    I would like to inform you that I applied online from the MTDS for the post of receptionist cum clerk and payment has been successful and deducted Rs. 300 from my bank account but application number not generat.
    I already inform to MTDS and Razorpay but this case is pending from 30 days and till now did not refund my money. Repeatedly I emailed but did not resolve my case. They are harassing me. I already inform...

    Hi Razorpay Support Team,

    I am really concern about your serveries are being misused by some fraudulent websites like looks100.com.
    I made an order on looks100.com on Aug 9th and made payment of 3, 198 INR for 2 items with transaction ID (T2208091855414263706905) and Order ID (#LX2081). It has not been delivered so far and there is no any update from there side. On their website they are showing tracking detail but...

      My name is Samiul Islam I am conducting online classes from April 2022 through zoom meeting for that i am charging small amount as donation. someone suggested to me about Razorpay payment getway service, so I created account on Rozorpay and completed KYC as they asked and demanded. even I submitted MSME certificate and payment voucher which i am providing to my studdents.Razorpay blocked all studdent payments and when i took followup about the same they replied that it will take 120 days to release the payment. I am surprised with this kind of service and company available in India and govement given them Authority to hold public money for 120 days. my studdent also wrote email to Razorpay about realsing the payment to me but still no responce. now we have decided to escalate this kind of fraud to MCA and other higher levels. also we are going to run social media campaign agaist Razorpay fraud.

        I made a payment for school fees of holy cross school Agartala. While making the payment via razorpay, it suddenly came with a request from Airtel [protected]@mairtel. I made the payment but the school didn't receive the money. Amount 3770/-, UPI trxn ID[protected] date 04/08/2022 time 09:12 pm. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible

                      Razorpay — Money deducted from my account but showing on NPS

                      I was making a contribution of 10 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Razor pay payment gateway today (1 Aug, 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

                        As We raised multiple request but no action/ Refund process.
                        As per recent issue, Payment done by our client to Razorpay merchant ID HknZsG1nBN8lH7 That was inactive. we were in process of account activation in between after long time client withdraw booking request. I requested to refund client amount as client does not want to take service from us. because amount was on hold with Razorpay. Based on request partial amount was refunded back to client.

                        Without any service provided by razorpay then how Razorpay will charge transaction fee from us. Also Our Client is waiting for his full refund.

                        Kindly help on this issue.

                            Razorpay — Amount Debited from my Savings account - But Not transferred to integrated account

                            I had transfer Rs. 327/- from my Indian bank savings account No.[protected] to integrated account No. [protected] dated on 21.07.2022.. The above said amount is debited from my indian bank savings account, but, so far the amount was not transferred to my integrated account.. So, i request you may please rectify & resolve this problem as early as possible..

                            I have paid the health insurance of clinikk Rs 800 through googlepay . The amount is deducted from my account but not reflected in clinikk health insurance payment but where the amount is debited and not credited to my account nor health insurance account. but it shows that payment that airtel has requested money then my amount has deducted from my account and not received for clinikk health insurance how do I refund the amount to my account...
