    Dear sir /mam,

    I had made two sucessive payments of both involving ₹600 towards the examination fee of IAT 2022 CBRE of DSE Odisha on 27/01/2022. I got payment failed mail for both in which the refund time was given 5-7 working days. However, still i have not got my refund amount for both transactions.

    So, i request you to consider my issue and do the needful at the earliest.

      Razorpay customer support is pathetic.They were just replying same thing again & again without understanding.I don't know whether ₹500 came automatically in my bank account or Razorpay got scared & decided to refund finally.

      Razorpay responding that they haven't received the money but by telling them to check by Upi transaction id they're saying ok payment is done but they haven't refunded yet.

              I am Manish Kumar and razorpay merchant I'd is IVDAAibZ0Nntj I take. Merchant account from razorpay it's 100%approved . Now my customer paid 3750/-and another customer paid 10499/- and both amount is on hold and showing. It on review. I am talking with support team razorpay from last 25vdays, always told it will be resolved within 24 hors. I have sent all required documents whatever is asked by razorpay support team, like Gst Invoice, bill invoice, customer service setisfaction, card holder, services setisfaction mail etc

                  This is regarding a transaction that i did with Rajkamal Prakashan on 21st Jan 2022 with Payment id pay_ImSXTfxKAyfYWb
                  I got a mail from razorpay stating that the payment failed.My money got deducted and i have not yet received the amount.The tracking status of refund is stagnant and i also mailed on [protected]@razorpay.com but got no reply.

                        Amount got debited but merchant not received payment

                        Hi. This is Dhanesh kumar from kanchipuram, tamilnadu.

                        I made payment of ₹500 on 29/01/2022 through my debit card & razorpay gateway to national pension system trust for registration.

                        The amount got debited from my account but the merchant (national pension system trust) hasn't received the payment.

                        I need this payment issue to be resolved quickly to enable my registration.

                            I was booking tickets from Rewa to Bhopal Dtd 26.12.2021, payment deducted from my account but the ticket did not book. Transition Ref No. (1) [protected] Amount Rs 477.79, (2) [protected] Rs. 477.79.
                            i am checking the refund status.last one month continue show (We are awaiting confirmation on the status of your payment from our Banking partners.) till date now not refund my money.

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                              This is with regard to the payment made by me using the Phonepe UPI Mode amounting Rs.7, 500/- dated 04/01/2022.

                              The Payment was made at https://air1ca.com/ the payment was unsuccessful and I got an email from the Payment Gateway Razorpay regarding the refund of the said payment. Till today I have not received the payment to my HDFC Bank Account.

                              Since then I have contacted Phonepe, Razorpay, HDFC Bank and the Merchant. No solution is provided to me till the date.

                              After getting clarification from Merchant, that they have not received the said amount in their account and the refund details from the Payment Gateway Razorpay. I have again contacted my HDFC Bank both on Telephone and personally visiting the HDFC Bank Branch. Today I have again submitted a Handwritten Application regarding the Disputed transaction and submitted the information along with the refund details received from the Payment Gateway Razorpay, which are as follows:

                                  Razorpay keeps sending me an invoice for INR 885 at the request of Axis Securities, who registered my email address erroneously and took three years to correct their mistake. When advised via email, Razorpay suggests that I send their payment reminders to spam because they believe that Axis Securities has made a typographical error. Axis Securities didn't have the email address of the intended recipient in the first place until last month. As I wrote to Razorpay, the question of what happens if someone wants to send me an invoice through my email address remains unresolved until Razorpay removes the link between my email address and the name and phone number of the intended recipient. As it is unlikely that the intended recipient wants to pay the amount invoiced by Axis Securities, I would like Razorpay to remove my email address from their system so that I can have the chance to use their services in future without prejudice.

                                    Very worst expirience from Razorpay regarding refund.

                                    Contacted bank, and they haven't recieved any Refund. The amount is credited in Razorpay's upi account. And why you people don't credit back refund amount to the customer?
                                    It's been more than 20 days.
