Hi customer care executive,
Today I had a call from one of RBL credit card customer care executive for my RBL credit card upgrade information.. I am not interested for upgrading.. they just called and passed info. They won't heard my conclusion. They don't understand.. they told us new card will be sent and charged with 2000 for same limit.. why I will pay 2000 for new card. I am not interested for new card.. if charged and sent me new card I won't pay. I will surrender and close my current card ending 3960..

    Dear sir madam.. I have taken the personal loan in rbl chennai,, i only 2 month pending due. I have money in my account they said ecs problem but i asked employee to come and collect the payment. They are doing same last 3 month but i was in native last month the y use vulgar laungage and they treat my like slave using bad laungage.. Executive name ramesh, mob no - [protected] and manager name jagan, mob no - [protected]... I have explained the situation to rbl bank by mails many times and asked the executive. Clearly telling about my situation and confirmed i will make the payment. But they was not understand and listening my words and used unwanted words and also he was continuous called to my office manager and discussed with him about my transactions. He was threatened me bu telling unrelated words. Kindly consider my request and situation and stop this type of mis activities. But he was not at all confirmed his identity. How i believe he was the rbl bank staff. Please take immediate action against him and confirm. Or i wil commit suicide,,, they keep threadening and using bad words

        I lost my credit card and i m not used my card but i m getting messages to pay the amount for this my cibil score getting reduced every month there no proper response from customer service and i never faced this type of worst service... I just blocked the card... I don't need this card... U guys are not responding properly.. I don't want this service.. Just hold the card...

            Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #cc11i3g6uu i got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today i am received the message as rejected found the reason as follows. Hi! We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your credit card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria, as per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear, if we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards gowri, please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response

              which is correct according to me.

                You bank employees are claiming that i have made a transaction of rs. 75000 on 15th june 2017 with my total due amount to be around rs 1, 15, 000. I have not received any email of this transaction and mr. Rajan singh is not willing to provide me the statement. He said he is the senior manager with rbl bank. I was shocked to see your bank employees calling 50 times a day and making false claims.
                He is threatening my family and relatives for giving him rs. 1.5 lacs. He is also abusing us.
                I anticipate that you will take a strict action and investigate into the matter otherwise i will be compelled to file a harrassment complaint with the police against mr. Rajan singh and your bank.

                  I got a call from rbl official saying that they upgrading my bajaj finserve card with no extra cost. What they did not tell me was that they were giving me a rbl credit card, which would not cost any fee 1st year but 2nd year on it will cost me fee. When i asked them to block my card they were refusing to do so and giving all worlds explanation to have it for my good. At last i had to shout at the person who called me to say that i am not interested.

                    I was shopping at hypercity mall and was forced to apply for a credit card when refused was promised u are pre approved for credit card and there shouldn't be any problem.
                    Now i get a message after 2 weeks stating the status is declined and rejected. I am not happy about this since there could be an impact on my credit score.

                      I never applied for any new credit card in the last 2 years and i receive statements in the last 3 months for payments due.
                      I am out of india for the last 2 years and only maintain nro/nre accounts in india

                      I am not able to open the statement as i do not know the password

                      I had received a similar statement 3 months ago and on advise of a ex rbl branch manager, he advised to send an email or it would have lower cibil score for non payment of credit card dues.

                      No after 3 months i receive another statement.
                      Its quite frustrating to spend money to call the india call centre and inform of your problem.
                      Also, it gives me doubts if my identity/contact details are available with some unauthorised person who can misuse it again.

                        Today I got a call from RBL, the women was extremely rude. She had no idea to whom she was talking and she started abusing without knowing me. She abused me with the extreme level. Then start saying your boyfriend is having some due because he is spending money on you ###. I have no idea of all this thing. As I was in hospital so I asked her to be calm and speak normally but she remained like that only. She abused me like a hell. Kindly ask her to apologize.                         Whatever the matter is. Employees have no right to argue anybody specially the people who don't have account in your bank.

                            RBL executive calls me regarding their credit card. Consequently i submitted application for credit card with reference no #CC132KJAT3. Now, i got sms from RBL BANK stating that "Hi! We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your Credit Card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria".

                            I want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear as i got the credit card from both kotak & sbi bank.

                            If I will not find reason for rejection, I will file case in consumer court. It was really a bad experience with rbl bank.

                              I applied for a credit card via rbl portal and my application number is #cca1u2ki57.

                              Now i have received a message that my application has been rejected. I have a healthy cibil of over 800 and currently hold 3 credit cards of hdfc, citibank and sbi.
                              Now without any concrete or specific reason my credit card application has been rejected. Since it also affects my cibil. I would like to know why has this happened.

                                I am using a credit card of rbl bank from last 1.5 years and never faced any issue however in last month somebody misused my credit card and made a payment of rs:10000 for which i was not aware of hence i called and drafted email to customer care of rbl bank initially they blocked the card and said within 7 working days they will resolve the issue and said you no need to worry but later on they send me an email that you need to make the payment i am really frustrated i had a very healthy relationship with them so far but now i will not even use the card and not going to pay single money unless my issue will get resolve moreover there is no response from them so far its me who is getting in touch with them always first...                                   I am going to court you guys are giving false commitment and wrongly charged my card i am continuously folloup in 22nd jan but you guys are heading me so that i am going to mental depression so i unable to pay any due from may card i am going to legal action if you have any problem plz call me.                                   Good day!!

                                  please advise the both cheque no 12500 and 12600 with bank name as issue the cheque as per you one cheque is bounce and one cheque is clear

                                  so i need both cheque no for further investigation from my side.

                                    I want to know y u ppl rejected my credit card application for which i nvr called u on the contrary i got a call from an executive o[censored]r compnay saying that it’s a pre qualified offer n i m being offered the second keepingy transaction history that i maintained for the first credit card with u ppl.
                                    And i want to add here that i hv been huge payments every months n hv nvr been delinquent n got many calls for verification n i got the physical verification done n everything was ok
                                    Now i got the msg saying that due internal reasons, the hasn’t been approved. This is not the way a company works
                                    After applying our card i applied for american express card n icici credit card n both got approved n delivered n what went wrong when u ppl checked my profile plz look into the matter n respond asap n yes the application ref no is

                                    N monthly income is more gd enough to get me any card or loan which makes me think of no reason o[censored]r declining my application
                                    I’ll dispose of the first card too if i don’t get this card approved that with a higher limit as per salary n profile n financial documents i hv submitted

                                    Dear sir please find attached..I am using rbl ATM Pune but 500 one note wrost condition...pls resolve this problems...
                                    One of your credit card agent called by this no [protected] his name is Rahul from Pune city. I told him that I don't want card & without my permission how can u get card approval so he was using abuse language on call. I m sending you call recording also, check this & I want revert on same.

                                      I am leeladhar pavan kumar, received call from rbl credit card sales department from begumpet, hyderabad. They told me to take the rbl titanium delight credit card by stating the false features like 1+1 movie offer ticket 4 times in a month and petrol surcharge waiever for swiping of atleast 100 rs in any petrol bunk and no annual fee and joining fee. So, i trusted and accepted to take card, but when i cross checked the features of rbl credit card in official website the features are different. I called the custoemr care before delivering the card to me. He said u can cancel the card after recieving and by calling to rbl customer care and and i was mailed to rblcardservice for card cancellation. Customer care executive told me that i will receive a call from rbl but till date there is no communication from rbl. So, i called the customer care for the status and they are saying they called me but my mobile number is not reaching. I am very very frustrated from rbl, myvaluable time is wasting for making calls to rbl for knowing the status. I didnt used the card till now,
