THE PAYMENT HAD BEEN FACILITATED THOUGH RAZORPAY, THE ONLY REASON FOR A GO AHEAD TO COMPLETE TRANSACTION.

      I recently paid for this product which I saw in a facebook advertisement in the name of my father. Having not recieved anything yet, I checked up on this product and it seems that it was a fraud. Payment of 663.91 rupees was made through razorpay gateway. I humbly ask for you help in getting my money back.

        I have ordered Elite Gaming Chair through PBLIFESTYLE.COM based on Facebook advertisement and payment made through Razorpay. Found them to be a fraud later. Payment was made through my debit card of Citibank for Rs. 708.82 and got processed.
        Msg from Citibank received was "Thank you for using your Citibank Debit Card 54XXXXXXXXXX1019 for Rs. 708.82 at RAZ SENDIMENTRY LITE SU on 25-FEB-21."

        Further I came to know that this is fake. Could someone please help me in getting the refund back and raising the awareness about this fake advertisement. Thank you in advance.

          My Name is Arvind Singh and i paid ₹5000 through razorpay payment gateway to the online company namely The part-time job App 'DAKE CAKE' .They are scammers and is runned by scammer.Huge amount of money is trapped.Lots of people going through depression for this Scam.
          Lakhs of money has been lost by innocent people through this.
          Merchant is not responding as well.
          So please help me and Refund my money kindly.

                I am RamaRao Sankula. I have made payment for purchasing cloths online. The site is Sareezo.com. After payment, I realized that this site is fake. Payment details have the owner name as Gargifab. Razorpay is the responsible party since encouraging fraud companies. Razorpay has clients full details. So, please refund my deducted amount.

                    It is really sad to see that PB Lifestyle company is using a renowned payment app such as Razorpay for their transactions. I had ordered a gaming chair and these are my order details : Order #14622 which costed me Rs 708.20. The payment was made through my debit card and I request you to kindly credit back this amount and I hope you reply to my email and refund the amount at the earliest.

                    Hoping to get a positive response from your end.

                    If my issue is not resolved then I might rest need to escalate it as I have seen you have refunded back few payments in the past as well to your other customers.

                        I invested my money in shared charger(THE SHOPPERS) through razorpay and did not got any of my money according to their policy the promissed me to give me intrest on my money which i invested in their company but i didn't got single penny from them .!! Later on they stopped replying me n got scammed for my money.!! I was using EBorder application from December 28 2020, i paid an amount of 1 lakh and 36 thousand from time to time because it was giving double after 15 days.                                     I received a call from agent named Rahul and he is very unprofessional . They said funds will be refunded but are trying to scam again using UPI .

                                      And I can assure you that Razorpay will be in the top 10 in providing its platform to Fraudsters.
                                      They help such curbs to take innocent people's money and they enjoy a piece of pie from that.

                                      We did raise complaint in cyberCrime portal and there is no progress there.
                                      I also raised complaint in my bank and they raised chargeback against those transactions, but Razorpay rejected the claim. Bank also requested Razorpay to submit the documents related those transactions, but Razorpay is not cooperating in this matter.
                                      Razorpay is helping fraudsters by providing and helping with their platform!

                                      I request Razorpay to please cooperate and provide refund!.

                                        I have been raising multiple support tickets to get my transaction dispute resolved but no response from Razorpay.
                                        Its already been more than 2 months and still I didn't get any proper resolution from Razorpay.
                                        A fraudulent app named Burse used Razorpay payment gateway platform and now it ran away with the money.
                                        I want to question Razorpay on how they gave the platform to such fraudsters?
                                        People did investment only because of the trust they had with Razorpay and now that trust is slowly decreasing.
                                        If Razorpay doesn't refund the money, then I will never use that payment gateway nor I will not encourage any of my friends and family to not use Razorpay.
                                        Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        We did raise complaint in cyberCrime portal and there is no progress there.
                                        I also raised complaint in my bank and they raised chargeback against those transactions, but Razorpay rejected the claim. Bank also requested Razorpay to submit the documents related those transactions, but Razorpay is not cooperating in this matter.
                                        Razorpay is helping fraudsters by providing and helping with their platform!

                                        I request Razorpay to please cooperate and provide refund!.
