Dear team,

I had given a cheque of 10000inr to the collection agent and have the receipt of the same dated 10august2017, i had requested since september as you can see the screen shot attached and today received a mail from the team that they have not received it, if i gave the cheque to the collection agent then where is my mistake in that and why shall i pay the charges impounded on me. It took 5 months to notice that the company has not received my cheque and i have to pay 10000inr now for mistake of your employ. I received a notice for the same and i talked to mr. Nikhil jain as told, he said he would look into the matter but then he stopped picking my calls. As told to me by the agent of your collection team i made the payment of 14000 that was my genuine payment but the charges impounded on me were not waved off as told, kindly look into the matter as i dont think i am liable for negligence of your employee.

    Please be informed that i have submitted the kyc documents for my abascus account by visiting the bank and they told that it will get updated in 3 to 4 days but its been 2 weeks and still iam getting the notification for the same. My account no is[protected]. Please do the needful and do let me know the reason for getting delayed as i want to deposit some lumsum money in my fixed deposit which its not allowed now.

        Sir i availed rbl credit card [protected] after several requests of their executive day and night even verification call of rbl credit card they promised me that i can redeem my cash back on my bill, when i called customer care my redeeming my reward points on my bill they i cannot redeem it on my bill i can only use it rbl credit card rewards shopping where as reputed banks like sbi, icici banks crediting rewards points on bill after instruction on phone it is simply and also they are sending physical statement keeping customers unaware of transections i request consumer court authorities to take this matter seriously and strict action against rbl bank for cheating with fake promises, early action very much apprecitated.

          Team,

          I am not able to login my credit card online services from 27th december 2017 & on 4th jan 2018 i have started my conversation from email, as the rbl customer service agent has twice put my call on hold. 1st time call was on hold for 28 mins and next time i was on hold for about 145 mins (2.30hrs).
          So one can think how pathetic is there customer care service.

          Also the email team respond us once in 10 days and that too the simple template everytime, that we have started your onlince service, please login and check.
          And after checking the same problem persist.
          Also i was promised that the annual fee will be wavied off, if i use certain amount.
          But rbl bank neither improve their customer servi ce & email service and nor they arrange a call from higher department to resolve the issue.
          They act as if they got a scapegoat and now they dont want to action, just need to postponed the issue till the customer from himself give-up.

          Request you to take take the matter till rbi, so that they should get to know whom they have given the license to run a banking business.

            I'm rbl customer and my registered mobile is [protected]. I had done imps to a wrong bob bank account holder on 28th december. I lodged complaint with goregoan branch who is still not able to resolve the issue. The amount is 12000 and i need some immediate attention to my issue.
            I've been in constant touch with rubina from goregoan west branch who is trying het best to resolve the issue but no success

            It's been a long time my issue stands unresolved, Rubina from Goregoan branch is trying het best to resolve the issue but no success. my 12000 is stuck between rbl and Bob bank for 40 days now and there seems to be no resolution. I appeal to rbl bank to look in my issue at a higher level of escalation as it's passed the normal time of tolerance or patience that I have

              With Reference to the below Transactions, I would like to remind you that Without my intention or any otp.

              i was shocked, when the credit card is available with me, how it can be swiped.

              I had logged the complaint with RBL Customer Support on 29th January 2018 Reference Service Request number - 1397198.

              After blocking my credit card, today also i am getting messages about my credit usage.
              RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Dear sir yesterday I got the card in the limit is showing as 34400
              But total limit is 36000
              I had 10 unauthorized transaction on 14th Feb 2018 via Merchant FACEBK ADS. I raised multiple complaints and receive no proper response. WHEN I questioned how without an OTP a transaction is approved, your customer care people say it's an international transaction and OTP is not required. I have been using other bank credit cards with no issues but your card its not SECURE.

              Also the transactions doesn't show in my BANKING APP. Thank God I have email notifications of the transaction.
              You people are really cheaters.

                Dear rbl bank,

                I am not a rbl account holder, i am writing this to bring in your notice that since 8 months or more i am getting calls from rbl credit card team to apply for the cc. I had applied it thrice, even all the verfication was done over the phone with me and my colleagues at my office. But all the 3 times it got rejected and the reason which i came to know from your sales team that bank does not provide card for pin code - 401107.
                But now about few minutes ago i get a call from your sales team once again for the selling card but this time i told them that i am not interested in getting any rbl cards. They called me back again and said that if i do not accept the card my cibil will get affected.
                Can i know, how will my cibil get affected?? If i do not want any card.
                I am sharing you the numbers from which i got the call. Hoping that you will get back to me with a positive response.

                  Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : # ccyr4471dv. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number # ccyr4471dv status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all very high and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.                     I had been using above referred rbl credit card (Maxima platinum master card) for quite some years. At the time of issue, rbl informed that the credit card will be free for lifetime with no annual fees. However, this year; i was levied annual fee charges. On my request for waive-off of same, it was denied. I thus requested for cancellation of the card and paid all my expense dues. Subsequently, i sent various mails & thrice called the customer care also wherein i was informed that the card would be cancelled in 15-20 days processing time and i need not pay any charges and confirmation would be sent to my mail.

                    However, i am still receiving rbl bills which are only for annual fees, finance charges & late fee charges thereon, gst etc.

                    Request please look into same and confirm reversal of all charges and cancellation of the credit card with immediate confirmation please.

                    Hoping to receive confirmation at the earliest please.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I have savings a/c (A/c no[protected] with rbl bank in the name "rajesh mansing bhosale" from last 8-9 years. Today i goes to deposit a cash of rs 3000/- in rbl bank, sinhagad road branch, pune (All are coins - rs 10 coins = 250 nos = rs. 2500/- & rs. 5 coins = 100 nos = 500 rs.).

                      But the cashier denied to accept the cash in form of coins. Then i asked to the branch manager but she also denied to accept the coins. I asked her to give me in writing that they don't have authority to accept the coins but she suggested me to deposit that cash in my other bank account & deny to accept the cash in form of coins.

                      As per the news from economics times of india dated[protected], rbi has already advised the banks to accept coins for transactions and exchange at all their branches.

                      Minister of state for finance shiv pratap shukla further said that the rbi's regional offices (Ros) have been instructed to advise controllers of banks in their jurisdiction to accept coins at all their branches.

                      What should the customers like me facing this type of reluctant behaves from such bank?

                        Hi had applied for a credit card from the rbl bank on the 12/01/2018 i got a call froma lady just to confirm the details and she said i'll have there executive coming over to pick up the documents the executive from the bank came to my place and collected the documents i gave him my all the needed documents which was self attested then after few days days i got a message on my number that they have received my application that was on saturday 20/01/2018 with the reference number #ccn7q2997g and they also mentioned that it is under process, when i checked it yesterday that was on 22/01/2018 and the status was "reject ops" and the next day i got a call again from one of the executive from rbl bank stating that it is a final verification call and i told him what had happened he said the card is not rejected we are forwarding it to the credit manager he will decide the credit limit and and it will take 3-4 days for the same and 7 days for me to get the card delivered, and he also provided me the reference number for the same "[protected]" i just want to know what is going on are you people playing with our credit status. And also one more thing if it is rejected what is the reason for the rejection i hope for the response from the bank side asap, or else i'll have to report this matter to credit bureau for playing with our credit status and giving us a false commitment.

                          I have now realised that rbl has the worst customer services there can be. First they upgraded my titanium delight card and blocked it, next they sent the new card to my old address where i could not recieve it. So i dont have any card to use now and also i am being charge the new card membership fees. They dont any grievance redressal phone number and they are too. Busy to respond to my emails. I regret ever upgrading my card.

                            This bank is perpetuating absolute fraud by calling up senior citizens and offering them free cards

                            In my case my mother was called up by these people and even when she said that she didn't need a card they sent a card home. They created a customer profile with a dummy email id. When i contacted them through my id to cancel the card they said it is not possible because it is not the registered email id. After some days they messaged my mother to 'update' her email id (Unrelated to my complaint)

                            They have the audacity to charge for a card that was
                            A) supposed to be free
                            B) not asked for by my mother; and
                            C) has not been used to purchase anything

                            I have my doubts about the long and short term viability of a company like this which has to resort to such cheap tricks to earn revenues. I also am shocked that bajaj finserv would collaborate with such unethical companies.

                              I never applied for the card, the customer care itself called me multiple times and they have taken documents and also called me and said my card has been approved and will recieve it in few days not when i check the status of the card then they are showing as "reject ops", what does it mean?

                              Does it mean my card has been rejected, if yes then what are the reasons?

                              You just cannot call people and ask documents and waste there time, its about my cibil status.. And i want to get my question answered asap or else i will not hesistate to go with law suit. My current cibil is 840.

                                  I didn't get my card right now but got my bill. How is it possible without using card responsible for paying bill. Or why 1178.82 generated more bill please cancel my card i am not going to continue with card

                                    Hello sir, i have applied for titanium credit card.. I have good credit score and i have already sbi and hdfc credit cards too... When i check online status its showing reject ops what it means??? Do you rejected my application... If yes may i know the reason..                                       As on dated 17 th january, 2018; i got a message from rbl bank that my credit card is approved in principle. But i have not submitted anything to anyone than how can i get this message? After this, i got a call from a number [[protected]] to submit my documents. Then i made my approval that from where is she calling from. She answered, " i am caling from rbl bank". Then asked her whether she is calling from the main branch, she said yes i am calling from the branch head office itself; but i cannot give my personal documents to anyone as this procedure is placed without my call presence. I request you to take a severe action against this call or that agency or else i will have to look for further legal help. Thanking you

                                        Rbl bank decided to make me liable for all fraud transaction which i informed rbl bank same time when it excuted.

                                        But i received only rs 1885.72 as you said (On wed, nov 8, 2017 at 9:03 am, headcardservice) but still waiting for rs. 49999/- as said below email.

                                        We refer to your dispute regarding the following transactions debited to your card account:
