The site sms me that i will get top after 10 to 13 days. But till now i did not get any top or any sms. I want to know is this a fraud site or i have refund money back. So i want to know that what is the process i will get the top, or i will get top or what the company will do for me. Give a valuable ans and send money or top

      I paid an advance of 10523.00 towards droom add as an advance
      For buying a car. But the car was no longer available for sale and as such i raised a complained and droom honored a refund and
      Sent an advice to me saying that they successfully processed
      Refund order through razorpay from whom they used their
      Payment gateway on 29th october and the same was also
      Acknowledged by razorpay on 29th november 2018 with refund

      Until today i checked with your web site about the process of refund from you and got arn number 7 payment id

      Can you guide me to bring back my money to my account.

        The amount was deducted from my account, however the status on the site shows up as "Pending from Bank End"

        Seems like your system is not fit for purpose. Can you kindly have the money put back into my account ASAP as I need to book my tickets urgently.

                  I was booking eticket on 28.10.2018 from irctc online. For payment i used rozarpay payment gateway but ticket not booked amount 2086.47 was debited from my obc bank account . Now i am checking for refund status on irctc site it is showing that refund has been done to rozarpay. But till date amount has not refunded to my account by rozarpay. I am also complaining on website but there is no good respone from there end.

                      Sir/madam,
                      I had booked ticket from irctc on 01.11.2018 and paid through razorpay (Using upi). I cancelled the same on 01.11.2018. On 02.11.2018, i received a mail from irctc that my refund is processed. Following details were given in the said mail

I have also posted greivance for the mentioned ticket on 13 november. Have neither received any response from razorpay's side not got my refund.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I have purchased a product from banggood website on 10 Nov 2018 of Rs 4500.92 using Razorpay Payment gateway, hence the amount was debited successfully from my IOB net banking.

                        But the payment was not processed till now.

                        I have confirmed with banggood customer care they confirm payment was not received their side. So order is cancelled.

                        Kindly look on to the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          I have not received my refund till now against a ticket cancelled on 24th of Oct 2018. I spoke to my bank about it they said to speak to the IRCTC and after calling form last 10 days IRCTC customer care said to email all the details.
                          1. Ticket booked on 24th Oct 2018
                          2. Cancelled on 24th Oct 2018.

                          Refund amount of 520 is still not credited, i am attaching my bank statement for your reference that money has not been received

                          Now they are saying that they have processed it on 25th of OCt 2018 it self.

                            Booked a tatkal ticket on irctc railway app through razorpay on 09.11.2018 charging rs. 690 as the booking amount. Under the transaction id [protected]
                            Which was later cancelled due to waiting list on 10.11.2018 with rs.630 as the refund amount

                            Irctc refunded rs. 630 to razorpay which is still not received by me.

                                I have booked two irctc ticket from madgaon to londa for date 04.11.18 from razorpay. Same tickets were cancelled due to ticket not confirmed and wait listed even after char preparation. Irctc refunded amount 160. But still i have not got refund.
                                Please sort out the problem as early as possible and refund amount quickly to my account.

                                    Kindly help me please. I have ordered 3 items including 399 rupees and 499 each for both items from avoonik. Totally it took rupees 1379. It has been done on 28th october 2018. But didn't get any further information about the products. Only thing got is the product id. And paid cash through debit card. They said they will deliver products within 8-10 days. Almost 14 days over. Now i get to know it's a fraud process. Try to consolve my problem.
