Fraudulent online shop

Basically, I bought an online order for a cheap Gaming chair from this website around a week ago: pblifestyle.myshopify.com (Company is PBLifestyle Ltd.)
Due to the relative lack of silence or updates via text or e-mail regarding the order, I contacted their e-mail but they've still remained silent.

Today, I checked a few reviews for the company/site and found out that it's a fraud with multiple people stating as such....

Please solve this Issue, otherwise refund ...

So many fraud websites using razor pay

Please let me know how to file a cyber crime against Razorpay as most online fraud firms are using Razorpay payment gateway and their is no check from the service provider.
Razor pay company should be closed as the company by any way is promoting such fraudulent firms.
No restrictions and checks are their that the order is shipped or not...
Very bad on razorpays side...the cheap company I must say who do not have any...

Fraudulent sales transaction-thestylefly-through Razorpay

On 17.01.2021, I purchased five shirts from an online vendor (thestylefly) from its Facebook page, paying Rs.995.00 using my credit card. The payment was made through Razorpay and I received a mail acknowledging payment from Razorpay (Payment Id -pay_GQELLAYOnJbhO4 dated 17.01.2021, attached). I am yet to to receive the products after more than a month and neither have any mail or messages from them. Worse still I am unable to trace the company...

HELLO DEAR RAZORPAY TEAM.
My Name is WASIM AHMAD DAR and i paid ₹20000 through razorpay payment gateway to the online company namely The Shoppers App ' .They are scammers and is runned by scammer.Huge amount of money is trapped.Lots of people going through depression for this Scam.
Lakhs of money has been lost by innocent people through this.
