I have cancelled the ticket on 22 Dec'18 but till date i have not received the amount in my account. According to IRCTC a amount of Rs. 650 has been refunded to razorpay on 23 Dec 2018.

irctc transaction failure

I tried booking tickets through the irctc app and made the payment twice. But the transaction failed both the times and money was debited one time and i have still not received the refund. Please refund the debited amount soon. Please help me with this and let me get my refund back soon as i have to book ticket for a journey. Bad experience with irctc everytime...

Booked railway ticket through irctc app. Amount - 590.00. Used razorpay bhim upi to pay. Money got debited but ticket status shows pending from bank.

Now i want my full money back as i feel like trapped by razorpay and madanyu together....
