This is to inform you that bajaj finserv has offered me a credit card tied up with rbl bank. During the credit card offer i v been informed that there will be no annual charge for this credit card, but before my delivery of this card to my residence suddenly i got a message that a sum of rs.1178.45 has debited from the credit card with out my knowledge.
My queries is that i v not received my card neither i v activated the card but...

I had a credit card with rbl bank.. One day someone called me a ask me to upgrade the card.. I regret but i agreed... I didn't got the upgrade card i called customer care and req to down grade... Previously they charged me 5000 membership fee and they reversed and now they charging me 2000 membership again are they crazy or what... For the same card i have to pay 2000... They are cheaters... Some times i feel i should stop paying them......

Tried opening a current account for my new firm. Initially they have taken all the documents from me. Rbl credit card team collected my aadhar number, pan details, bank statement and pay slip details. But have not responded to my repeated calls regarding card status. If it is rejected they should respond me back. But i'm afraid they gonna use my personal details and use the credit card for other purposes, without my knowledge. They send me a new credit card again and i had returned it again on next day. Their executive call me and i denied to accept credit card also send them courrier slip but they send me credit card statement every month please help. How could i get rid of these fraud statement. Rbl bank executive called me to issue my credit card, and he told me that there would be no cost of anything in the first year and will charge in the next year so i said ok, i thought therre would be no problem. But on 15 dec they have sent me the summarized bill saying thhat i will have to pay. Now, my issue is that if i haven't recieved anyy kind of card from there end then why would i have to pay for nothing.br...

Rbl bank confirmed that i will receive the credit card. I received sms that my card is dispatched but it didn't reach me. Finally i received a sms stating that the card is returned. Real surprise is i have received my 1st bill in nov and now got the 2nd bill. Even after sending email to customer care, they are not taking any action and keep on sending bill for annual fee.
