Fake Website not refunding my amount

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have purchased item ₹2, 331.00 from the following website
https://herbalifeproducts.in/refund_returns/
when I saw the return policy found that they are not Authorised distributors
they are fake website, they don't have customer care number after sending mail, they are not responding

I have made two transactions for payment of my two invoices of Bhuvah Gems and Jewellery Pvt Ltd. I was asked to make the payment through Razorpay. I had made the payment of Rs 15100 and 3500 on dated 21/03/2023. I have shared screenshot of successful payment to vendor. They told that they have not received both the payment and suggested me to wait for 24-48 hours. The vendor also escalated the issue with payment gateway Razorpay. Till now...

Amount is debited but transactions is failed

Did not got successful payment mail but money credited

Payment of 799 for IMUN has been dome two times by me
as firstly it showed first one was failure
then i did it second time
later razorpay says first one was sent to IMUN but IMUN say i didnt received its razorpay responsibility but razorpay says its imun responsibility
its been so long
i had emergency of money
they both are cheating doing fraud
please do me justice not only for my money but...

Unknown deduction

I have been charged for 2000 rupees without my acknowledgement and they don't have good customer care service..my money got deducted by CTRAJORPAY from my paytm payments bank and they asked me contact RAZORPAY but they don't and good customer service I want my money back...

Unknown deduction

I have been charged for rupees 2000 dated 10th march 2023 at 12:27 pm by CTRAJORPAY and i didn't get their customer service help so I reached here to complaint and i haven't any idea about my deducted money help me as soon as possible...

Amount debited but transaction failed - Razorpay

I tried to book a hotel room on 07/03/2023 through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount of Rs. 9854.03 debited from my bank account and in my UPI app the transaction shows successful but in hotel's website it showed transaction failure. Please find the attached screenshot(s).

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and credit amount of Rs. 9854.03 back to my account....

Payment made twice and didn't received the Refund

I have made an order of Rs. 4850 from Gpay and due to some network issue, the payment was pending then I paid it from Phone Pe but now it's been paid both from gpay and phone pe. Please look into this.
I request you for a refund request as soon as possible.

50K deducted for NPS Payment is failed and amount not refunded yet

Hi Team. I paid 50K for NPS last Friday(24th Feb). Amount got debited but it is not credited back to my account yet....

Refund

I had done payment through rozarpay date 4th feb..after transaction being failed but my acc balance deducted by amount 3799..they said it will will be refunded in 5 to 7 days...but its 23 still i haven't got my money...on opening website ttjey are saying refund have been initiated and being delayed please help...

You haven't processed the refund

I applied for AU Small Finance Bank and for applying they asked for 5k initial payment. They didn't allow me to proceed with the KYC. It is now 12 days and the payment hasn't been received.
