a confirmation about the my booking against transaction id:[protected].
    I enquired about this to irctc website about booking and transaction the said they didn't get the amount... Plz solve my problem as soon as possible

          I have done IRCTC payment on dated 16/04/ 2018 through Paytm bhim upi but payment not received by IRCTC due to no response from [protected]@hdfc bank while amount deducted from my account.
          So still my tickets not confirmed, kindly resolve this issue and refund my amount of 210 Rs.

            Hi,

            I was trying to book e-ticket on 13/04/18 from NDLS-LKO through IRCTC rail connect app. I made a payment of 870 INR using Razorpay payment gateway, listed on the IRCTC app for payment but ticket did not book and amount deducted from my Paytm account.

            I made a payment through Paytm UPI ID ([protected]@paytm). But I am still waiting for a refund.

                I, Sandipan Bandyopadhyay, booked a ticket from Burdwan(BWN) to Malda Town(MLDT) from the IRCTC Rail Connect app on 11th April. I did my payment through Razorpay portal by Tez app upi. Payment have been deducted but ticket is not booked. Payment was 340/-, it is deducted from my bank account and has been transferred to razorpay account but the ticket is not booked. Its a fraud. Please I am requesting everyone not to use Razorpay portal! Image is attached below.

                  I want to dispute this transaction. I tried to book ticket on irctc paying via razorpay using upi, after i approved the transaction the amount got deducted but the ticket wasn't booked.

                  The transaction failed but i was charged. This is so unacceptable the whole upi interface has this major flaw. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                    I booked a ticket on 28 March and being in waiting list I cancelled ticket on 31march for which IRCTC refunded 935 rupees to rozorpay but this razorpay has not credited the money to my account.
                    I am feeling like cheated by them even I'll complaint to IRCTC regarding their fraud.

                      i book my train ticket at irctc app via razorpay upi gateway. but problem is there is amount is deducted in my bank and ticket not booked. irctc transaction shows trans failed. so please refund my ₹ 645/- on my bank account.

                        I have replied back to email but still no response from your side.
                        Irctc has refunded amount of ₹425/- to rozarpay on 02/03/2018. but my credit card ending 7041 is not credited yet.

                            I booked a train ticket worth 7120rs by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reasons i cancelled the ticket and it's been 06 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but they aren't depositing to my account. Please solve issue quick
