online shopping payment issue

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased a product from banggood website on 10 Nov 2018 of Rs 4500.92 using Razorpay Payment gateway, hence the amount was debited successfully from my IOB net banking.

But the payment was not processed till now.

I have confirmed with banggood customer care they confirm payment was not received their side. So order is cancelled.

Kindly look on to the issue...

I have not received my refund till now against a ticket cancelled on 24th of Oct 2018. I spoke to my bank about it they said to speak to the IRCTC and after calling form last 10 days IRCTC customer care said to email all the details.

Booked a tatkal ticket on irctc railway app through razorpay on 09.11.2018 charging rs. 690 as the booking amount. Under the transaction id [protected]
Which was later cancelled due to waiting list on 10.11.2018 with rs.630 as the refund amount

refund not got

I have booked two irctc ticket from madgaon to londa for date 04.11.18 from razorpay. Same tickets were cancelled due to ticket not confirmed and wait listed even after char preparation. Irctc refunded amount 160. But still i have not got refund.
Please sort out the problem as early as possible and refund amount quickly to my account.

Transaction failed when ticketing for seat of railway by irctc app through razor pay payment gateway. I waited for refund for my money for 5-7 days and still this date i don't get any refund in my bank account. Company neither provide a confirm date for refund nor it does not provide me refund against transaction id [protected]. I want refund money as soon as in my bank account....

i have ordered 3 dress items from avoonik on 28th october 2018. but didn't receive my items not yet.

Kindly help me please. I have ordered 3 items including 399 rupees and 499 each for both items from avoonik. Totally it took rupees 1379. It has been done on 28th october 2018. But didn't get any further information about the products. Only thing got is the product id. And paid cash through debit card. They said they will deliver products within 8-10 days. Almost 14 days over. Now i get to know it's a fraud process. Try to consolve my problem....

Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 2062.29 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.

I was booking train tickets from irctc app and after booking tickets the money transaction that was made through razorpay. And money was deducted but the ticket booking remained pending.
So i hope you will notice the complaint that is mentioned here and to resolve my problem as the amount has been deducted unnecessarily....

Recently i ordered a saree 27/10/18 from avoonik worth 399 and paid online through net banking.
Immediately the next day i recieved a mail from razopay saying my order is cancelled and that they will be refunding my money in 4 to 7 days. I cooperated with them for the next 7 days. Now it's been more than a week and still i havent recieved my refund. Also they have now stopped responding to my mails. Please do look into this problem....

I booked the ticket in irctc from machilipatnam - tirupathi on[protected] through razoropay via google pay upi ref no[protected] sleeper amount 270 debited from my account but the ticket is not conformed in irctc says payment transaction failed please see the problem and pls refund my amount to my account

I was redirected to net banking and i did and recharge was shown successful through email but the subscriber did get the benefit. I have ordered a dress which costs 399 rupees, from avoonik, surat. After that i recieved a payment confirmation from razorpay via email. But product is not delivered yet. It seems to be a fake website now.
There is no order tracking id provided. And i sent a mail for inquiry on given contact mail, but theres no reply. They must pay back, or there should be strict action on them....
