[Resolved] Razorpay — amount deducted but didn't get the ticket and refund. | |||
I am sriram patnaik was booking a train ticket on 3ac from berhampur to pune on 4th may 2018 through bhim app (Razorpay) which costs me rs.1590. But i didn't got the ticket confirmation and amount was deducted with transaction id[protected]. I have booked it from the id alfrid0123 When i called bhim helpline they told that they can't do anything, so i am dropping a mail to irctc and razopay. Kindly refund the amount with immediate action because it is not a small amount for me. Ticket has been booked through irctc mobile app and payment made by text upi powered by razorpay. Ticket has not been booked but money debited from my SBI account. Total amount is RS 315. Kindly refund the same as early as possible. Screen shot attached for the same.

Ref No[protected] please refund my money because I m a student I don't have that much money to waste .
We checked the payment ID and see that the refund ID: rfnd_AOsFZ4VYPsJjt8 for this payment has been successfully processed at our end on 18th Jun, 2018.
Refunds take 5-7 working days from the date they were initiated. Do write to us on support@razorpay.com if you have any further queries.
