I was making a contribution of 50 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Razor pay payment gateway using UPI today (8 July, 2023) but the transactiongot cancelled accidentally before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my PNB bank account but not credited to my NPS account.
I have transaction no and all details with me....

Please note the amount has been deducted against the NACH mandate activated for Razorpay software pvt ltd having reference ID PYTM[protected].
Where I don't know any details further I request to give proper details and reason .

I tried to book tickets via irctc on 17 June 2023 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

Last Dec 2022 my account got suspended still I’m not sure why?

I have tired to reach Razorpay support multiple times and they said my settlement is on hold and will take 120 days again not sure why?
