[Resolved] Razorpay — passport payment took 4000, only 1500 is taken by passport office, rest 2500 rs razorpay has, debited from my account fraud

I have paid passport application fees through razorpay and they have charged rs 4000 from me and paid only 1500 to passport office... Where is my rs 2500/- gone?? I required my rs 2500/- back other wise i will lodge fir /police complain against this fraud. passport payment reciept is only 1500Rs, Return my 2500Rs immediately Razorpay, Dont send excuse emails that you are just a payment gateway
Payment was supposed to be of only 1500, why 4000 has been debited, I will take a legal action against razorpay if this matter is not solved immediately ! Refund 2500 As soon as possible

I had applied for a passport online every where i found 1500 rs only but razopay charged 2500 extra with me i want my money back other i will take a legal action for this fraud app.

Hi Razorpay,
Why I have charged 1500 Rs extra for passport application, the application fee is 1500 but you charged me 3000 Rs.
Please return my 1500 extra deductions ASAP as it’s illegal, otherwise I am forced to log a complaint.
I will tweet about this fraud in tweeter as well by mentioning passport office and gov of India.
I have created a support ticket 4698836 with you, I hope my amount will be returned back ASAP.
