I tried booking ticket from bengaluru to kabakaputtur on 13 december 2018 through debit card in razorpay... But the amount was successfully debited 150.49 ₹ from my bank account but transaction was shown as failed in irctc app.. So please concern about this issue and provide me the refund as soon as possible... It's urgent
I have attached screenshot of successful transaction message i received from bank.

    I tried booking ticket from bengaluru to kabakaputtur through bhim app razorpay... But the amount was successfully debited for rs.385.49 from my bank account but transaction was shown as failed in irctc app..       This amount hasbeen debited from my account but in irctc website it shows up as a failed transaction. It means razorpay is holding up the money and not crediting it back. Please do the needful.

        I have paid for irctc rail connect via razorpay gateway and selected upi. Then rs 490 have been paid from my account to upi/[protected]/[protected]@hdfcbank by this details on 13 dec but irctc did not recd the payment. Please process the refund immediately.

          Sir,
          I was trying to book a train from roorkee to varanasi using your payment gateway. But the ticket booking gets faliled but the money is deducted from the google pay (Tez) app but no information is shown on the irctc app. Kindly return back the money which got deducted.

            I paid through bhim app upi, via razorpay.
            The amount was debited from my account but ticket was not generated.
            Irctc website shows payment is still pending from razorpay.

              I had done the payment to the online education ( future cloud) through Razorpay payment gateway but from last 10 days i was trying to call future cloud because of my job status but cell number is coming switch off and aslo website also not opening after raising the complaint in the razorpay the party i.e. Futurecloud is called me day before yesterday and said that from last 10 days server is under breakdown and told me to close the complaint i told them that once yor putting mail to me regarding status than only i am going to close the ticket.

              Kindly look into this matter if it is not possible to do the job placement for me then please tell them to refund my money.

              i had called today also future cloud (online education) but cell is coming switch off site is also not working liste Thursday they called me and told server not working but today i called to check the my job status cell is coming switch off.Please look into this if i m not getting any feedback from future cloud on this week i have to give complaint to the cyber crime cell on fraud case.

              Please revert on urgent basis as i have already paid them the 65000/- after seeing your payment gate way.

                              Booked ticket on irctc using sbi internet banking inr450+11.8 service charge, on 30th november, 2018. Rs. 461.8 was debited, but the transaction status on irctc website shows - "pending from bank end". The money has been debited and i also received a message from the bank

                                Sir, i have booked irctc ticket for rs.1935.98 through your gateway using my sbi debit card. But transaction failed and my account debited by the above amount.
                                Irctc credited to your account on same day ie 20/10/2018
                                Irctc refund id is [protected]
                                Bank referance id rfnd_bdtoofggqinsr5

                                Now one and half month has been passed but yet amount is not refunded to me by crediting my account.
                                Generaly it takes 5 to 7 days

                                Please look into the matter and refund me without further delay

                                Recently I do train ticket booking via IRCTC but my money is deducted from my account but still tickets not booked please refund my money ASAP.

While refunds are instant from our end, it may take 7-10 working days from the bank's end [Does not include bank holidays] for the amount to get credited.                                 What is the status of refund? More than a month has been passed already but Razorpay team's people are not taking this seriously.
                                Many ticket have been created on the same issue but did not get any satisfactory response from razorpay side. What else i can do on this, please let me know and I want my money back soon n my account.

                                    On saturday booking date 24 nov 2018 i was trying to book tatkal tickets from smet to ypr and amount got deducted from bank but tickets are not booked. Twice i tried to make transaction of amount rs 570 through upi but got failed and failure reason is "no response from bank".

                                      Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay by google payamount debited inr 2573.76 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to ay anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.
