Account under Review / KYC Not been activated

Its been more than 40 days since we registered in Razorpay, Still our account is in review state and our KYC is not been activated. Its pathetic ryt? Very Bad Razorpay. Pls note that if KYC is not activated in next 2 days, will be moving out of Razorpay....

My payment is stuck

I had transferred money through g pay and the id was of razor pay and the money were deducted from my account, gpay person told that money ere not deducted from my account so i just want to confirm that the money is with you or not .

FIRC not provided (RBI & FEMA legal Guidelines not followed)

Hello,

Writing to compliant how Razorpay has been operating. Being an Indian company one should be adhering to all rules and regulations. For our international payments we used their payment gateway and they had assured that they do have a mechanism in place as per the rules set by FEMA & RBI for issuing FIRC/ Credit notes.

Prepaid order, but no delivery.

I ordered an item from the instagram page and paid to razorpay software private limited, but after that i did not receive any tracking details regarding the product and no response to my email as well its been so many days since i ordered and i still did not receive my order....

Ordered Elite Gaming Chair through PB LIFESTYLE.COM.

I had ordered Elite Gaming Chair through PBLIFESTYLE.COM based on Facebook advertisement and payment made through my credit card of Rs. 663.91 and processed and got below message from Yes Bank.

"INR 663.91 has been spent on your YES BANK Credit Card ending with 5863 at RAZ*SENDIMENTRY LITE on[protected] at 06:50:46 am."

Further I came to know that this is fake....

Payment made through razorpay to sharedbk

Hello!

In the las months I've made two payments of Rs. 3000 to the sharedbk in agreement of receiving Rs.160/day for a total of 90 days for each 3000 I invested. But sharedbk has now closed and did not fulfill their end of the contract. So please if you could kindly check this matter and get me my invested money back, I'll be very grateful....

Credit card payment issue
