    Hello my name is uddhamsingh sunil yadavi want to raise a complaint againsts the merchant as the merchant has taken my 5000 rupees paid via razorpay... the merchant is a scammer he has scammed me by investing in his fake online earning application and after the amout got deposited the application went vanished...please look into the matter and refund my amount thanks and regards uddhamsingh yadav

              I applied on bookmyhsrp.com for the plate.and after filling all details I paid their due amount by upi. Amount deducted from my account but transaction not done so I have to apply again and second time transaction completed.please reimburse my payment into my account.

                I have been cheated by this company named the big collection. Their email id is www.[protected]@gmail.com.

                They have several websites on which they are doing fraud. www.sellshop.in
                www.venilafashion.com
                www.clothboom.com is the latest one. They are using razor pay for payment.
                I have paid ₹548/-. Order Id #2623

                And this was written on the email

                  We have a business account at Razorpay. They are not settling the amount our customers have paid.. some issue with our account. Our account information is correct, KYC is done and approved. Even if there is some issue they should respond to my complaint! There has been no response.

                  26k+ is in their account that they are not settling or responding!!!

                  They need to settle the amount - and transfer our money into our bank account. If they cannot run a proper company then they should shut down.

                  The customer care numbers are not working!

                  I cannot believe this is the way a professional company is behaving in 2021.

                          I have a open case since 14 days, there support service is worst and they have only chat service for now and the chat service is too bad they respond after 5 minutes and on support they dont resolve the issue and they try to work over mail/call which will be handled by another team

                                  Dear Razor pay Team,

                                  I have made 2 transactions 500rs and 5000rs for the application and after 2 days the app support and application OMG Burse application is not functioning and was not aware that the application was a fraud. I urge Razor pay team to please refund the money in the hardtime. Request you to please do the needful. i have attached the screen prints of the transactions.

                                  The payment is processed by the razorpay gateway and the merchant a fraud and is not longer available to contact. Can you please provide us the merchant details so that i can contact since the merchant is registered to your payment gateway and i believe your team would have performed the KYC when onboarding the customer. Please let me know how can i contact the merchant. I am requesting for a refund since the payment gateway is from razorpay, or can i file a pil in the cunsomer court. Please assist me in the further steps for the resolution of the query.

                                        Sir as already rise a complaint against OMG scam I paid 5500 to OMG through rozar pay India trusted site but after today I got email from consumer complaint team they will send a bar code rbl account and saying you pay 4949.49 rupees from upi I'd we will verify server bank will return your full amount 10490.49 through upi but I will send money from upi I'd but they didn't send instead of they will sending only request sir please take a nessary action refund of money
