My irctc ticket transaction id:[protected] is showing a status of pending from bank end, but my money debitted from bank.
My transaction mode was upi using google pay app
Kindly provide a solution for the above asap. Do i require to book another ticket for the same? Or will it be settled for irctc?

    payment deducted from my bank account

    I had book irctc retiring room but unfortunately my irctc retiring room didn't book. But my money had been deducted from my bank account indusind.     I paid rs 250 against irctc booking via razorpay but unfortunately transaction got failed and ticket was not booked. While checking my bank statement i come to know that razorpay refunded me rs 205 against my failed transaction. How can they deduct the amount against failed transaction?

    I need full refund. I am able to understand that how they person making robbery of innocent people's true money.

          I had tried to book tickets in Rajdhani express(DBRT-GHY) for 9th January 2019 in irctc through razorpay on 8th January 2019 but the tickets couldn't be booked and the reason given was no response from bank.             Hello team,

            I booked an irctc ticket, the transaction id is [protected]. It came the error as "pending from bank" and i hoped that my ticket will book but it made me into jeopardy situation. I can't able to travel as planned just because of the payment through your gateway was not successful before chart preparation. It really gives me big disappointment.                       I have booked a ticket from IRCTC mobile app on 22 Dec 2018 and a amount of Rs. 770 was paid to [protected]@hdfcbank.

                      I have cancelled the ticket on 22 Dec'18 but till date i have not received the amount in my account. According to IRCTC a amount of Rs. 650 has been refunded to razorpay on 23 Dec 2018.

                      I have cancelled another ticket on the 24 Dec 2018 but till date i have not received the amount in my account.According to IRCTC a amount of Rs. 650 has been refunded to razorpay on 25 Dec 2018.

                      I request you please look into this matter and refund the money ASAP. I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction and irctc refund status with this email for your reference.

                        I tried booking tickets through the irctc app and made the payment twice. But the transaction failed both the times and money was debited one time and i have still not received the refund. Please refund the debited amount soon.                               Booked ticket on irctc amount debited inr 470.49 on 23/12/2018 with transaction id[protected] through g-pay and inr 595.49 on 24/12/2018 with transaction id[protected] through bhim but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message received from my bank as below:

                              On 23/12/2018
                              Rs 470.49 debited from a/c *2002 to razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[[protected]].

                              I checked the status of the refund,
                              it's showing that the transactions with UPI reference number [protected]pay_Bb6LwjJ8ZDBd3y) has processed my refund and will get tentative by 6 Jan.

                              but in the transaction with UPI reference number [protected]pay_BbUxUramca5IGu) refund has not been initiated for this payment. For which I'm attaching the screenshot of that.
                              Therefore, I want to know when will you process the 2nd transaction.

                              I had cancelled two tickets from IRCTC on the 17th of December for travel between Bhubaneswar and Bangalore Cantt.

                              I had made the payment using razorpay upi, the current status it is showing that the money has been refunded but I have not yet received the refund for the same.

                              If needed I can share the transaction ids for the same.

                                      Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

                                      I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.
