I booked a ticket from irctc website, my booking id is [protected].
I paid through bhim app upi, via razorpay.
The amount was debited from my account but ticket was not generated.
Irctc website shows payment is still pending from razorpay.
Rest of the details are in the image that i have uploaded.
Please do the needful.

Complaint marked as Resolved No solution has yet been provided by RAZORPAY.
I called at their number 18001231272, but that was busy so could not talk with customer care.
I have registered my complaint at www.razorpay.com.
My request has been registered with ticket number #315042.
But no solution has been provided till date.
Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i am booking railway ticket in irctc app, date 12/12/2018.
my booking refernce id [protected], Rs 540.98/- debuted amount my bank acount but ticket not booking. please refund my amount
We checked the txn 100001575671600 and see that the refund is successfully processed from our end on 17th Dec, 2018. We have updated you over the mail with ref: 317777. Please check and revert on the same mail thread in case of any further queries. We will be happy to assist you.
