Pnb bank no recived refund...

I'm Jilse Mathew from Kerala. I did two merchant transactions through on your account on dated 26 Aug 2021 at 11:31am IST and 11:41 am IST. Unfortunately I didn't get my deposit cash. I got mail that your settlement is on hold from razorpay on 24th august 2021

they asked me to clarify some points and told resolution time will be 2 working days, I have replied them same day with all my points. but nothing happen till Friday evening.

In phone pay I received a scratch card that you got a prize. Once I scratch that card, the amount has been debited from my account and credited to Razor pay. Please refund my amount....

I tried to book tickets via irctc app on 27 may 2021 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

I did payment through Razorpay payment gateway to a merchant named one on one indus pvt ltd but neither services nor goods received from merchant. I informed to Razorpay then razorpay mailed me that they have marked these transactions as dispute and will revert within 21 days.
