I want to open abacus digital savings account...but buy seeing non maintenance MAB ..I opened digital account..at that time it shows non maintanance charges., ..the customer executive said it is an 5000 MAB account...the MAB charges will applicable..I don't want this account type...I want to close it...or is it possible to convert it to abacus digital savings account..

    Hi, i was receiving call from collectoon agency of rbl bank for collecting credit card dues of someone else. They used abusive words and also called my office friends, relatives and my wife. I complained about this on twitter and raised ticket # 02569313. This ticket got closed on the same day without resolution been provided to me.. The collection agency was abusive and tortured me for a week. I had to make a payment for a card which i don’t own...

    I have constantly calling rbl bank for the status and they kept telling that they are working. Today (4-jul-2018) i got to know that complain was raised and closed on 3-apr-2018.

    Could you please help on it.

    This is an annual fee card...I need lifetime free card only..
    RBL Recovery agency's abusing language...it seems u all are not adjudicate.using bad language to your Clint who's using your card since last 3 years. Bcs of financial problems I did not paid minimum from last 3 month...one lady keep calling and abusing me and motivate me to do son th worng. ..I have her all the recordings .

      Sir, i, have availed rbl credit card no [protected] on 29/11/2017, after a lot of persuation from their customer executives that they provide a lot of offers and very good service to me and providing a limit of rs 1, 40, 000. Then they sent the card to my residential address flat no.202, balaji residency, ayyappa colony, dammaiguda. I have opted for physical statement every month. First month they sent the statement but from next month onwards they didn’t send the statement by stating the reason that the address is not found. After making several complaints to their nodal officer just for one month they sent and again they continued the same story. Their customer service and their app for credit card is very confusing and uninformative. Yesterday nearly 20 fraudulent transactions were done on my credit card when the card and phone were with me, at that time i was at home. Immediately i called to the customer care their customer services nearly took half an hour just to take the complaint and to block the card. Their customer executive mr. Adarsh gave advice that to file fir in police station. As per your guidelines bank has to take the responsibility of such kind of fraudulent transactions, even though i have mailed a complaint to their nodal officer no response has been given to my email whereas other banks like icici and sbi resolving such kind of issues immediately within a week, rbl bank didn’t even give response for my mail. We have to go through so much of mental trauma and tension because of their irresponsible service. I request consumer authorities to take strong against this rbl bank for takeing common people for ride and their confusing and unethical servies. Regards. G. Vijay kumar.         I had ordered for chanel n5 on 19th june through the rbl rewards website using my credit card points and partial cash. The perfume was delivered to me on 26th june through perfumes2order.
        Upon opening it, was observed that its fake which was further confirmed at the chanel store in delhi.
        I have written to perfumes 2 order and rbl rewards email address and have received a reply from perfumes2 order while rbl is yet to offer a solution for either sending a real product or refund points and cash.
        RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have complained the RBL Card service for the block the card and rerversal the same amount the complain no[protected]date[protected] and Do crime branch complain no-[protected] date[protected] but delayed. So pl look into the matter and take necessary action.obliged me.Thanks Dilip Kumar mob no-[protected]
        There are no direct lines to talk to a human in RBL customer care. All over is a dead end ivr. I need to talk to someone immediately about an amount being deducted from my card but payment not received by the other party
        I have taken a loan against my credit( card[protected]) rs 144000 loan no.[protected] in feb'18 which i pre closed on 16.3.18 reference no.01748809by making the payment of rs.138806/-after closing the loan again after 2months the sms came to make payment of rs 109490 against my loan on 16.6.18, no response given complaint no. 02595116.

          Dear all.. This is anjo p f from kerala. I am glad to inform you that i lost money because of mis selling of rbl credit card in bajaj alinze. At the time of taking this card bajaj alinze representative told me it's a emi card. So according to their instruction i purchased electronic item 60000 and i paid [protected] but again i have to pay 60000. This much amount they taken as fees..in try to call rbl customer care no one pic the phone.in enqiry kerala bajaj alinze office they told me no represetative available in thrissur because of target they left from bajaj office. So please think and purchased rbl credit card other wise same issue happen in your life

            Rbl credit card fraud on 23 may 2018 of rs 40000 and rs 48000. Card no [protected]
            Complaint was registered through telephone on 23 may 2018 and fraud dispute form was submitted on 24 may 2018.
            Received letter ref no 10/[protected] on 26 june 2018 that liability is yours when person who has done this transaction, mr raju, [protected], raju. [protected]@gmail.com not match with my details.
            If you are aware these details thet person who has done these transaction don't match to my details, as per your letter, how liability is mine.
            And how your investigation come to this conclusion.
            How same otp has gone to fraud person (2 nd person) when card was in my pocket.
            In sms of otp, there is no option to stop this transaction.
            Customer care number mention on card [protected] (Although it's new card) is not for credit card issues, so how i can stop the transaction, i did not receive any call for confirmation.
            On 24 may merchant had not claim the transaction why we cannot stop payment, as it's my money let merchant will also suffer.
            Why only i am suffering or facing harassment of calling, sending mails.
            I have full believe in our banking systems and law of land, please resolve.

            I have credit card of rbl bank and i was trasaction 560 $ Australian and they deduct 30, 250 rupees otherwise conversation price was 27000 so it was very high deduction. Kindly stop my card.

              Dear sir,

              My credit card no. [protected].

              For feb'18 month your collection person mr. Arokia raj, came in my office and told me do it some settlement process.. Before that you can make a payment rs.3100 then only we can process the settlement. On settlement time rs.3100 also deducted from the total settlement amount he said. So he pushed me and shouted on 16th feb'18. So i arranged my friends and paid the amount... But after that in march'18 month coming new bill statement.. I really shocked about the incident... I explained him about my financial situation and then he accepted about settlement... But after that he did not done the settlement process...
              Mr. Arokia raj shouted in front of my office in all my colleague saw this incident so i felt very ashaming so i resigned my job on 1st mar'18. Still now i don't have job... Without job i'm struggling even day today life because of your collection person.

              At that same time your collection people went in my native place from 22nd jun'18 to 28th jun'18 rigoursively. They asked about me each and every street in my native place and also they disclosed my card due amount to unknown persons.. And then they threatened in my brother, sister in law, brother in law's... They got my brother and brother in law's number after that every day more than 30 times daily called and torchured sometimes they threatened very high using local chennai language... I don't know why they torturing to him. Why they are torturing to my brother and my brother in law's to paying my card dues.. Why they have to pay my card dues and then they have own family and having some own problem why they have to pay behalf of me.. Who gave authorisation to torture my brother and brother in law's and my dependent. And why your collection people disclose my card dues to known and unknown person in my native place... Whatever your card collection people behaviour and attitude is not good...

              You can see my card payment history for past things.. I paid properly... I have some financial stuggle not able to pay... At that same time i lose the job because of you... Still now i don't have job right now...

              For my current situation i will pay 30% from my principle (Rs.130000) amount that means rs.40, 000/-. This amount also i have to arrange from my friends and relatives... So, kindly arrange the settlement process asap...

              I want to resolve the issues. I don't want to continue this problem. Everything i accepted but why your collection people disclose my card due to everybody's (Known and unknown people).. This card problem is temperary... It will may resolve asap. But your collection people damaged my name in my native place it's not be resolve even after my death also... So i'm not able to tolerate about this incident...

              Kindly take the action to your collection people... And kindly close of my card issues asap...

                This is to bring to your notice that i am receiving multiple calls at each minute and stating they are calling from rbl bank regarding mr. Satish biradar’s credit card outstanding.

                1) i have no clue what outstanding this gentlemen (Satish biradar) has kept against the bank, this has nothing to do with me. I am not a guarantor against any of his transactions – why bank is calling me again & again? This is frustrating & am helpless to receive so many calls.

                2) i fail to understand bank’s process for calling any individual like me on the above subject. Where am i related for the outstanding for satish biradar?

                3) i don’t even recollect when & where my name was included in bank’s database for referral of his (Satish biradar) credit card.

                4) recovery team stating rbl bank’s name & saying that my name is appearing in the credit card referral list. My point is anybody can write anybody’s name in reference list how am i responsible for this referral list?

                I don't think they are working hard to resolve this matter as there is no fast action on the same.
                Still I am getting calls from their collection department. Its my humble request to you to look into this matter and help me in resolving the same.

                        Myself chetan, from rbl bank i got call for new credit card by offering a limit of 150000 and it will be from card to card open, but my credit limit is reduced and given me 45000, but executive told me that limit is passed 150000 then myself allowed to file my request, seriously nobody is taking care of this problem, i already called to that executive then he told it is a system problem and avoid picking my call. I suggest they misguide customers by saying all this and when fraud happened with them avoid picking call and reply, i mailed to rbl bank still no action taken behalf on them.

                            Last month my credit limit was 32880 INR and i paid 7172 INR = 40052 but in current month it's showing 38500 (I want to know where is my 1500 hundred rupees).

                            I called many time and mailed too but still not revert over mail and calls, they always trying to disconnect the number by saying we are transferring your number to senior.

                                This is gowrishankar from coimbatore tamilnadu. I applied for titanium delight card but they itsel[censored]pgraded the card to platinum maxima with religare insurance of 15000. Once i got the msg as card dispatched i tried cust care, mail support and raised the complaint, but no actions are taken. After one week i got another card titanum delight which i applied for. Now i have two cards but not yet used. But bill is processing every month, now my bill amount is 7000+. How can i pay with out using ur cards?? I raised the complaint in march itself and following until now to take necessary actions. But not yet taken.. My cibil score is getting affected due to this. I really fedup with ur bank and services. If no actions are taken, am going to raise a complaint in rbi.

                                    Please find attached my credit card last month statement, in here you are charged rs.600/-as over limit fees but i am not used the card more than rs.35, 000/- because my card limit is rs.35, 000/- (Earlier the limit was rs..32, 000/- but now increased to rs.35, 000/-). Every month you are charging over limit fees before reaching the available limit. So kindly reverse all the over limit fees that you are charged every month.

                                    I am not happy with with rbl credit card because of very low limit and also you are charging like this up-normal. So please inform us the process of closing this card so that i will pay all the pending amount immediately and get noc from you asap.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I have received credit card in 2017, while applying for bajaj finserv od facility.

                                      Rbl bank had charged joining fee. At the time of taking application bajaj person told the card is fee of cost and after 1 month i have received a bill from rbl credit card, that there is an outstanding of rs 1100 (Approximately). I checked the /statement and it is showing as joining fee. I paid the fee and called the customer care to deactivate the card as i don't want to use the card.

                                      After 1 year again received another message stating the card has been renew and asked me to pay the fee. I again called customer care to check why my card has not been blocked last year. They told they are unable to check my record.

                                      The executive who spoke to me has told me not to pay the fee, as i am not using the card. He told he will return the charges and card will be closed in 10 days.

                                      Again after 1 month i have received another message from the bank that there is a penalty charged against my card, as i have not paid the payment.

                                      I have made the payment with the penalty and called the customer care and asked them about the last service request no. Raised for cancellation of the card. However the lady who had spoken with me gave reckless answer stating that she can't give me the request no. And she told there is a procedure to close the card. She is not ready to take my cancellation request.

                                      Request you to kindly cancel my card or i will go to banking ombudsmen, regarding the same.

                                        monthly credit card statement not received

                                        But till dated i had not received any monthly statement on my register home address or my mail id

                                        Request you to send my all statement on below mentioned mail id.
