My company name is Ranistiya Creation. And the murchent id is "LtP0zjqUsGIwhy" I submitted documents for account opening on Razor Pay on 25th May. My account is showing under review from last 10-15 days. 85% activation successful. The company had said activation time of 4 to 5 days on working hours. But my account is not activated yet. So please check it and activate my account so that we can start our businesses soon as possible.

    I was making a contribution of 3 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Razor pay payment gateway today (8 june, 2023) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my HDFC bank account but not credited to my NPS account.
    Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have made online transaction through Razor pay (net banking) on 03.May.23. The total amount was 94519.26, when I did it was throwing an error message about the network issue, so I tried again and got the same error message. Then I tried the 3rd time even though that time it also had the same error message.
      I went into my bank account and noticed that all three transactions had been debited from my account. I checked the branch and they have told me only one amount they have received.
      They have raised the ticket but still I have got only one amount and the 2nd amount is still not credited to my account.
      I have called customer care and they have told me it will get reversed back within 7 working days, but still it has not happened.
      Could you please check and confirm the same.

        Hello, my refund amount of 2399₹ was initiated by merchant on 18th of May through razorypay but it's been 6 business razorpay isn't credit my refund into my wallet/bank i contacted razorpay but they aren't giving me any resolution also they aren't providing me reference number, please help I'm very poor

          Hey While Ago From My Account Rs 149/- Has Been Debited May Be It Was For My Netflix Account But My Netflix Account Is Not Operatable So let Me know for What reason it has been Debited !!!
          Rather You Refund My Amount or Activate My Netflix Account!!

          Wait For Your Response Plz Make It Clear As Soon As Possible...

          I see some ECS debits done on my banking account through razorpay, I am not sure what are those ECS charges, and why was it autodebited from my account, Bank asked me to check with you, please check and confirm this for refrence

                  Last Dec 2022 my account got suspended still I’m not sure why?

                  I have tired to reach Razorpay support multiple times and they said my settlement is on hold and will take 120 days again not sure why?

                  It was just a covering jewels and I have submitted all my purchases bills and proofs as well myself still not reply for it

                  I have created multiple tickets and no response and it’s been 150 days now I see my amount but I can’t even create a support ticket

                  Worst experience I really don’t know what service Razorpay gives no reply to tickets emails calls

                  Please small business people avoid Razorpay worst company

                  My business runs smoothly for the last 4 months with other payment gateway without issue

                  So issue is not with me it’s with gateway

                    Razorpay not releasing settlement from more than 15 days

                    Razor pay is not releasing my payment hold of more than 30000 it is going to be more than 15 days but still their team didn't released the payment at starting they mentioned that my payment is hold due to website's privacy policies but there isn't any problem like that on the website after couple of days they asked for invoice details which were provided by our team through Email after that they were arguing about that we are not providing...
