Concern: not able to register in myrbl card app.

I complianed in play store then they told send an email to [protected]@rblbank.com. I sent an email with all necessary details to the mentioned email then they asked me to send all necessary details again then i sent all details.

Finally they told we can't help you as your email id is not registeredd with us and please contact our customer care number [protected].

I have been calling to that number since one month it is not getting connected to any of the customer care guy no response i am literally frustrated due to them as they will call and follow up whenever they want to give credit card but whenever we have any compliants they can't be reached.

I don't know what do i have to do now? Who will address my issue? Can i talk to rbl customer care guys atleast once in my life time?

    Rbl executives are calling the customer talking # rubbish, like we borrow money by them and we are not giving them back.. Yesterday i got a call from delhi, number is [protected] that person is doing # rubbish abt the payment of my credit card, which due date is 12 may 2018. The card is over limit by rs 2000/- for which bank is charging over limit penalty also and am paying to them..

        Marketing Manager and verification officer is told my credit card 1st year annual fees is free. but this fees Rs2999 + GST Rs536 is show in 1st statement . Kindly removed my annual fees and GST.
        Mr Aashish Sonecha employee of Ratnakar bank has taken processing fees from me and my collegues but not provided loan nor returning fees from last 4 months. Not peaking our phone also. Need strong action and return our fees.

          i think you are appointed to adopt develop and marketing the cheating policy of the best customer oriented corporate bank of bharat - the reply you are giving stereotype handover to you by bank. Once again i request you to verify the account as under:

          the minimum payment was due - rs, 10737
          made the payment before due date is rs 10000/- [ round off]
          only rs. 737 was pending against which rs. 2000 paid immly after two days
          the charges you charges at rate of 300% - how it can be justified according the banking system and norms prevailing - even third degree people also not charging this finance charges - verify the account and reply immly.

          Further please note i am going to cancel card before may 31 2018 - in through out my life first time i have experienced the
          cheating policy of the banks among whole the country. So that please send the detail statement of latesst outstanding of my account to clear and cancel the card.

          Now i am publishing the entire cheating policy of the great customer oriented bank of bharat - in all the leading news papers of india.- for the beware of citizens of india not to be cheated by your bank.             I am unable to create the login account at rbl reward portal (https://rewards.rblbank.com/register.aspx). i have taken 8 - 12 alphanumeric, include 1 number & 1 alphabet. But i am receiving all time same error. I don't understand, why am i getting this error. Are this portal is fake? According to me this is not a genuine issue. If possible, please resolve the issue at urgent basis.

              Sir this is m. Kunalan. I am using rbl credit card for the past 4 years. While i bought the card the rbl person told that it is a life time free card. But in this month[protected] i was charged for rs 2360 for the membership fees, so i kindly request you to revert the amount, also i am a good user of the rbl card, i[censored] not revert the money i need to surrender the card, so pls do your good office work to solve the issue. Already 17th april 2018 i send email this issues. But not responding your customer care executive.

                I had an account in bajaj finance for past 5 years. Due to proper maintenance of our account, rbl bank voluntarily provide a credit card for us. Due to personal reason i relieved from my job, because of that, its very difficult to run our family. At this situation, i can, t able to repay the credit card amount, but we regularly pay the interest for past 10 months. Every month loan agent visit our office, and behave very worst with us.

                  My application #ccj9g7dlhm for a titanium delight card was rejected after a confirmation from their sales team. They said "all your verification process and other internal checks are completed and you will receive the card approval message in few days". Instead of an approval message, i received a denial message. The care team says, they can not disclose the reason as per policy as per rbi guidelines rbi/[protected]/280

                  The bank has to inform the proper reason for rejection of his card application. Why they create such an atmosphere of suspense and unnecessary confidentiality?

                      I am using rbl credit card from last 1 year. But due to poor services from the bank i decided to close my credit card account. I mailed that and got the confirmation that your request is under process and will be initiated. But after couple months i got the statement that please pay annual fees. Card is in the name of my wife and i am talking care of the card.

                          I have rbl credit card worth of 35000 rs, every moth they are sending me the bill of 27000 rs as unpaid bill, im asking them for detailed statement for where i have spent, there is no details about the spent in the bill they are sending. Which clearly indicates that i have not spent any amount, and they are charging interest for that every month, and government is allowing this kind of fraud banks to operate also, please lemme know how to take legal actions against this fraud bank...

                            With regards to my credit card number ending 7681

                            I have comunicated to rbl bank customer services by email at least 10 times. They have been unable to contact me for all these days. What a joke. They want to settle my matter or not? Number of reference numbers given but not an action till now. They all are interested to linger on this matter so that my charges are increased day by day.

                            Once i have clearified to them that i cleared my balance in feb'18 and told them to close my account. Even i hotlisted my card then what sort of charges they have assigned to me? I am not bound to pay them if i have already told them to close my card account.

                            The sent mail on which no action taken had reference number [protected] and [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

                                221 EUR are deducted from my credit card account being informed to me that my card is swiped for a purchase of del product at 4:20am early hours .
                                We are totally unaware of this.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I need to register a complaint of a rbl executive to behave improperly.

                                    Executive name - asha

                                    It's looks like some illiterate person was on the call. When i cut the call after her stupid behaviour.

                                    Then she call me with another number may be her personal number and force me to share the details of my credit card with pin.

                                    So request you to take some concrete steps for such executives.

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      I receive a credit card from rbl bank (Bajaj finserv) on dated 12/04/2018. But before that your executive call to me for this credit card is life time free card. After receive this credit card i also receive one pager chat regarding the charges. This card charges is 2999 + gst. I also receive a sms for that charges. So i cant pay this much of charges. If you wave for that so i can use that one otherwise cancelled my credit card, because i can't pay for that.
                                      If you are calling to me pay that much of charges so i complaint to rbi.

                                        In October month one of RBL executive called me and offered me me an offer of xpress cash loan of Rs.20000 for 6 month which is with 0% rate of interest and there will be one time processing fees of Rs.300 is there on your card and i agreed to it, but i got shocked when i checked my statement that every month with the EMI Rs.300 is getting charged from my account which i was not aware and i called your customer care for this and they gave me a complain ref no.1881287 but no solution.

                                        A message as attached below has come with no OTP requirement.
                                        There is a missed call from rbl credit card (shown in truecaller)at 00:41.we totally are unaware of this.please help us out
