Please block my catd, i have made the full payment for my card.

I am raising request to change the contract number since last month for every single month but you are not working on request.
Infact you kept on calling on my mother's number right after the generation of statement.
I was never failed in paying the monthly dues. My dues were paid on time before the last day to pay but then you never stopped calling...

I submitted a lot of mails from last one month for close account and send confirmation, but still now i didn't got any confirmation.
I already paid all my dues in advance for card nos; 8180 platinum and 4268 money tap account. I need a confirmation from your end regarding account closed. Kindly send a replay to this mail stating that your account is closed for ever.

I had apply for the rbl credit card till not i haven't received. Confirmation mail was send 20 days before that will delivered within 7 working days and 2 days before received the confirmation about the pin number.

Please check and take action on rbl representative from kharghar branch ([censored]al) for calling multiple times and using abusing language for the credit card payment which has been taken from distance relative which i am very rarely linked. But she has been calling on cell and landline and using rough language i don't know if it reflects rbl banking culture.

At the time of calling they told me no annual charges, card is free of cost. But they charged annual fee. After two months & sending a lot of mails, no contact from your side. Also told me your ph not contact able. But for payment due calls made by him. Thanks for approving my credit card, however i had not received my credit card and i am not happy with the initial processing time and the limit that you had offered.

I can see there is an annual fee of 2360 but limit offerred is way too less, i would not be using this card. Please cancel my application and close this card.

Falsily commited by rbl bank credit card company. When we applied card they commited up to rs 3 lak limit but when we receive the card it's have only rs, 35000, so i informed to customer care to de-active the card before one week. Till now card not getting cancel but bill is generated even i requested to cancel the card.

Kindly revise the generated bill and cancel the card.

Recently i have applied for rbl credit card cum moneytap card.

I have requested provide me the basic moneytap card instead of moneytap black card. Before the card dispatch (07-mar-2018).

Actually, it was dispatch on 10th-mar-2018. However, i got the reply for my email on 12th-mar-2018 on the same day i have received moneytap black card.

I have received a call from the RBL Bank to provide me a platinum Super Card free of Cost. I was denying to take the card but customer care told me it is absolutely free for first year and having a maximum facilities to you. After receiving the card I have not used it But after some time I have received a phone massage to pay an amount of Rs.1178.82 stating that

RBL repeatedly calls me regarding my good CIBIL score & offers me their credit card. Consequently i submitted application for credit card with reference no #CCT817STI0 on 15/03/2018. On 20/03/2018 i got sms from RBL BANK stating that.
