money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end for 3 transactions

Hi,

Booked ticket on irctc, total amount debited inr 32700 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.

I didnt get my refund from razorpay bank

money got deducted from my bank account and ticket not booked

Hi irctc team,

My ticket was not booked but amount has been deducted from my bank account. I used razorpay and used upi method to pay. Amount got deducted from my bank account and the ticket didn't get booked. It says pending from bank end. My bank has send the money. Please initiate the refund process so that i get my amount back.

money debited from account but irctc shows pending from bank end

Booked ticket on irctc using razorpay upi (Razorpay. Irctc@hdfcbank) as payment method on 24 november 2018. Rs. 1355 was debited (I have attached the screenshot of payment). But the transaction status on irctc website shows - "pending from bank end". The money has been debited and i also received a message from the bank which mentioned the upi reference no.[protected]. My upi id is [protected]@okhdfcbank.
Please look into the matter...

Seems like your system is not fit for purpose. Can you kindly have the money put back into my account ASAP as I need to book my tickets urgently.

I was booking eticket on 28.10.2018 from irctc online. For payment i used rozarpay payment gateway but ticket not booked amount 2086.47 was debited from my obc bank account . Now i am checking for refund status on irctc site it is showing that refund has been done to rozarpay. But till date amount has not refunded to my account by rozarpay. I am also complaining on website but there is no good respone from there end.

online shopping payment issue

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased a product from banggood website on 10 Nov 2018 of Rs 4500.92 using Razorpay Payment gateway, hence the amount was debited successfully from my IOB net banking.

But the payment was not processed till now.

I have confirmed with banggood customer care they confirm payment was not received their side. So order is cancelled.
