can't able to pay credit card loan

Sir/mam
I had an account in bajaj finance for past 5 years. Due to proper maintenance of our account, rbl bank voluntarily provide a credit card for us. Due to personal reason i relieved from my job, because of that, its very difficult to run our family. At this situation, i can, t able to repay the credit card amount, but we regularly pay the interest for past 10 months. Every month loan agent visit our office, and behave very worst...

My application #ccj9g7dlhm for a titanium delight card was rejected after a confirmation from their sales team. They said "all your verification process and other internal checks are completed and you will receive the card approval message in few days". Instead of an approval message, i received a denial message. The care team says, they can not disclose the reason as per policy as per rbi guidelines rbi/[protected]/280

The bank has to inform the proper reason for rejection of his card application. Why they create such an atmosphere of suspense and unnecessary confidentiality?

Dear guys please don't take any credit card from Rbl bank, because they are not close the card when ever you want close it. They reson like you are not reachable are some thing else. Even I have cleared all the outstanding .

      I am using rbl credit card from last 1 year. But due to poor services from the bank i decided to close my credit card account. I mailed that and got the confirmation that your request is under process and will be initiated. But after couple months i got the statement that please pay annual fees. Card is in the name of my wife and i am talking care of the card.

          I have rbl credit card worth of 35000 rs, every moth they are sending me the bill of 27000 rs as unpaid bill, im asking them for detailed statement for where i have spent, there is no details about the spent in the bill they are sending. Which clearly indicates that i have not spent any amount, and they are charging interest for that every month, and government is allowing this kind of fraud banks to operate also, please lemme know how to take legal actions against this fraud bank...

            With regards to my credit card number ending 7681

            I have comunicated to rbl bank customer services by email at least 10 times. They have been unable to contact me for all these days. What a joke. They want to settle my matter or not? Number of reference numbers given but not an action till now. They all are interested to linger on this matter so that my charges are increased day by day.

            Once i have clearified to them that i cleared my balance in feb'18 and told them to close my account. Even i hotlisted my card then what sort of charges they have assigned to me? I am not bound to pay them if i have already told them to close my card account.

            The sent mail on which no action taken had reference number [protected] and [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

                  Ur collection team or the debt servicing agencies are harassing my family members for the payment and abusing them... Also the ppl who i dont know...                     It's looks like some illiterate person was on the call. When i cut the call after her stupid behaviour.

                      I receive a credit card from rbl bank (Bajaj finserv) on dated 12/04/2018. But before that your executive call to me for this credit card is life time free card. After receive this credit card i also receive one pager chat regarding the charges. This card charges is 2999 + gst. I also receive a sms for that charges. So i cant pay this much of charges. If you wave for that so i can use that one otherwise cancelled my credit card, because i can't pay for that.

                        In October month one of RBL executive called me and offered me me an offer of xpress cash loan of Rs.20000 for 6 month which is with 0% rate of interest and there will be one time processing fees of Rs.300 is there on your card and i agreed to it, but i got shocked when i checked my statement that every month with the EMI Rs.300 is getting charged from my account which i was not aware and i called your customer care for this and they gave me a complain ref no.1881287 but no solution.

Current my credit card are running a over due but last three years i am not single time settle your credit card. I am pay each & every charge of rbl credit card & last 14 april 2018. I received the call for credit card payment.

                              I am already inform her. I am try arrange the payment. But your employee (Woman) using a very bad ward for me it this your service. She call 100 times for card payment. Every 10 second she call me & using bad language.

                              I hope you take the right action against this number.

                                I received a free bajaj finserv rbl bank credit card free without applying. I thought i will use this. After 3 months, they offered us insurance scheme for health, personal accident insurance and card protection in emi. The insurance certificate delayed and i got one by mail after a month. It did not show the name of the insured person, insurance no or sum insured, for the past more than one month, i am following up with this people by mail and phone, after repeated assurance till there is no solution. No i am thinking of cancelling the card and approaching consumer forum to retrieve the money with compensation.

                                  I am using bajaj finserv emi card they offered me stupid and cheating service rbl credit card

                                  I am complainting rbl bank tied with bajaj finserv which is sending me a bajaj super card and they said i need to pay rs3600 some amount annual fee on 1st month after getting a card only i know that and i am not worthable to spend that much amount per year and make a cancellation request that no is 01877408 and they cancelled my bajaj super card.

                                  Then i said i dont need and bajaj tie up wth rbl bank credit card specifically

                                  And raise a complaint to cancel that cpp insurance also that ref no is 01882416 on 4th april that stupid customer care person cheated me he never make a cancellation on it...!

                                  Again they asked me and make call on next day to take simple credit card which is having free annual fee on 1 year then next year will be 499/- and without my permission they send me another card platinum choise card

                                  Today only i get that card they applied insurance on this card and make a payment immidietly...!

                                  Then only i realized that they never cancel that insurance and applied this or transfered this card!

                                  Now i make a call again cheated customer service to cancel my cpp insurance and as well as credit card

                                  That customer care lady name is - varishtaja
                                  She gave me request no is[protected]

                                  So totally rbl bank service cheated me...! I dont want u r stupid credit card and take back u r credit card and i dont need u r worst and fraud service at all

                                    Myself vicky narendra singh and i have credit card of rbl bank i got before two month ago. I have issue and use card at amazon.in for shopping and amount of rs 3649 /- and installment of three months of rs 1243, but i got sms on my phone that your credit card bill of rs 1837.71 with due date 02/05/2018 has been sent and will reach you in next 7 day i got this sms, but what kind of this bill amount i pay for what, and why and i sent you screenshot also please rply me.                                       Since i'm not interested in any of the insurance policies without my knowledge that debited my amount in my account so kindly credit my account back or else cancel the credit card. They didn't even inform me about this how is it possible to manage my account without my knowledge i am not happy by your services so please cancel the account. It has not even been one month that i applied for the credit card.. I have not subscribed for any of the services
                                      Kindly ignore and unsubscribe me from all the insurance policies that i am not interested.
                                      I had called customer care too but there is no response from them. I have not got any of the emails regarding this debiting of the balance
