Razorpay — irctc payment failure

I am deepti i try to book a ticket through irctc app and my payment transferred to razorpay account but ticket not get, i think it's not transferred to irctc so please refund the money,

    Hi razorpay,

    I am abhilash,
    I had ordered pizza from pizza hut and payment was done through razor gateway, the order was not placed and the amount is deducted on 09/12/2018 at 8:20 and 8:23 pm respectively. This happened twice. The amount was 471rs deducted twice.

      My transaction on irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay gateway) got failed at 11.05 am on 11 december 2018. The amount was debited from my bank account but still the refund has not been received. I have contacted irctc and they have not received the amount.

      Kindly refund the amount to my bank account.

        You said complaint processed successfuly but till date amount not transfered to my SBI bank nor credited to my a/c.
        I asked my bank but they said amount not received from you
        I realy fade-up with your costomer service. plase improve it and try to solve problems in schedule time

          Yesterday i have booked a train ticket and payment has been successfully done via upi through razorpay and the amount of 285 has been debited from bank but i have not received any confirmation for ticket booking and today morning when i checked the status of my ticket it shows pending from bank such a pathetic service by razorpay i am going to post this on twitter attaching payment details.

              getting unwanted otp messages on my mobile

              Hi,
              This is swapnil kharate, since last few days i am getting unwanted otp messages, i have not done any transaction from razorpay, then why i am getting messages for otp from razorpay.
              I am very curious to know why is this happening if i am not getting from your side, i will have to raise a police complaint against razorpay.
              I am not happy at all with your service.

              While i was booking a ticket on 25/11/2018 on irctc app the amount was deducted but no ticket was booked. It's displaying "pending from bank side". But the amount is deducted from account. It happened twice and two tickets of each 120rs, total 240rs is deducted. But no money is refunded to account. Transactions id: [protected] and [protected]

                Booked ticket on irctc using sbi internet banking inr450+11.8 service charge, on 30th november, 2018. Rs. 461.8 was debited, but the transaction status on irctc website shows - "pending from bank end". The money has been debited and i also received a message from the bank

                  Sir, i have booked irctc ticket for rs.1935.98 through your gateway using my sbi debit card. But transaction failed and my account debited by the above amount.
                  Irctc credited to your account on same day ie 20/10/2018
                  Irctc refund id is [protected]
                  Bank referance id rfnd_bdtoofggqinsr5

                  Now one and half month has been passed but yet amount is not refunded to me by crediting my account.
                  Generaly it takes 5 to 7 days

                  Please look into the matter and refund me without further delay

                  What is the status of refund? More than a month has been passed already but Razorpay team's people are not taking this seriously.
                  Many ticket have been created on the same issue but did not get any satisfactory response from razorpay side. What else i can do on this, please let me know and I want my money back soon n my account.

                      On saturday booking date 24 nov 2018 i was trying to book tatkal tickets from smet to ypr and amount got deducted from bank but tickets are not booked. Twice i tried to make transaction of amount rs 570 through upi but got failed and failure reason is "no response from bank".

                        Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay by google payamount debited inr 2573.76 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to ay anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.                           Booked ticket on irctc, total amount debited inr 32700 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.

                              Hi irctc team,

                              My ticket was not booked but amount has been deducted from my bank account. I used razorpay and used upi method to pay. Amount got deducted from my bank account and the ticket didn't get booked. It says pending from bank end. My bank has send the money. Please initiate the refund process so that i get my amount back.

                              Money got deducted from my bank account at 07:35am today in morning.

                                  Hi,

                                  Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 1280 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The messagew recived from my bank as below:

                                  Alert:you've spent rs.1280.98 via debit card xx5622 at irctc1278598 on[protected]:11:08:43. Avl bal rs. Xxxxxxx. Not you? Call [protected].

                                    Booked ticket on irctc using razorpay upi (Razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank) as payment method on 24 november 2018. Rs. 1355 was debited (I have attached the screenshot of payment). But the transaction status on irctc website shows - "pending from bank end". The money has been debited and i also received a message from the bank which mentioned the upi reference no.[protected]. My upi id is [protected]@okhdfcbank.
                                    Please look into the matter at earliest.
