Hello team,
I booked an irctc ticket, the transaction id is [protected]. It came the error as "pending from bank" and i hoped that my ticket will book but it made me into jeopardy situation. I can't able to travel as planned just because of the payment through your gateway was not successful before chart preparation. It really gives me big disappointment. Attached the screenshot, kindly arrange the refund for the same. If possible kindly fix the issue, permanently

We checked our logs for the transaction 100001620301761 and see that a refund has been processed successfully on Jan 13th, 2019 for the same. The refund status can be traced here https://razorpay.com/support/#refund.
