The bank has auto debited rs. 1132/- from my credit card number ending with 5947 without my concern. I called them to cancel my credit card but they refused to cancel that i have to pay last statement balance amount then only they will process my request. I have not been used that credit card till now. Hen why should i pay for that membership fee?? I don't want this credit card any more. So cancel the credit card.

    I am a cc holder of rbl bank, since 2015, sep 2016 onwards i am not able to make payments due to loss of my job, parallely my mother is a tumour patient, because of which she needed more attention n i was the only earning hand, late nov’16 i started getting calls from bank regarding payments n outstanding n i mentioned each n everything abt my problems n my mom’s health, but few days ago i see dra’s at my house, asking money harassing me infront of my neighbourhood, using abusive language,. I would like to know is this a way to get ur money.
    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    At 10.01.18 (1.30 am) i received message for debited in my credit in usd.I block my card and complaint to bank and cyber cell noida also in same date.But rbl customer care person said to me you should payment this amount .We well process this complaint and short out in 45 day..Please tell me sir why should i payment this amount.please help me sir.
    I was purched i phone in flip cart on 6 emi..but i was cancel the order on after 5 min...amount revers on credit limit..but again again we have received the msg ur emi request is proccesed succusfuly...i have many times call ur customet care ..but no body replying me...please help..my contact no is [protected]

      Hello i m customer of rbl bank my saving account with u r bank at aurangabad branch i m not satisfied with the service of branch so i submitted account closing form on october 2016 at aurangabad branch but account not closed yet. N every time i asked to authority of branch about closing of account their answer is we closed account as soon as possible. N non maintaince of balance in account charges applicable to my account. I already submitted the account closing form to bank so why charged non maintaince of fund charges to my account n why not account closed yet.

        Hi sir/madam this is ramanjaneyulu i get the rbl credit card just from one month back on december but before going to start my card already rs 12000/- imposed by the name of rbl insurance, that was noticed at the time of first month statement. I am very seriously requesting you please cancel that insurance. I am never requested that i am not interested. This is not good i never faced this kind of situation in any credit card.           Hi,
          Rbl bank execute contacted me for credit card. They said you have a very good cbil score and you are elligible for our credit card. They have taken all the documents and done all kind of verification. My application reference number is #cc2y8a1u5p.
          They even called twice on my number and had successfully completed all kind of verification.
          Now today suddenly i got a message that my credit card application is denied as it didn't meet that policy requirements of rbl.
          Now when i contacted customer care to know the exact reason.. No one is ready to tell me the reason. Someone is saying your application is approved, and someone is saying your application is denied without giving me any reason. I know according to rbi guidelines, i have the right to know the reason of this decline and no one in rbl is giving me a reason for this. Is this a kind of scam or a kind of
          Joke. I thinking of filing a legal complaint against this bank.
          Please help if anyone has any idea about this

            I run a rbl credit card no-[protected] befor oct 2016. I call the custmer care of rbl bank and close the card before complite one year. Custmer care excutive acept a closer reqiuest. But rbl bank not a close my card and made a bill. We call again rbl bank and reqiuest close a card but again rbl bank maid a bill. Pls take action for this camlaint.

              I want to foreclose my existing personal loan from RBL (LAN[protected]
              and I applied for Balance Transfer from ICICI and they provided me with a cheque on the name of RBL LAN for Rs 99000 approx.

              Now RBL bank has denied to foreclose the loan through the cheque and they are asking me to pay some penal charges of around 7000 INR.

              They are saying that these charges will be applicable if I foreclose the loan using BT.

              I am not going to pay any charges and I have submitted the Balance Transfer cheque in RBL Iffco chowk branch.

              They have sent me a mail that I need to pay the charges, else my loan would be on hold and it will not close until I clear dues.

                  Now i want to foreclosures the loan and and they are now allowing me to close the said loan as they are saying now lock in period is revised to 12 months and i have paid 7 emis till now..

                  Now i am not going to pay any emi for this loan and i dnt have any problems with my cibil score if it affects.

                    Unfortunately i have said yes to credit card of rbl bank. And i got hopeless service from rbl.

                    Without received the credit card they send me bill for the same. And when i have raise the complaint through my email, they have not replied, you have started sending sms only.
                    When i tried to contact customer care the phone disconnect without any reason.

                    Overall hopeless service to earning money for rbl by do fraud with customer.
                    I request please say no to rbk bank

                      I have sent mail`s to customer care requesting to close my rbl bank platinum maxima credit card ending with 6780 as early as possible, as i am not using it any more, but not getting any reply.

                      My first mail requesting to close my rbl bank platinum maxima credit card was on 10th november 2017 and 2nd mail sent on 13th december 2017 which was acknowledge same day by reshma kanojia, even after sending mails you from rbl bank credit card department charged me 2nd year annual fees of rs. 2000/- plus gst which is rs. 2360/-

                      I received call from rbl bank to upgrade my card but when i told them that i don`t want to use this card anymore and want to close this card, i was told to call customer care which is very very difficult for a common men, i any how managed to call customer care i got a reply that rbl bank will not reverse the annual fee charges and i`ll have to pay this amount (This annual fee charge is for the next year which i haven't used)

                      Again i`ll give a last try requesting you to close my card and also reverse the annual fee charges of rs. 2360/- or i`ll have to send a mail to ombudsman, head card service then consumer court, my due date is 11th of january 2018 again rbl will charge me late payment fee if don`t pay my dues, this is why our cibil score gets effected, this is for sure i am not going to pay any amount to rbl bank credit card ending with 6780.

                      Hi today I have received a call from a number which was providing information to get a credit card. As soon as I said I already have a credit card and I am not interested then that agent started abusing. This is not big issue for me but for RBL needs to take this serious as I would not recommend anyone to be a part of RBL.

                          I venkatesh munugala have applied for an bajaj rbl platinum credit card on october 26 for which annual charges are 500 but i have received super card for which annual fee is 3000. I didn't accepted the card from courier boy. After 2 days rbl bank has sent me credit card bill of 3538. They keep on sending mails and messages to my phone for which i don't even know the credit card number and pin. I requested and raised a ticket through mail but no response. The customer care number never connects. Even the rbl bank jntu branch hyderabad are unresponsive. They are saying that we don't have any credit card department here. Due to continuos mails and messages of bills i have lost 25 credit score of my cibil score. I request to please take an action against rbl bank.

                            This is to inform you that bajaj finserv has offered me a credit card tied up with rbl bank. During the credit card offer i v been informed that there will be no annual charge for this credit card, but before my delivery of this card to my residence suddenly i got a message that a sum of rs.1178.45 has debited from the credit card with out my knowledge.
                            My queries is that i v not received my card neither i v activated the card but charge has been debited how it is possible.

                            Kindly solve the problem and arrange to refund the wrong debit.

                              I am really extremely compelled to write to you, my name is ankmani shrivastav holding a card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3x0x. I have been into the banking industry, worked for barclays bank & in my last job i was national sales head, in eli. Due to downsizing, i had to give up my job. Despite of serious financial distress leading to a great mental trauma i have been making the payment as that’s my duty however not an obligation under financial distress.

                              I have clearly notified that i have joined a new organisation & i would be making a payment towards the card which is evident on my track. I believe no organisation gives salary in advance however my organisation tried & unfortunately failed to process for the moment for the time being. I have informed the bank in recent times that kindly bare with me in such a situation & i am ready to pay the amount requested in addition to all the charges that i have been paying hence the credit given to me is certainly not for free.

                              Soniya verma from the collections team has not only harassed me rather harassed my family members, my mother & clearly threatened us. She has given clear warning that rbl is going to send people at my home for hard recovery, insult you & your family, drag you out, will send the police at get you arrested & much more. All this communication has been made via personal mobile number which i will present in court later on.

                              I am going to pay off towards the card that is for sure because i am not a defaulter, however in my next mail i am certainly going to copy banking ombudsman, file a legal suit against mental harassment case especially under financial distress against rbl, defamation & all other related legal actions. This is unbearable & on regular basis, rbl has been calling me before due dates.

                              If you are able to take some necessary action then i hope the ugly reputation might go on a hold at least.

                              Hi,
                              I have always maintained a stance to clear my bills every month. However this month since i am between jobs I couldn’t make the payment on the 8th of this month but be sure you will receive a payment (including your late fee) by 15th of this month. However even on those months i make the payment well before the due date, your collection agency staff calls me from the 20th of every month coaxing me to pay up even though my due date isn’t up for next two weeks. Making calls after 7 pm is illegal under the guidelines put down by IBA and calling a customer 10/14 days before the due date and coaxing for payment is even more uncalled for. Clearly RBL doesn’t follow it. This is the first time i have delayed a payment by a week and i get an SMS from a debt collection agent to keep the due amount in cash @ my residence. After I make the payment I am going to mark a copy of this to the bank obudsman that how come a bank is at a liberty to send debt collection officer @ home in a week of delay instead of putting late payment charges.

                                  I had a credit card with rbl bank.. One day someone called me a ask me to upgrade the card.. I regret but i agreed... I didn't got the upgrade card i called customer care and req to down grade... Previously they charged me 5000 membership fee and they reversed and now they charging me 2000 membership again are they crazy or what... For the same card i have to pay 2000... They are cheaters... Some times i feel i should stop paying them... Then they will get to know... But then say i spend that money i have to pay... That doesn't mean i will pay extra... I don't have there card i don't need one... Want reversal of membership fee...

                                    I have requested open a current account they have collected payment 25000 but still theybare not activating account, either activate my account today or refund money, i have to open mybaccount for my startup company so i can apply for gst and can run business but because of this bank i am unable to start, i have submited all doc, they are just unable to take approval for adhar which i already told them one director not have adhar, and thier email support team is not responding properly they just have ready templetes to send, and thier consern exectuve says they sent for approval to activate, for new current account open for aquasecondhand smartphones pvt ltd, chinchwad pune branch.

                                      I,. Tarun kumar have been using your bank's credit card of no.[protected]. Mr. Kamal sharma, the sales manager came with his executive mr. Rajeev at my residence on[protected], regarding my credit card payment. Then he offered me a handsome amount on the total amount which i had to pay. The amount was rs.93, 000 & he said you just have to pay rs.63, 000 so that he can clearify the whole payment in that rs.63, 000. And mr. Kamal, branch manager and mr. Rajeev, executive asked for rs.2, 000 each for offering me discount. I did so and i paid whole rs.63, 000 in cash.
                                      After payment, he is not willing to pickup my call and after a long time he picked and said, "sorry mr. Naveen, i am not able to give you discount and he back off his commitment. And he miss behaved and used abusive language.
                                      I am not going to pay any amount to your bank now. Your bank manager and executive did fraud with me and according to indian penal code it's a crime. I request you to take a serious action, otherwise i will take a very serious action. Please sir, look after all this. I'll be very thankful to you sir.

                                        I am a customer of rbl credit card. Due to some loss in business i have become defaulter of my credit card payment. But i settled with some nanak arora from rbl bank. I have paid 34000 of the total settled amount 60000.
                                        I am a valued customer and i am trying to get out from my debt. But i am receiving threat calls to me and my family and relatives from[protected]. The guy is very abusive.
                                        Plz sort out this issue.
                                        Otherwise i have no option left for filing police complaint.
