      Hello ! I made two orders on 15-jan-2021 and successfully paid to razorpay. But i didn't got any notification regarding my order. According to the site it should be delivered by 21-jan-2021 but i didn't received them yet. With the payment id pay_GPVxsiueAJqO9v and pay_GPbDKfLsND5tGB I got confirmation mail of the orders first but after ordering I didn't get any status about the orders.

          Sir I have made a purchase of portoblend company juicer on 31/12/2020.as earlier they provide me a tracking id as #2482, in the initial days of the purchased i was able to track the order until before I am writing this complain to you. I am not able to track the product anymore I have already sent a plethora mails to them but again there is no response from them. I request you to kindly refund my money which wast done to Razorpay was Rs 299/-. Waiting for the positive reply from you.

              Hi team,
              Today, 20th January 2021 at around 4 pm my father got a fraud call, saying they are doing document verification of my father's phone number. So they asked my father to download "quick support" and they initially made a Rs10/- transaction and after that 50470/- & 15450/-, total of 65970/-.
              This one is a definitely fraud case. I request you to take immediate action for this and refund the amount as well.

                      Have done the payment through RazorPay (using GooglePay) on this fake website https://portoblend.com to buy a juicer. Later I fount this website is being fake. I have complained in the Federal Trade Commission also. And I have mailed as per guidelines given by them.

                      Kindly please reverse this payment.

                      Like this website, https://portoblend.com is found fake.

                      Please stop accepting further payments for this website. Many of my friends got trapped in this and got cheated.
