[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc amount deducted but ticket not booked

Hello Team,

I have booked train ticket in IRCTC Connect App with Razorpay payment option. After succesful deduction of amount, tciket is not booked, as I checked in Status in IRCTC, Amount Refunded to Bank account on 21st May 2018. Find the below details of transaction & refund it immediatly.

We checked the transaction with the UPI reference number[protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. As there is a debit for the same, please note that the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days.

I had done a transaction of rs 740 on[protected]. The money got credited to your bank but tickets not booked. Kindly refund my money.
