While I was trying to buy on instax.in, a pop-up from RazorPay at the time of payment "offered me" to "help me fill address field from my mail id, and phone number". I was surprised. It had not been this way. Instax.in already has my details. WHy duplication? Why RazorPay? Why compulsion to do this? RazorPay is not an ecommerce platform, it is a payment aggregator. Why is it compelling me to let in integrate my information, perhaps illegally? Why does it force me to write in a webfor for complaints, assuming every complaint is about money debited but not credited to receiver? There can be other complaints too. My demand is that RazorPay should NOT force customers to add delivery address on a merchant website. Merchant will do that. Also, it should keep open an email id and a dedicated phone number for dispute resolution, not a rigid webform
