This is anand past 1years onwards using rbl credit card. Last 3 months payment not making payment. Reason financial
Crises. Am now job less. But rbl collection manager dinesh and collection agency person
Mr, jagan. They torture and threatning me and harresing with my family. I inform i no need reversal
. But they not listning my words n threatning me.. This issues
Continoues i will directly go to commsioner office n complaint aganist this issue.. I am not hide my places
I am visible and not change for my office, so they people doing mind tortue and blackmailing.. So pls check
And necessary action against this people

    A person caling every day ad teling to pay the money which i have taken frm credit card after teling him agn agn ke i have paid the part amt by cheque ad also provoded him cheque no then to he is irriatong us agn agn by teling ahow me the mesgr frm yur bank f chque clearense ad all i m yur customer not the servant f them or yur rbl bank pls tell them to stop caling us agn agn r else ill cancel the card

    Yesterday only I received my credit card.But they sent a email that we need to pay the bill..We didn't use the card yet.

        Myself chetan, from rbl bank i got call for new credit card by offering a limit of 150000 and it will be from card to card open, but my credit limit is reduced and given me 45000, but executive told me that limit is passed 150000 then myself allowed to file my request, seriously nobody is taking care of this problem, i already called to that executive then he told it is a system problem and avoid picking my call. I suggest they misguide customers by saying all this and when fraud happened with them avoid picking call and reply, i mailed to rbl bank still no action taken behalf on them.

          I have raised request 4 times for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in 3 working days your card will be closed but 20 days completed but card is not cancelled.

            Last month my credit limit was 32880 INR and i paid 7172 INR = 40052 but in current month it's showing 38500 (I want to know where is my 1500 hundred rupees).

            I called many time and mailed too but still not revert over mail and calls, they always trying to disconnect the number by saying we are transferring your number to senior.

              One of the rbl person name suggested by him rakesh call me from mob no. [protected], and collected papers from me on 28/05/2018 (Pan, adhaar, bank statement, salary slip) and ensure me credit card will provided to me within 10 days, today 22 days has completed, and no response from them..

              And not pick my phone and not share with me my application no...

              I request you to take immediate action on them...

                This is gowrishankar from coimbatore tamilnadu. I applied for titanium delight card but they itsel[censored]pgraded the card to platinum maxima with religare insurance of 15000. Once i got the msg as card dispatched i tried cust care, mail support and raised the complaint, but no actions are taken. After one week i got another card titanum delight which i applied for. Now i have two cards but not yet used. But bill is processing every month, now my bill amount is 7000+. How can i pay with out using ur cards?? I raised the complaint in march itself and following until now to take necessary actions. But not yet taken.. My cibil score is getting affected due to this. I really fedup with ur bank and services. If no actions are taken, am going to raise a complaint in rbi.

                  I am applying for rbl bank credit card in april 2018 and the i received the card (5243 * * 4041) in may 2018 but my credit limit is 35000 so i am not interested with this limit so i want to surrender the card and i have sent several emails but rbl bank has no response so it is my request pls cancel my credit card asap

                    Dear sir,

                    Please find attached my credit card last month statement, in here you are charged rs.600/-as over limit fees but i am not used the card more than rs.35, 000/- because my card limit is rs.35, 000/- (Earlier the limit was rs..32, 000/- but now increased to rs.35, 000/-). Every month you are charging over limit fees before reaching the available limit. So kindly reverse all the over limit fees that you are charged every month.

                    I am not happy with with rbl credit card because of very low limit and also you are charging like this up-normal. So please inform us the process of closing this card so that i will pay all the pending amount immediately and get noc from you asap.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I have received credit card in 2017, while applying for bajaj finserv od facility.

                      Rbl bank had charged joining fee. At the time of taking application bajaj person told the card is fee of cost and after 1 month i have received a bill from rbl credit card, that there is an outstanding of rs 1100 (Approximately). I checked the /statement and it is showing as joining fee. I paid the fee and called the customer care to deactivate the card as i don't want to use the card.

                      After 1 year again received another message stating the card has been renew and asked me to pay the fee. I again called customer care to check why my card has not been blocked last year. They told they are unable to check my record.

                      The executive who spoke to me has told me not to pay the fee, as i am not using the card. He told he will return the charges and card will be closed in 10 days.

                      Again after 1 month i have received another message from the bank that there is a penalty charged against my card, as i have not paid the payment.

                      I have made the payment with the penalty and called the customer care and asked them about the last service request no. Raised for cancellation of the card. However the lady who had spoken with me gave reckless answer stating that she can't give me the request no. And she told there is a procedure to close the card. She is not ready to take my cancellation request.

                      Request you to kindly cancel my card or i will go to banking ombudsmen, regarding the same.

                      Kindly act as early as possible.

                        Hi i am writing this with utter disappointment
                        I am a loyal customer of rbl using your credit card
                        For the first time the payment i made missed out 136 rs and for that i am getting en number of calls from customerservice even after paying the stupid amount now they want the transaction id
                        My point is... What is the point of paying online when i have to keep sharing the transaction number over the phone to different executives for this stupid amount???
                        Ridiculous service pathetic experience
                        I know you guys are not going to do anything about it!!!

                          Dear bank,

                          How shameful to me is that you have to reconnect people, because rbl bank has exceeded all limits of shamelessness, this mail contains all the old mail attachments which i have mailed to rbl bank to check the cash for dial closing,

                          I also gave the charge of the late payment to the bank to close my loan, but why did not the bank close my loan yet?.

                          I have been closing my credit card from 7th june, 2018 but the bank is not allowing me to close my credit card. She is requesting to close me with a loan account and is also calling for paying 7000 rs.

                          I have not been using rbl bank's credit card for the past 5 month and do not want to use even further, but the bank is bent on forcefully enforcing annual fee charging.

                          I always informed the bank that i am working out of india and i can not receive any calls from any bank, and i have also done the number of out of the india mansion on my mail id, any other quires call me for this number +[protected].

                          I request the bank to close my cash for dial loan account. And now i do not even use rbl bank credit card, please close my rbl bank with my credit card.

                          Whenever i mailed the bank, my subject :loan close request (Loan no. [protected])

                          In rbl bank, i signed flowers and final amounts to close the loan.

                              They torture and don’t have the manner to talk and were abusive on missing the due date for 5000 rupees by 2 days.

                              I missed my bajaj rbl card due date by 2 days and a girl called monica from rbl bajaj finserv card department called me and inspite of telling i am in hospital she was calling repeatedly from different numbers and talking abusively.

                                Rbl - i have received the invalid bill of rs.1189
                                Incident -
                                I have been told that this card will not hold any charges or bill for the 1st year. From next year you will have to make the purchases of worth 30000 rs. To continue the free services, but that is from next year from the date of issue. I have signed the documents after thoroughly reading them.

                                Please wave off my bill as i have not made any purchase yet and i am also not interested to continue this card. Please do the needful.

                                  Udio wallet by rbl bank cancelled my existing card which was valid till 2021 arbitrarily without any notice, and now ask for a fee to replace the card.

                                  This is a scam which they pull off by getting customers into their system, allow them load their wallet, and then hold the money in their wallet as ransom until they pay a fee to get a card to use the money.

                                  In either case they get paid, the customers will pay the fee to generate the card, or let the money n the wallet go to waste.

                                    Hi All,

                                    I was trying to transfer amount from RBL's Money Tap application to my bank account. But transaction was aborted & amount was not dispersed into my account. But EMIs were calculated & applied. I tried to call to customer care but there is no particular customer care number for money tap. When i called RBL's customer care they refused to register my complaint & told me that this in not the concerned department for the money tap. Only a mail ID was provided to tell them the concern. I mailed on the same many times but no revert from there side.

                                      The collection team called my friend shabnoor at 13:15, you are not suppose to call twice after reaching and having a word with the customer, he forced her and said give money his name was suraj, phone number [protected].

                                      He was forcing her to make the payment and even said you are not making the payment. He was not even listening to her, she said i told deepali about the same too.

                                      Suraj said why after two days why not today, shabnoor said i gave you the reason to it already, she asked suraj did you hear me. Suraj said i did you are not making the payment because you dont have money.

                                      Shabnoor said what made you said that i dont have money, i told you i am out of station.

                                      Suraj was admin asking the money, shabnoor said if its going to hamper my cibil or have to make extra payment than i will do it my responsibility dont forced me to do so, without knowing where am i. He hung up on her.

                                      Sir i been receving msg from long time, but i hvnt rcd any super credit card n its showing yearlycharges to be paid n its qrittn bajaj rbl card whereas bajaj is denying thats its not from our side, pls cancell if any card issued from ur side, if not done i will hv to take the matter to the upper authority.

                                        My friend, Shabnoor has a Rbl card. She pays her payment on time. This time it was unfortunate that she would not pay her payment. Her payment due date was 4th of June. As she is out of station, with out internet services in a interior place she could not make the payment. She received a call today at 10.37 AM from a RBL team member Deepali asking her for payment and mentioned her due date was 4th of this month and told its 9th June and you haven't made the payment. My friend Shabnoor said am out of station it will take 3 days for me to make the payment. Just than Deepali made a statement that it going to hamper your cibil, even after customer says give me three days. Than my friend, Shabnoor was really irritated that how could she forced after telling the date of payment and hwy could not be made. Than my friend Shabnoor said, it does hamper in a month, Deepali response if you have phone why can't you make a payment. She was forcing the customer after knowing the issue. It was more like harassing the customer.

                                        Shabnoor got frustrated and ask for the manager to come over the phone, Deepali denied. Than corporate complain email was asked she again denied.
                                        Later, Shabnoor asked for the ticket number she denied too.

                                        Than asked Deepali that are you really with Rbl as Rbl rep never misbehaves with there customer. As we will sent you a legal notice from the court how yuo behave with me, and RBI never allows to do so. Deepali said do what you like, we will get to know we are rbl or not and yes why are you asking for maanger number or company email, did I asked you for your family member. She tried threatening Shabnoor which is not excepted. Than Shabnoor bro had a word later she miss behave with her brother too.

                                        Later Pooja Bhandari came into picture were she mention its not RBL and than Shabnoor explain the situation and she was told payment would be after three days. Ask Deepali to be sorry about her behaviour and claiming to be RBL and pretending that she was authorised to miss behave to customer.

                                        Pooaj passed it over to Sibesh Kumar Jha, who was again floor supervisor and she was ordering the customer to listen and defending Deepali. Now, point is he was rather not even trying to listen, atleast Pooja did. So, we said we will not make the payment unless a sorry was mentioned.

                                        They didn't get the manager, and more over behaving rude, when customer genuinely said it will be paid. Its really a big harassment and threatening the customer, misbehaving, involving family.

                                        She would want RBL to take action, and to ask Deepali to apologise there third part company vendor for collection. or else legal action would be taken.

                                        I had to email as due to no internet connection, carrying phone does not mean that we can use internet. As per Shabnoor she even does have net banking with Rbl, how could Deepali assumed and with other bank she could not do due to Inernet issue, as Shabnoor would return after two days to Silchar Assam from interior place of Silchar with no internet facility.
