I tried to book tickets via irctc on jan 24, 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

    I tried to book tickets via irctc on jan 19, 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

          Hi sir, i was trying to book a tatkal ticket from tata to new delhi. I paid the amount of rs.740.49 from my dbs bank debit card. The money was successfully received by razor pay payment gateway but the ticket could not be booked. Reason: no response from the bank is shown on the irctc app under failed transactions. Kindly, look into this issue and initiate the refund.

            I was trying to book a tatkal ticket from irctc site on[protected]. I have made payment by google pay through razorpay. Although the transaction has been settled from google pay end and amount has been debited but not reflected on irctc end, where it is showing "transaction status : pending from bank end".

            I would like to request a refund. I have attached all the relevant screenshot from both end.

                I had booked an irctc ticket of amount 1165 upi reference no.[protected] on 13- jan-18. The amount has been debited from my account and there is no confirmation for ticket.                   Hi,

                  Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 482.94 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message recived from my bank as below:
                  Your a/c no. Xxxx824093 is debited rs.482.94 on 13-01-19 and a/c linked to virtual address razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank is credited (Upi ref no[protected].

                    Irctc refund status

                    I had made payment for booking irctc ticket through razorpay on 17.12.2018 transaction id [protected]- amount rs.5541.96/-.

                    I cancelled ticket and irctc refunded the ticket amount to razorpay on 11.01.2019 irctc transaction id [protected] amount of rs. 4140/-.

                    I would like to know my irctc refund status for above case.

                    I have attached the booked tickets mails, cancelled confirmation mails and amount refund mails for you reference.

                        I paid rs 250 against irctc booking via razorpay but unfortunately transaction got failed and ticket was not booked. While checking my bank statement i come to know that razorpay refunded me rs 205 against my failed transaction. How can they deduct the amount against failed transaction?

                        I need full refund. I am able to understand that how they person making robbery of innocent people's true money.

                              I had tried to book tickets in Rajdhani express(DBRT-GHY) for 9th January 2019 in irctc through razorpay on 8th January 2019 but the tickets couldn't be booked and the reason given was no response from bank. Kindly do the needful. I have attached the screenshots of the message and the failed booking

                                Hello team,

                                I booked an irctc ticket, the transaction id is [protected]. It came the error as "pending from bank" and i hoped that my ticket will book but it made me into jeopardy situation. I can't able to travel as planned just because of the payment through your gateway was not successful before chart preparation. It really gives me big disappointment. Attached the screenshot, kindly arrange the refund for the same. If possible kindly fix the issue, permanently

                                  I have tried to book a smart band on 28 dec 18 from banggood app through razorpay gateway. My transaction got failed & product was not ordered but money got deducted from my account.

                                      I have tried to book a tatkal ticket but unfortunately amount got deductedfrom my bhimupi of paytm but ticket was not booked. Soo please kindly refund my deducted amount immediately.

                                      We have a lot of hope but we can't wait too long for our money which was deducted in seconds but to refund the same normally the companies take long time. So iam requesting razarpay please kindly resolve the grievances of customers quickly...

                                      I hope razarpay will do the same to its customers...

                                        I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC app on 28th December, 2018 for journey on 29th December, 2018 from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Bharatpur (Rajasthan) via Razorpay UPI. The amount has been deducted from bank but the ticket booking has failed in IRCTC app due to payment not received from bank. I have attached screenshot from Google Pay app and also from IRCTC app for confirmation.
