Razorpay keeps sending me an invoice for INR 885 at the request of Axis Securities, who registered my email address erroneously and took three years to correct their mistake. When advised via email, Razorpay suggests that I send their payment reminders to spam because they believe that Axis Securities has made a typographical error. Axis Securities didn't have the email address of the intended recipient in the first place until last month. As I wrote to Razorpay, the question of what happens if someone wants to send me an invoice through my email address remains unresolved until Razorpay removes the link between my email address and the name and phone number of the intended recipient. As it is unlikely that the intended recipient wants to pay the amount invoiced by Axis Securities, I would like Razorpay to remove my email address from their system so that I can have the chance to use their services in future without prejudice.

    Very worst expirience from Razorpay regarding refund.

    Contacted bank, and they haven't recieved any Refund. The amount is credited in Razorpay's upi account. And why you people don't credit back refund amount to the customer?
    It's been more than 20 days.

        I transferred Rs.1009/- on Nov 27th from my Indian Bank A/c[protected] valasaravakkam, chennai to Urbanpro through razorpay. Indian Bank says it has been credited to Razorpay. Razorpay is denying that they have not received .But when i was transferring online i usually get a password from razorpay. but didn't receive any password to get credited in Urban pro.

        I want to know where my money is lying and the same to be credited to Indian Bank A/c

        On 30th Nov I made another payment to Urbanpro and got my account activated.

        They kept on sending messages that they have not received and check with the bank. Bank did not respond any of the mails . 31st jan money got credited in my bank account

          Unfortunately amount deducted but transaction failed. After i call IRCTC customer care. He told me because of Transaction failed the amount is not received in IRCTC. This transaction is in razorpay gateway please refund my amount razorpay.my transaction id is [protected] & [protected].Please check & refund my amount as soon as possible.

                  I paid amount in Dhani app and money debited from my bank account and it was not reflecting in Dhani account Please look into this I paid on 5th still I did not receive my money back they said it is refunded using razorpay

                      I have make a payment Rs. 15473/ for my loan 3rd Jan 2022 to rufilo through razorpay. Amount not credited to merchant account nor refunded to me. I received an email from razorpay on 13th Jan 2022 that Refund initiated but i have not received any refund till now. My refund I'd is rfnd_IjGdhj5rwkLd2f and i contacted to merchant and they are saying it's stuck on razorpay. I visited to my bank branch and they are saying please provide RRN number but i did not receive any rrn from razor pay. When i am tracking my refund status on razorpay it's saying your refund has been delayed.

                        I had made a payment of Rs. 457 towards dhani loan on 06.01.2022 through razor pay payment screenshot attached FYI, the payment has not been credited to the account nor refunded back or refunded to the dhani wallet. it is almost 13 days today, I have also mentioned UPI transaction ID is[protected], I have contacted the customer care of dhani they have redirected to razor pay as they are not authorized concerns to resolve this issue.

                        Please not that i have been charged with late payment charges for no fault of mine.
                        Kindly see that the amount is refunded back immediately or credited to the creditors account.

                        Kindly treat this as most urgent and rectify.

                            They don't understand value of customer. Just responding same content copy/paste. They are running advertisement payment gateway for the freelancer but when freelancer is signup they are not ready to proceed further suspended account without any intimation. Now if you are asking for settlement of amount so they are holding for 120 days and if you will ask refund the amount to customer account by using same payment method so they are also not ready to do it.

                                Hi,
                                Since i'm chasing for my own money from 6th Jan 2022. I tried to pay the Dhani one freedom card due from their Dhani app of 2450 Rs on 6th January but seems payment has failed. So i though it will be either credited to Razorpay or it will come back to my ICICI bank account. But several days pass. I'm getting calls from Dhani that payment was not updated due to failed payment. So i started to take followup with Razorpay and bank. Bank has send me legal message that "Your transaction of Rs 2450 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary RAZORPAY SORTWARE PVT LTD account XXXXXX6778 on 06/01/2022 00:06:12 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.

                                What should i do now in this case? Either you redund my money or bank. I'm mailing this to all of them. Refund my money back.

                                  Date 16/12/2021 i try to purchase aa flight ticket from yatra app. The amount is 37190rs. But unfortunately amount deducted but transaction failed. After i call yatra customer care. He told me because of Transaction failed the amount is not received in yatra. This transaction is in razorpay gateway please rafund my amount razorpay.my transaction id is C97544201 please call me back for more information.

                                      I paid for a train ticket at IRCTC website using razorpay via gpay. Money was deducted but train ticket is not booked. Any refund option or warnings are not there.

                                      What should I do?
