My friend, Shabnoor has a Rbl card. She pays her payment on time. This time it was unfortunate that she would not pay her payment. Her payment due date was 4th of June. As she is out of station, with out internet services in a interior place she could not make the payment. She received a call today at 10.37 AM from a RBL team member Deepali asking her for payment and mentioned her due date was 4th of this month and told its 9th June and you haven't made the payment. My friend Shabnoor said am out of station it will take 3 days for me to make the payment. Just than Deepali made a statement that it going to hamper your cibil, even after customer says give me three days. Than my friend, Shabnoor was really irritated that how could she forced after telling the date of payment and hwy could not be made. Than my friend Shabnoor said, it does hamper in a month, Deepali response if you have phone why can't you make a payment. She was forcing the customer after knowing the issue. It was more like harassing the customer.
Shabnoor got frustrated and ask for the manager to come over the phone, Deepali denied. Than corporate complain email was asked she again denied.
Later, Shabnoor asked for the ticket number she denied too.
Than asked Deepali that are you really with Rbl as Rbl rep never misbehaves with there customer. As we will sent you a legal notice from the court how yuo behave with me, and RBI never allows to do so. Deepali said do what you like, we will get to know we are rbl or not and yes why are you asking for maanger number or company email, did I asked you for your family member. She tried threatening Shabnoor which is not excepted. Than Shabnoor bro had a word later she miss behave with her brother too.
Later Pooja Bhandari came into picture were she mention its not RBL and than Shabnoor explain the situation and she was told payment would be after three days. Ask Deepali to be sorry about her behaviour and claiming to be RBL and pretending that she was authorised to miss behave to customer.
Pooaj passed it over to Sibesh Kumar Jha, who was again floor supervisor and she was ordering the customer to listen and defending Deepali. Now, point is he was rather not even trying to listen, atleast Pooja did. So, we said we will not make the payment unless a sorry was mentioned.
They didn't get the manager, and more over behaving rude, when customer genuinely said it will be paid. Its really a big harassment and threatening the customer, misbehaving, involving family.
She would want RBL to take action, and to ask Deepali to apologise there third part company vendor for collection. or else legal action would be taken.
I had to email as due to no internet connection, carrying phone does not mean that we can use internet. As per Shabnoor she even does have net banking with Rbl, how could Deepali assumed and with other bank she could not do due to Inernet issue, as Shabnoor would return after two days to Silchar Assam from interior place of Silchar with no internet facility.
