Dear sir,
My name is chaitanya vinnakota, having a credit card of rbl bank, today (24/11/2017) at 22:40 pm i got a message to my registered mobile number showing ("a charge o[censored]sd 40.70 (Around 2629 inr) has been initiated on rbl credit card ending with the card no 8975 at candypens on 24/11/2017 at 10:40 pm ist"). I never did this transaction and i never shared the card details to anyone. At that time i was in home. I dont know where and who did the transaction. After seen this message from my mobile i was shocked and came to know that fraud was happened in online to my card. Immediately i contacted the customer care and i connected to the customer care executive mr. Rohit and request him to block the card immediately. He raised the request and given me some service request numbers

[protected] blocked the card
And he said me to follow the rules and regulations which i never seen. He asked me to go to the nearest police station and take the fir from them.
This is very pity when i ask my fraud amount to be back to the card they are telling me to take the fir from the station. Why should i go to the police station and file the fir for this? Is it my problem? I am using other credit cards from the past year and i never faced these type of fraud transactions.
Very very very very disappointed service from the rbl credit card which i never expected these type of rules and regulations when a customer approach the customer care. I dont know what they are going to do. I dont want to file fir for this... If the deducted amount will not refund to my card i am going to cancel the card. Very worst service i never seen when compare to the other bank credit cards. If they want any information regarding this i will be always with you and them but except filing the fir. Why should i go to police station? Whats wrong with them? Problem is from their end and they need to solve.. Why the customer should suffer with these type of rules and regulations? In this regards i request consumer forum to take the necessary and serious action on the rbl credit card and kindly arrange the new rbl credit card with in 7-10 days with the refund frauded amount from them

    Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #ccs62mwqsk verification done at my office and residence too but today i got msg that we are unable to process i want know the reason y it's declined i never
    Did cheque bonus and i have multiple credit card recently i got citi bank creditcard tooo i very disappointed with u expecting the reason soon thank you

        Hii,
        I had transferred 25500 from rbl credit card to my bank account through which i had setup an emi for 12months through which my em i amount every month should be of 2300/- i received a text today that i have to pay around 12000 by 12 dec 2017 through which i have already done a payment of 15500 to the rbl credit card so my balance should be almost 10, 000 to pay my credit card so can any one tell me what is going on... Why i am getting such a big amount of bill to pay this month to clear my dought i try calling help line no.. But the ivr dose not accept my dob through which i cannot get connected to the customer care excuative and clear my dought for the things that i am looking for... Please look into my matter

          Reason for cancellation : before buying the card they told lot off offers still i didn't received any offer from their side so i put lot mail for [protected]@rblbank.com no proper response

            Just to provide you a quick background of what has happened is that the card payment was somehow missed due to a casualty happened in my family where i lost my father all of a sudden and during this phase my wife zzzz missed out to pay the due amount before the due date. Before this incident the payment has always been made in full and that to before time, however as mentioned above if something like this happens no body would be in senses to take care of anything except to keep a hold on ourselves. My wife has constantly been in touch with your team via emails and calls where we have stated this problem and requested to waive off the late fees and other misc charges as a part of gesture & humanity, however not even a single penny was reversed infact fake commitments were made that you kindly pay at-least the minimum due amount and then these charges will be taken care off. Also, my wife spoke to some of the customer care representative who advised that if a customer miss on making the payment on a particular due date then the customer has a buffer time of 3 days to make the due payment for which no charge would be levied and the same was followed by my wife where she paid the complete amount due within a time frame of 3 days as suggested. Now coming back to the current scenario there are multiple charges which have been levied on the card which comes up to total of 14k. The payment was made on 16 aug 2017 for inr 73600, however a charge of inr 2051.21 as a part of finance charge - retail has been levied for which we requested a waiver which never happened. We have not used the card since the month of aug 17 but there are charges which has been levied constantly since day 1 as a part of over limit fee, finance charge - retail & late payment fees. I being husband of the customer and also being a banker pitched in to close this issue as my wife doesn't understand the in an out process of the banking norms and she waited for somebody to provide us with a positive response. Coincidentally i spoke to a gentlemen named mohit on his cell number [protected] and he suggested me to have a word with the concerned team who have the card under their bucket as of now for which i got a call from a number [protected] by the name of ravinder nayal stating that he is the one who is dealing the case or card and he has the authority to get the charges reversed or waived off being the head of collections department in rbl bank only if we make a payment of inr 8700 for which we made the payment of inr 8800 the very same day trusting the words. Since that day i have been trying to chase this guy on his number he doesn't picks up the call nor he replies to my messages which is again very annoying. As a customer we never thought of having such a disastrous experience with the bank and moreover lot of false commitments and fake assurance. It is only mr. Mohit who have helped me since day one and now guided me to write to you. We request if you could have a look into the credit history of my wife who is using multiple other cards which are running smoothly in terms of payments.

            We really want a positive solution this time and writing you in a hope to get a fruitful response not only in the favor o[censored]s as a customer but for the bank as well.

            Request you to kindly understand that in a situation like this where customer was guided falsely just to maintain the collection targets is not only depicting a wrong image of the bank but also breaking our trust or confidence with the bank to have a relationship as a customer going forward.

            Below are some screenshots of the conversation i had with ravinder nayal who is i guess a false and fake identity over whats app messenger as well as my father's death certificate which will help you have trust in us as a loyal customer.

            Also, please do refer the entire mail chain as it will give you an idea that we never had any wrong intentions of not making the payment infact we as a customer have tried our best to find out a positive solution to close this issue by writing constant emails and by giving back to back calls on the customer care number. We definitely will not pay all such charges infact there has to be a mutual way out to get it resolved.

            Understanding the criticality of this issue please get back to us as soon as possible as bank is charging us as a part of interest on daily basis which is not at all fair.

              I have been receiving many calls from rbl bank as he stated, [protected]
              They are so smart they call from different numbers, and they use abusive language.
              I don't know why they are calling as i don't even have an account in rbl.

              It's a request please stop calling else i will update the number in police for threatening calls.

                  Hi team,

                  Mis-selling of rbl card from hypercity malad west
                  Sales person confirmed free movie tickets plus 500 rs which can be redeemed at hypercity if 2000 rs is used in first 60 days
                  Movie tickets are only free on wednesday
                  And after paying extra 500 rs in first bill
                  Still can’t see any points reflecting in hypercity card. Rbl bank is fraud.
                  Please help to resolve.

                    Hi all,
                    I am holding a credit card-[protected], for which i have used rs-64000 total principal outstanding as i have lost my jobs due to some medical illness, i have made so many calls to cutomer care to made my total outstanding in emi so that i can pay.
                    But they refuse me so i can't make the payments. But after 2 months might be in november 2016 i got a call from your collection agency name-citi collection india pvt ltd, agent name kapil and other one mohit they told me that my outstanding amt of rs-64000 will be made in 15 installment of rs 4400 per month. For that i am agreed and paying them in check, i have all receipts which they have provided. I have already paid 10 installment out of 15 installment. But on 28/08/17 along with the collection boy named hussain there officer named-yash sexena came n told me that my all emi got cancelled and i have to pay some total outstanding of rs-78000 and they will not collect any further emi. And also i have been assured that by collection boy mohit i will get my noc on collecting my 15 th emi.
                    As i have paid 80percent what i have used now they making me harress to make payment of 82000 which i have never used. I can pay you only what principal amt what i have used from which i have already paid 40000.
                    I also attached the receipt for the agency.
                    I also written a mail to you earlier i got no reply.

                      Complain no is 946165, 995926.

                      First complain logged on 28th oct no response
                      Second complain logged on 5th nov no response
                      Third complain logged on 11th nov no response

                      Received call on 18th nov discussed regarding the issue but not closed
                      Received mail on 18th nov "you were unreachable, please reply on mail" replied on mail & call back also but complain not resolved

                      Again logged complain on 21st nov awaiting for the call now

                      Can you resolve this issue or i have to visit consumer's office.

                      Why are you providing this types of service. I am very frustrated with rbl due to this types of service. Already logged complained 4/5 times. But you are making customer's fool.

                        I am going through a medical issue and my husband lost his job i am trying to reach out the nodal officer to get an exception and reschedule all payments after december but these guys are try to be over smart, always give the scripted reply

                        Its been one and half month they are torturing me like this. I raised same request with rest of banks where i have got this exception.

                        I don't know whats wrong with this bank. This is happening to be both with credit card team and loan team. When i took this loan i was working with different company and now i am working with different company.
                        RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Have been contacting the bank from the past 3 months to close my credit card (xx..2284), worst customer service. They send the same response on email and say the same thing over the phone. Now after 3 months, they have sent me the bill which includes the annual fees of next year. Even the nodal officer and 1 level above are not responding to my escalation. Never experienced such customer ignorance before, regretting my decision to choose their services.

                          I requested fir closure of my credit card and was already closed on april, i got message from rbl bank also saying

                          `your request regarding rbl bank credit card (Reference no 108217) has been closed. For any further assistance contact us on [protected] or email us at [protected]@rblbank.com. Happy to help, always!`

                          But getting messages of statements...

                            This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job i borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                            I can able to give 30% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 20 business days. More than 30% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                              Hi guys,
                              I am holding 2 credit card from this (Stupid) bank which i done mistake by taking. The problem arise when i made payment of 1 card to another card, where i didn't used the card for which i made payment. When i contacted the customer care and mentioned about the same on same day they confirmed that excess amount will be created to another card automatically which they didn't and imposed late fee and financial changes where they only told that automatically they will transfer the amount.
                              Another incident when i made huge excess amount and requested for transfer to my saving account they took almost 7 days without any interest and i followed up every day.

                              The way customer care treats is pathetic and also service is worst.

                              Once i get the money back to my account i am planning to cancel both the cards...

                              People says buy indian and be indian but this back loots indians like any thing.. This is worst credit card bank which i have encountered in my life..

                                On my rbl bank credit card some one has done of transaction of rs 39000. I got a message. At that time i was in office. I have already registered a complaint to bank but i did not get any positive feedback and this month they have send the credit card bill of fraud transaction amount.                                   Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #cco23aa88a. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got a mail from rbl bank saying "your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria." i gave the documents to rohit (Executive), executive called and i gave all papers and verification also done positively.. Rbl bank should give us reason or else i will case file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case.

                                    My name is aasia, i got a call from an agent asking if i am interested in rbl credit card, i said yes as i was looking for good offer. I submitted the documents within a day. Agent told me that i will get my credit card within a week time. But now it's been more than a month and still they are saying that it's under process and even i haven't got the application number. It's really disgusting. I called customer service today and asked for the assistance they denied to help me out in any ways as they said they cannot help me in this.
                                    I want this issue to be investigated asap and get it resolved as i don't expect this kind of behavior from a bank like you. Call me asap on this.

                                      I asked the bank to close my service through call and mail on 13nov2016. They blocked my account and on 15oct2017 when i tried to get a car loan... My cibil score was low due to this bank which says i have not paid their balance. So i went through their customer care. They apologized and said they will clear all charges and will provide me noc so that i can get a loan but no response from their side. I called again after 10 days and they had not tried to solve my problem. I somehow reached the supervisor and he promised me that everything will be done within three working days.
                                      My loan is stuck and they are least bothered about it. Three working days are over…i got no noc and he called me ‘adamant’.
                                      This bank has got no regards for their customer and their time.

                                        The company has not been updating information in my Cibil report, thus destroying my financial reputation in the market. I am unable to contact bank because they are not bothered and does not have an option of talking to customer care executive, all that you hear is the recorded voice for credit card holders.

                                        If they have the audacity to destroy reputations then they need to have the understanding to reply to such blunders which can destroy businesses.

                                        I demand an action and resolution on the same.
