money debited but not paid to merchant

Upi transaction id[protected]
Paid via google pay to razor pay to tamilnadu medical council on 20/01/2020
Payment was successful but razor pay showed error payment and money debited from bank account to razor pay.
Tried contacting razorpay but never got replied
I have spoken with google pay and they say that transaction is successful from their side.
Got info from upi that transaction was successful...

Razorpay- payment issue while shopping on banggood.com

Dear sir/madam,

I have ordered a product from banggood.com on 06 Jan 2020 of Rs.1637. 01 using UPI through phonepe to ([protected]@mairtel) and Payment gateway was razorpay, the amount was debited successfully from bank.

But the payment was not processed till now. It says "payment pending" in order status.

I have confirmed with banggood customer care they confirmed that payment had not...

irctc gpay payment

I did a transaction on 04 december 2019 via irctc rail connect app and chose razorpay to pay via gpay... The amount got deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked as irctc did not recieve the amount.
I called irctc customer care who confirmed that the booking was incomplete as the payment was incomplete...
Hiw should i trust razorpay for any payment?
I need a refund and exactly in how many days...

payment of royal sundaram insurance

Dear team, as part of my car insurance renewal i have used the razorpay link on oct 25th 2019 for payment (As suggested by royal sundaram insurance). Money got debited from my account and i got the payment successful mail. But till date i have not received any approval from royal sundaram insurance. When i called toll free no of royal sundaram they were telling no payment received.

Razorpay had promised us to issue a bank letter related to all inward international transactions as it is required by our bank and is mandatory as per the fema guidelines and rbi. amount debited but order not placed

I paid Rs1884.15 twice via Googlepay account to Razorpay for buying beauty product in mirraki.in.
The amount got debited twice but order was not placed .
Please look into the matter as its an hefty sum that got debited from my account.
I have attached the screenshot of the transaction below.
Kindly treat the matter as urgent & refund back my money...

irctc ticket not booked, but money was deducted

While booking tickets through irctc, chose option of googlepay for transaction, the payment was done via razorpay and the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked.
When tried contacting customer service of razorpay there was no response.
If transactions can't be done via razorpay on irctc it should be removed from there as a payment gateway....

money deducted from google pay but tickets not booked from irctc

I tried to book tickets via irctc on 7 may 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

I had book irctc retiring room but unfortunately my irctc retiring room didn't book. But my money had been deducted from my bank account indusind. I had talk with irctc customer service he told me you talk to razorpay and own bank... But I do not why both razorpay and my bank did not pick up my phone... Anyway.. My transaction I'd[protected]. transaction failed

money deducted but irctc says pending from bank end

Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 390.98 but irctc website showing payment status is pending from bank end and failure reason is no response from bank. The message received from my bank as below:

getting unwanted otp messages on my mobile

Hi,
This is swapnil kharate, since last few days i am getting unwanted otp messages, i have not done any transaction from razorpay, then why i am getting messages for otp from razorpay.
I am very curious to know why is this happening if i am not getting from your side, i will have to raise a police complaint against razorpay.

payment has not been reflected although payment has been made

They are showing the amount as pending and charging the late fee continuously on the same.

irctc upi payment failure

I have paid for IRCTC Rail Connect App via Razorpay gateway and selected UPI. Then Rs 970 have been paid from my account to /[protected]@hdfcbank by this details on 4th Jul 18 but IRCTC did not receive the payment. Please process the refund immediately.

I booked tickit in IRCTC by razorpay.

IRCTC refunded in razorrpay bank.

But after that 7-8 working day still I can't receive my money in my bank account.

U say that payment refunded in bank.

Bank says me give the proof of razorpay..

What will I do.???

rail ticket cancellation refund

Team,
I booked train tickets by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay service. I cancelled the ticket and it has been 22 days refund amount isn't deposited to my account. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but my bank ac doesn't show any amount credited back from razorpay. Please solve this issue asap.

razorpay - irctc bhim system ticket refund not received even after 12 days

I booked a train ticket on 15.02.2018 worth rs 3721vby using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 27.02.2018 and it's been 12 days and refund amount hasn't received to my respective bank (Bank of india). Irctc is showing that the amount refunded to razorpay on 28.02.2018.

ticket booking failed but amount deducted by tez app upi

Hello razor pay team,

Money deducted from bank account, ticket not booked

Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from dadar to htk on 31/01/2018 for date of journey 01/02/2018 payment mode as razorpay.

Money rs 385 deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. Please look into this issue and initiate refund at the earliest.

I had booked TWO raileay tickets and paid the amount through RAZORPAY on 10.02.25.
On 20.02.25 I have cancelled the said tickets and waiting for the refunded amount. But after 12 days no amount refunded by IRCTC or RAZORPAY.
I had also raised the complaint to IRCTC. IRCTC informed on their portal that they had credited the amount to RAZORPAY. RAZORPAY has no immidiate site or Customer Care who look into the matter.Please guide for the next steps.
Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Subject: Refund not received for Cancelled Railway Tickets even after 12 days.
Dear Sir, Madam,

I had booked the Tickets on 10.02.2025 from Vadodara to Mumbai Central for (Two person) vide Transaction ID No. [protected] & From Mumbai Central to Vadodara for (Three person) vide Transaction ID No:[protected].
The above Tickets booked from IRCTC and paid the same through RAZORPAY.
The above Tickets I had cancelled on 20.02.2025 vide Transaction ID[protected] & Transaction ID[protected].
As per IRCTC site they had credited the amount to respective payment master i.e. to RAZORPAY.
After more than 12 days’ time, I have not received the refund amount and no information shared by IRCTC. RAZORPAY has no such site or Customer Care No. to whom I could contact and inform them about the situation.
Request kindly help/guide for further action please.

    While I was trying to buy on instax.in, a pop-up from RazorPay at the time of payment "offered me" to "help me fill address field from my mail id, and phone number". I was surprised. It had not been this way. Instax.in already has my details. WHy duplication? Why RazorPay? Why compulsion to do this? RazorPay is not an ecommerce platform, it is a payment aggregator. Why is it compelling me to let in integrate my information, perhaps illegally? Why does it force me to write in a webfor for complaints, assuming every complaint is about money debited but not credited to receiver? There can be other complaints too. My demand is that RazorPay should NOT force customers to add delivery address on a merchant website. Merchant will do that. Also, it should keep open an email id and a dedicated phone number for dispute resolution, not a rigid webform
    Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
