Hi All,

I was trying to transfer amount from RBL's Money Tap application to my bank account. But transaction was aborted & amount was not dispersed into my account. But EMIs were calculated & applied. I tried to call to customer care but there is no particular customer care number for money tap. When i called RBL's customer care they refused to register my complaint & told me that this in not the concerned department for the money tap. Only a mail ID was provided to tell them the concern. I mailed on the same many times but no revert from there side.

    The collection team called my friend shabnoor at 13:15, you are not suppose to call twice after reaching and having a word with the customer, he forced her and said give money his name was suraj, phone number [protected].

    He was forcing her to make the payment and even said you are not making the payment. He was not even listening to her, she said i told deepali about the same too.

    Suraj said why after two days why not today, shabnoor said i gave you the reason to it already, she asked suraj did you hear me. Suraj said i did you are not making the payment because you dont have money.

    Shabnoor said what made you said that i dont have money, i told you i am out of station.

    Suraj was admin asking the money, shabnoor said if its going to hamper my cibil or have to make extra payment than i will do it my responsibility dont forced me to do so, without knowing where am i. He hung up on her.

    Sir i been receving msg from long time, but i hvnt rcd any super credit card n its showing yearlycharges to be paid n its qrittn bajaj rbl card whereas bajaj is denying thats its not from our side, pls cancell if any card issued from ur side, if not done i will hv to take the matter to the upper authority.

      My friend, Shabnoor has a Rbl card. She pays her payment on time. This time it was unfortunate that she would not pay her payment. Her payment due date was 4th of June. As she is out of station, with out internet services in a interior place she could not make the payment. She received a call today at 10.37 AM from a RBL team member Deepali asking her for payment and mentioned her due date was 4th of this month and told its 9th June and you haven't made the payment. My friend Shabnoor said am out of station it will take 3 days for me to make the payment. Just than Deepali made a statement that it going to hamper your cibil, even after customer says give me three days. Than my friend, Shabnoor was really irritated that how could she forced after telling the date of payment and hwy could not be made. Than my friend Shabnoor said, it does hamper in a month, Deepali response if you have phone why can't you make a payment. She was forcing the customer after knowing the issue. It was more like harassing the customer.

      Shabnoor got frustrated and ask for the manager to come over the phone, Deepali denied. Than corporate complain email was asked she again denied.
      Later, Shabnoor asked for the ticket number she denied too.

      Than asked Deepali that are you really with Rbl as Rbl rep never misbehaves with there customer. As we will sent you a legal notice from the court how yuo behave with me, and RBI never allows to do so. Deepali said do what you like, we will get to know we are rbl or not and yes why are you asking for maanger number or company email, did I asked you for your family member. She tried threatening Shabnoor which is not excepted. Than Shabnoor bro had a word later she miss behave with her brother too.

      Later Pooja Bhandari came into picture were she mention its not RBL and than Shabnoor explain the situation and she was told payment would be after three days. Ask Deepali to be sorry about her behaviour and claiming to be RBL and pretending that she was authorised to miss behave to customer.

      Pooaj passed it over to Sibesh Kumar Jha, who was again floor supervisor and she was ordering the customer to listen and defending Deepali. Now, point is he was rather not even trying to listen, atleast Pooja did. So, we said we will not make the payment unless a sorry was mentioned.

      They didn't get the manager, and more over behaving rude, when customer genuinely said it will be paid. Its really a big harassment and threatening the customer, misbehaving, involving family.

      She would want RBL to take action, and to ask Deepali to apologise there third part company vendor for collection. or else legal action would be taken.

      I had to email as due to no internet connection, carrying phone does not mean that we can use internet. As per Shabnoor she even does have net banking with Rbl, how could Deepali assumed and with other bank she could not do due to Inernet issue, as Shabnoor would return after two days to Silchar Assam from interior place of Silchar with no internet facility.

        I have applied for RBL Movies and More credit card and this is the reference # provided #CCD04H9R7S. Have positively provided all documents and there has been no issues so far. They reached me on a weekend and asked me if available at work for verification, which obviously cannot be done. I was again reached for verification at office on Monday and i agreed. But no one showed up for entire day. The same day i get a message that my application has been denied. I really dont see they have a proper process in place or reasons to provide a denial. Clearly dont see why i would get rejected. I never had history of bad payments. There is no means to reach the bank customer care - a real person whom i can talk to, so i can understand the reason. Really frustrating service even before i could be a customer.

          I got rbl credit card through money tap app for lain of 50000, my first month bill is more than i expected, they considered the limit set up fee for wat it has been charged, i thought only processing fees would be charged as intimated in money tap app, they why they charged limit set up fee and multiple times gst have been added to my first month bill, as a middle class people like me suffer alot for this, wat is the solution for that 🙁

          I booked EMI mode of payment on MI store while booking mi note 5 pro but they debited to main bal.instead of EMI mode now they charge me in statment of june why i pay 24%p.a. interest when they aggred it on 13%p.a.on mi store

            Dear sir/mam,

            On 21st may'18, there were 2 unauthorised fraudulent transactions on my rbl credit card for a total amount of rs 8000. I received 2 sms on my mobile [protected] for transactions o[censored]sd 58.83 and usd 58.83. On 21st may'18, i received these 2 sms at 08:04 am and 08:07 am respectively. The merchant name is facebk ads. Total fraud on my credit card is usd 117.66 (Inr 8000 including tax). When i received these 2 sms, i was at my home, bangalore. From call center agent of rbl bank, i came to know that pos (Point of sale) of these 2 unauthorized fraud transactions are online for facebk ads. Also i have the card with me. I have blocked my card on 21st may 2018. Kindly investigate this matter at the earliest

            Thanks for responding the query. I have a received a receipt through post for crediting the money to my account.
            I have cross checked my balance and the amount credit to my account is 4000 i.e only for one transaction but in my query i have mentioned two fraud transactions happened with the same amount in a 5 minutes i.e Total amount (Fraud)- usd 117.66 (Inr 8000 including tax) one at 08:04 am and another one 08:07 am.

            Here i am attaching two fraud transaction message screenshots.

            Please check it and credit the second transaction money also. Once again thanks to customer support for a quick response

              Last year in 2017 i applied for rbl credit card and also gave required kyc to them. But due to some reason it got rejected. Now every months i get call from rbl team and they ask me about credit card. I simply say no i am not interested. But still this people apply on my behalf and soon i get msg that your credit card application is rejected. I think it's giving bad impression on my cbil. Please my humble request stop doing it. I don't want your credit card.

                I had stopped using RBL credit card ending with 2781 1 year back.I had blocked my rbl credit card.Today i got bill of 588 rs.Please dont steal my money by generating fake credit card statement

                  Please be informed i have applied for rbl credit card when your employees calls me and i have given self attested copies of kyc. But after 20-25 days i am asking from same employee to check the card status then he abusing on call and saying that you can do whatever you want.

                  Such a pathetic services of rbl bank i can't believe.

                    Till date no reply is recd. I request you to send the entire latest outstanding statement to clear and cancel the card as i can afford the cheating policy of your bank and rbi is also supporting to your policy to cheat the small customers and citizens of democratic country - reverse entire charges wrongly debited to my card account till date from the beginning - if you are not able to grant the credit send the entire outstanding statement to clear the dues and cancel the card immly - further i am not receiving the sms for card utilisation - the debit of rs. 2625/- on 15.04.2018 - i don get the details nor i have recd any sms for the same - the details of transactions are as under - no charges is reversed or credited till date in spite of telephonic talk appointed by your cheating corporate body - ramesh patel [protected]

                      My husband got moneytap credit card from rbl bank with limit of rs 1 lakh.in first statrment they charged limit set up fees. Why these charges are implemented which are not communicated to us while availing this facility. Only processing fees they hv mentioned in terms and conditions. Then why these hidden charges when the limit is setting up by you? Why this burden o[censored]nnecessary charges to us.

                        I missed a month emi payment for my credit card of rbl bank. Sudden i am getting a goons call hired by the rbl bank, he threatened me and my family too. However i mailed to rbl bank multiple time that i will pay the all outstanding amount. Still they threatened us through there hired goons.
                        The person who called us is vishal sharma[protected].

                        Kindly help and take the action against these goons.

                        RBL bank has issued a credit card to me as I accepted in condition of without any Insurance of the credit card. But after some time the company has sent the statement of CPP assistance (insurance ) charges. I am really sorry I not want to CPP assistance (insurance) on this credit card because I have already insured on other card.

                              I received a free bajaj finserv rbl bank credit card free without applying. I thought i will use this. After 3 months, they offered us insurance scheme for health, personal accident insurance and card protection in emi. The insurance certificate delayed and i got one by mail after a month. It did not show the name of the insured person, insurance no or sum insured, for the past more than one month, i am following up with this people by mail and phone, after repeated assurance till there is no solution. No i am thinking of cancelling the card and approaching consumer forum to retrieve the money with compensation.

                                He gave me health insurance along with the credit card of RBL Bank, but for 20 days I complained that I did not get any documents, but in 10 days, I will complete your complaint but nothing else has been done so I asked them to cancel it but they did not cancel it yet.

                                  Hi, this is the second time i have submitted my documents for rbl credit card through online as well as physically to executive after collecting the documents its their responsibility to inform the applicant that whether his application is approved or not but this bankers never update anything even in their online tracking portal it shows same for as long as we check that application is under process worst banking service which i ever had sbi and hdfc are really good. Please return my documents or else update the status.

                                    Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no :.#cc08nsl0a3 i got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows status dear customer, your credit card application is declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank. I have given all papers and verification also done positively. I have called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still in process. Customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. I want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got sbi card too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards shantanu.

                                    this is what I got through mail,

                                    Dear Cardmember,

                                    The statement for your RBL Bank Credit Card account number XXXX-6369 for Rs. 588.82 has been generated and will be sent at your registered email address within next 2 days. The Minimum Amount Due is Rs. 289.82 and the due date for your payment is 11-06-2018.

                                    In case you have opted for physical statement, same should be received by you within the next 7 days. You can also view your statement by logging on to CardsOnline and even save it for future reference or print copies whenever needed.

                                    In case of non-receipt of payment against the previous month statement, the total amount due on your account becomes payable "immediately" on the following cycle date.

                                    Please note, in the event Minimum Amount due is paid; the balance outstanding amount payable shall be carried forward to subsequent statements.                                       Dear sir,
                                      Last year i was offered a free credit card from rbl bank, after 1-2 months o[censored]sing i thought its not giving any benefits as offered at the time of offer do i stopped using the card and tried to contact their customer care executive, but in their ivr system they have no option to reach to executive so i sent them various mails regarding my problem. But no body could ever resolve. I have not used the card since may-17. But now all of sudden i got bill from rbl credit card stating that its annual fees. Then again i mailed them & they said they will credit some rewards and my fees will be waived off so that i can use the credit card again. But nothing happened instead they have mailed me second bill increasing the charge. & said if i dont pay my credit score will become bad. Its simple blackmailing. First you offer free credit card then you send charges. Please look into the matter

                                        The abnormal finance charges have charged to credit card account at rate of 60 to 70% p. A. Which are out of the banking norms several times i have reminded but no positive solution is recd. This is best cheating banking corporate body who is cheating to small customers out of rbi norms. Rbi has also no control over the cheating policy framed by the bank and cheating since incorporation to small citizens of democratic country

                                        Reverse entire charges wrongly debited to my card account till date from the beginning - if you are not able to grant the credit send the entire outstanding statement to clear the dues and cancel the card immly - further i am not receiving the sms for card utilisation - the debit of rs. 2625/- on 15.04.2018 - i don get the details nor i have recd any sms for the same - the details of transactions are as under - no charges is reversed or credited till date in spite of telephonic talk appointed by your cheating corporate body - ramesh patel [protected]
