On 24th JAN, 2023 Coding ninjas send 5000.00 through Razorpay to my UPI id. But still i didn't get money to my account. so, please help me to get my money back.

    I made a payment of Rs. 542.000 thru Razorpay to Pitambari products against my order no. 79311 on 9th April, 2023. i had to cancel the order due to non-payment to the party. pl arrange refund....

    I've not taken any finances from RAZORPAY but still it wants to auto - debit money from my federal bank account. Due to insufficient fund in Fi account the charges are applied on me by my bank. I've cross checked mandates and I've none but still this is happening again. Kindly look into this matter.

        Suspended My Payment Gateway Account Despite Providing valid documents over email. Initially my pan card was incorrect it has typing error .. later I corrected it from government and provided the details of new corrected pan card via email to razorpay but they suspended my account and blocked my mobile number and stole my 9000/- rs. They are not even responding to emails. I want to take legal action against razorpay company. My email id - nilima.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile number - [protected]

          Hi, I tried to contribute to my NPS account on 31/03/2023, 12:51AM IST through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount for debited from my bank account and in the UPI app the transaction shows successful but in NPS website it showed transaction failure.
          Hence the contribution is not considered by NPS and I didn't receive any SMS from NPS that units will be credited.
          Attached below are proof that amount is debited and so such transaction was reflected in my NPS account. Please resolve this issue and credit my amount (Rs. 7500) back to my account.

                I have purchased item ₹2, 331.00 from the following website
                https://herbalifeproducts.in/refund_returns/
                when I saw the return policy found that they are not Authorised distributors
                they are fake website, they don't have customer care number after sending mail, they are not responding

                This is the original website

                They say they are not selling products

                Kindly refund my amount and kindly stop service to this website
                other people may also get affected because of this website

                  I have made two transactions for payment of my two invoices of Bhuvah Gems and Jewellery Pvt Ltd. I was asked to make the payment through Razorpay. I had made the payment of Rs 15100 and 3500 on dated 21/03/2023. I have shared screenshot of successful payment to vendor. They told that they have not received both the payment and suggested me to wait for 24-48 hours. The vendor also escalated the issue with payment gateway Razorpay. Till now i was continuously in touch with Bhuvah Gems. I also tried to track my payment with Razorpay but I was shocked when I didn't seen my transactions there. I also talked with my bankers and they confirmed successful payment. I tried to call Razorpay customer care but they dont intract with customer. I am sharing both transaction's screenshot. Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest opportunity.

                    Payment of 799 for IMUN has been dome two times by me
                    as firstly it showed first one was failure
                    then i did it second time
                    later razorpay says first one was sent to IMUN but IMUN say i didnt received its razorpay responsibility but razorpay says its imun responsibility
                    its been so long
                    i had emergency of money
                    they both are cheating doing fraud

                        I have been charged for 2000 rupees without my acknowledgement and they don't have good customer care service..my money got deducted by CTRAJORPAY from my paytm payments bank and they asked me contact RAZORPAY but they don't and good customer service I want my money back

                            Amount debited but transaction failed - Razorpay

                            I tried to book a hotel room on 07/03/2023 through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount of Rs. 9854.03 debited from my bank account and in my UPI app the transaction shows successful but in hotel's website it showed transaction failure. Please find the attached screenshot(s).

                            Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and credit amount of Rs. 9854.03 back to my account....

                            I have made an order of Rs. 4850 from Gpay and due to some network issue, the payment was pending then I paid it from Phone Pe but now it's been paid both from gpay and phone pe. Please look into this.
