    [protected]. Last three years i am card user of rbl credit card. Current my credit card are running a over due but last three years i am not single time settle your credit card. I am pay each & every charge of rbl credit card & last 14 april 2018. I received the call for credit card payment.

    I am already inform her. I am try arrange the payment. But your employee (Woman) using a very bad ward for me it this your service. She call 100 times for card payment. Every 10 second she call me & using bad language.

    Her mobile number is [protected] &[protected]. I also log the police complaint against the your employee & this number.

    I hope you take the right action against this number.

      I received a free bajaj finserv rbl bank credit card free without applying. I thought i will use this. After 3 months, they offered us insurance scheme for health, personal accident insurance and card protection in emi. The insurance certificate delayed and i got one by mail after a month. It did not show the name of the insured person, insurance no or sum insured, for the past more than one month, i am following up with this people by mail and phone, after repeated assurance till there is no solution. No i am thinking of cancelling the card and approaching consumer forum to retrieve the money with compensation.

      The said complained has not resolved so far, no response from the customer. This seems to be a scam by cheating people, to be notified to RBI and court.

        This is sathish!

        I am using bajaj finserv emi card they offered me stupid and cheating service rbl credit card

        I am complainting rbl bank tied with bajaj finserv which is sending me a bajaj super card and they said i need to pay rs3600 some amount annual fee on 1st month after getting a card only i know that and i am not worthable to spend that much amount per year and make a cancellation request that no is 01877408 and they cancelled my bajaj super card.

        Then i said i dont need and bajaj tie up wth rbl bank credit card specifically

        And raise a complaint to cancel that cpp insurance also that ref no is 01882416 on 4th april that stupid customer care person cheated me he never make a cancellation on it...!

        Again they asked me and make call on next day to take simple credit card which is having free annual fee on 1 year then next year will be 499/- and without my permission they send me another card platinum choise card

        Today only i get that card they applied insurance on this card and make a payment immidietly...!

        Then only i realized that they never cancel that insurance and applied this or transfered this card!

        Now i make a call again cheated customer service to cancel my cpp insurance and as well as credit card

        That customer care lady name is - varishtaja
        She gave me request no is[protected]

        So totally rbl bank service cheated me...! I dont want u r stupid credit card and take back u r credit card and i dont need u r worst and fraud service at all

            Since i'm not interested in any of the insurance policies without my knowledge that debited my amount in my account so kindly credit my account back or else cancel the credit card. They didn't even inform me about this how is it possible to manage my account without my knowledge i am not happy by your services so please cancel the account. It has not even been one month that i applied for the credit card.. I have not subscribed for any of the services
            Kindly ignore and unsubscribe me from all the insurance policies that i am not interested.
            I had called customer care too but there is no response from them. I have not got any of the emails regarding this debiting of the balance

              Somebody took the loan from bank and according to them person who took the loan provided my contact no as a alternate. I asked her show me permission document but they were trying to threaten me. If any incident leads to trouble me than rbl bank will be responsible for everything and they have to take care of my family.

                I have downloaded app registered uploaded all required data and documents on[protected] same day received a call from bank and said will be sending a person to collect document and signature from me next day fixed time after 3pm, till date no response from the bank.
                I have sent several mail to app query application status, reply is our manager will look in to my query.
                Please let me know whether i can get this finance or should i approach any other source.

                Today at 11.29am received a call from money tap representative, saying that is the documents have been collected by any of our person after verification call, before i said "no" line got disconnected. When i tried the same number it is going to voicemail, during this received a missed call.
                In the downloaded app it shows that all the process takes 6 working days but my details has been uploaded 29th march 2018 and it is already 10 working days completed, still waiting for your representative for collecting document and signature.

                      Hi, i happen to come across a mobile app that indicated credit line on the used money while the unused money would be interest free.in the process of going through completing the app steps, the name of the banking partners as rbl was revealed. When the entire procedure including the verification call, kyc, and esign was done and it was time to send money to my bank having been added as a beneficiary, the app revealed that i needed to wait...

                      I am writing to this mail with great sorrow that i am not getting proper support from banking team as well as customer
                      care support team . Sir, dew to cyber crime my credit card account has been devited TWO times respectibly with ammount
                      (10000+10000)=20000/- this transuction was not induesed by me. i only recvd OTP and devit messagess for 10000=, 10000=,
                      each. at the same time i called to customer care and intimated regarding this fraud transuction, but till now i did not get any proper solution
                      from customer care support team. when i called today to customer care they asked for FIR COPY which was not tolled 18 jan 2018.

                      So i am requesting to look into this matter on urgent basis so that i can get my money back and privent my account from cyber crime.

                        this is sunita rani from punjab
                        rbl bank service is worst banking service i have ever used.
                        First bank person called for super card service and i agreed because found it good. Then bank did not deliver credit card for 3 months after verification. After 100 and 1000 emails i received my card 15 days before but now i am facing a new problem that my card is blocked as i am not able to generate pin for using card
                        i have also not given look up period for credit card
                        and worst thing is rbl bank has generated a bill in my name 3 months back
                        i don't know how they are doing all this
                        i just want to cancel my credit card or find a solution for all the inconvenience.
                        I request to rbl bank please contact me as i have called so many times on customer care and its not working or should i go to legal action for all this customer harassment

                          Please block my catd, i have made the full payment for my card.

                          I am raising request to change the contract number since last month for every single month but you are not working on request.
                          Infact you kept on calling on my mother's number right after the generation of statement.
                          I was never failed in paying the monthly dues. My dues were paid on time before the last day to pay but then you never stopped calling my mother's number.

                          And your executives tried to scared and abused her as well and made pressure to make the payment now. She kept on requesting that she is not the right person to contact and provides every time my number.

                          But then again on next day onwards you guys are doing the same.

                          I have made the full payment kindly block the card.

                          My mother is in not stable in her medical condition. Credit goes to you guys because of your unnecessary calls to wrong number she went to depression.

                            I submitted a lot of mails from last one month for close account and send confirmation, but still now i didn't got any confirmation.
                            I already paid all my dues in advance for card nos; 8180 platinum and 4268 money tap account. I need a confirmation from your end regarding account closed. Kindly send a replay to this mail stating that your account is closed for ever.

                            I need a immediate replay from your end, because my financial adviser wants the closure statement.

                            I like to close my credit cards ending with 8180 Platinum and 4268 Money tap card due to over hidden charges. Money tap i taken loan of 50000 but till now i paid 66907 (details attached), again balance is there to pay rs 1300 rs.

                            I already having 2 credit cards of ICICI and standerd charter bank, till now they didn't charged any single paisa for late fee etc.. So almost i am spending 100000 rs every month using icici and scb cards.

                            for 50000 loan i paid 66907 that means 17000 interest for 6 months, i am going to put this into social media and banking ombudsman.

                            so i will pay my all my dues today itself and could you please send confirmation for account closure and No due confirmation.

                            I like to continue as your customer but you need to revert all my late fee and other charges.

                                  I have applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #cc89bkb4u8 i got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #cc89bkb4u8, status dear customer, your credit card application has been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Sahit, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got personal loan too on same address.

                                  i have not recieved my welcome kit at my address but status of speed post is showing that the kit is delivered to (NN)
                                  I was given the RBL credit card five months ago and I was communicated it is a free card since I am a priority customer but I was charged huge. I spoke many times to your people but the problem is not resolved. So I request you to help me the same.

                                    Sir i just want to know about terms and conditions of kyc updation and please tell me that should i close my account from there. I went to branch bhiwadi rbl and met to mr. Vivek solanki for kyc updation because my account has been seized due to maximum capping of transaction limit. But they refused to do the same. He replied with me that i don’t have enough manpower to send a person at your residence for verification process. So why you opened my account, will you please clarify that. And mr solanki also told me that it’s a time of closing so you should come after few days. But still the kyc is not updated. Please do the helpful, otherwise i have to take a strict action about these type of customer harassment and i’ll make sure that it should not be easy for this bank.
