Still my application is in under process. How long it will take to get the credit card.

    Hi team,

    Mis-selling of rbl card from hypercity malad west
    Sales person confirmed free movie tickets plus 500 rs which can be redeemed at hypercity if 2000 rs is used in first 60 days
    Movie tickets are only free on wednesday
    And after paying extra 500 rs in first bill
    Still can’t see any points reflecting in hypercity card. Rbl bank is fraud.
    Please help to resolve.

      fraud by collection agency

      Hi all,
      I am holding a credit card-[protected], for which i have used rs-64000 total principal outstanding as i have lost my jobs due to some medical illness, i have made so many calls to cutomer care to made my total outstanding in emi so that i can pay.
      But they refuse me so i can't make the payments. But after 2 months might be in november 2016 i got a call from your collection agency name-citi collection india pvt...

      Complain no is 946165, 995926.

      First complain logged on 28th oct no response
      Second complain logged on 5th nov no response
      Third complain logged on 11th nov no response

      Received call on 18th nov discussed regarding the issue but not closed
      Received mail on 18th nov "you were unreachable, please reply on mail" replied on mail & call back also but complain not resolved

      Again logged complain on 21st nov awaiting for the call now

      Can you resolve this issue or i have to visit consumer's office.

      Why are you providing this types of service. I am very frustrated with rbl due to this types of service. Already logged complained 4/5 times. But you are making customer's fool.

        I am going through a medical issue and my husband lost his job i am trying to reach out the nodal officer to get an exception and reschedule all payments after december but these guys are try to be over smart, always give the scripted reply

        Its been one and half month they are torturing me like this. I raised same request with rest of banks where i have got this exception.

        I don't know whats wrong with this bank. This is happening to be both with credit card team and loan team. When i took this loan i was working with different company and now i am working with different company.
        RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Have been contacting the bank from the past 3 months to close my credit card (xx..2284), worst customer service. They send the same response on email and say the same thing over the phone. Now after 3 months, they have sent me the bill which includes the annual fees of next year. Even the nodal officer and 1 level above are not responding to my escalation. Never experienced such customer ignorance before, regretting my decision to choose their services.

          I requested fir closure of my credit card and was already closed on april, i got message from rbl bank also saying

          `your request regarding rbl bank credit card (Reference no 108217) has been closed. For any further assistance contact us on [protected] or email us at [protected]@rblbank.com. Happy to help, always!`

          But getting messages of statements...

          Get it closed immediately

            This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job i borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

            I can able to give 30% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 20 business days. More than 30% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

              Hi guys,
              I am holding 2 credit card from this (Stupid) bank which i done mistake by taking. The problem arise when i made payment of 1 card to another card, where i didn't used the card for which i made payment. When i contacted the customer care and mentioned about the same on same day they confirmed that excess amount will be created to another card automatically which they didn't and imposed late fee and financial changes where they only told that automatically they will transfer the amount.
              Another incident when i made huge excess amount and requested for transfer to my saving account they took almost 7 days without any interest and i followed up every day.

              The way customer care treats is pathetic and also service is worst.

              Once i get the money back to my account i am planning to cancel both the cards...

              People says buy indian and be indian but this back loots indians like any thing.. This is worst credit card bank which i have encountered in my life..

                On my rbl bank credit card some one has done of transaction of rs 39000. I got a message. At that time i was in office. I have already registered a complaint to bank but i did not get any positive feedback and this month they have send the credit card bill of fraud transaction amount.                   Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #cco23aa88a. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got a mail from rbl bank saying "your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria." i gave the documents to rohit (Executive), executive called and i gave all papers and verification also done positively.. Rbl bank should give us reason or else i will case file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case.

                    My name is aasia, i got a call from an agent asking if i am interested in rbl credit card, i said yes as i was looking for good offer. I submitted the documents within a day. Agent told me that i will get my credit card within a week time. But now it's been more than a month and still they are saying that it's under process and even i haven't got the application number. It's really disgusting. I called customer service today and asked for the assistance they denied to help me out in any ways as they said they cannot help me in this.
                    I want this issue to be investigated asap and get it resolved as i don't expect this kind of behavior from a bank like you. Call me asap on this.

                      I asked the bank to close my service through call and mail on 13nov2016. They blocked my account and on 15oct2017 when i tried to get a car loan... My cibil score was low due to this bank which says i have not paid their balance. So i went through their customer care. They apologized and said they will clear all charges and will provide me noc so that i can get a loan but no response from their side. I called again after 10 days and they had not tried to solve my problem. I somehow reached the supervisor and he promised me that everything will be done within three working days.
                      My loan is stuck and they are least bothered about it. Three working days are over…i got no noc and he called me ‘adamant’.
                      This bank has got no regards for their customer and their time.

                        This is in ref to RBS Credit Card No[protected] now RBL.

                        The company has not been updating information in my Cibil report, thus destroying my financial reputation in the market. I am unable to contact bank because they are not bothered and does not have an option of talking to customer care executive, all that you hear is the recorded voice for credit card holders.

                        If they have the audacity to destroy reputations then they need to have the understanding to reply to such blunders which can destroy businesses.

                        I demand an action and resolution on the same.

                          I am rbl credit card customer when i enroll the credit card the bank has commit me there is no any credit card annual charge as usual i used teh card and paid the amount as per my usage but when the annual charge is mention my bill then i'll call no of times his customer care office they will said me that plz clear your due and we waived off your annual charge and as per commitment i'll clear all my due and further there is no any call or mail about this and bank will regularly send me the bill of tne annual fees and interest over it.

                          Dear sir, please reverse my another credit card of RBL because I have already credit card of RBL ending no.2114. And other card ending no. 1691. This is useless for me I don't have need this card please reverse it and send noc regarding this, I would not pay any bill for this card. Please further take action on it.

                            Their executive told term n condition s that when you expand 2lakh or something g but they gave me 75000 limit so return back card on next day through courier dtdc and send the. A copy of tracking slip for close this card i am sending complaints daily but no answer. No one talking g on customer care... This card is chargeable 2000/-.                               I got call from rbl and the person said this is diwali time and if you apply for credit card you will get a limit of 3 lacs and dont tell verification department that you have already one credit card from rbl and he asked all my details on watsapp instead of collecting in person. Moreover, he said that tell the verification depart ment that i have signed all the documents.

                              I have got the card with limit only 66000. And now im trying to call him but he is not answering.

                              I dont remember his name but i have his number +[protected].

                              Now i will file an fir against rbl for fraud.

                                I have notified rbl bank about my intention to close the newly opened account on 2 november 2017, ref number: 00893374 by rbl executive anil vishwakarma.

                                I am still waiting for written/email confirmation that my credit card account is closed with no due pending.

                                I was told this will be done in 4-5 working days.

                                Still no response from them.

                                Shall file complaint with consumer forum in a week's time if no response received.

                                  This is the worst bank i have ever come across with so much of basic errors every now and then. Seems there are no reconciliation controls available around the processes. I was checking my rbl bank credit card statement online (Card no.[protected]xxxx-2575) and to my surprise it was showing some 1.31 crores of total outstanding balance with minimum payment due of inr 7.33 lacs. I have the total credit limit of inr 2.35 lacs on my credit card. Please get this corrected at the earliest. I am attaching screenshots for reference.

                                    I have using a rbl credit card whenever on the due date i paid the same on the due date hence making payment through neft got error and same time i called to customer care and said the same matter. He told me payment not accepted through neft. Then i make payment by axis pay upi that time account got debited but payment not received to credit card agin i called to customer care and confirm about the payment and given payment trxn no. I. E. Axisnm1kjq2q7384 and charges also, he accepted and agreed for no penalty but after that got charges for late payment. Kindly do on priority basis.
                                    Requesting u to kindly revers the same charges asap.

                                      As discussed over call and sr number 00921688 regarding the fraud transactions done today on my card number ending with 1893 at 13.46 pm. Same is been intimated to customer care representative and i was advised to go to police station to file fir but they have not lounged the fir and asked me to take a copy asking for the same by rbl bank.

                                      I went to nearby branch of ratnakar bank in borivali west sodawala lane, but your representative has advised me to send a mail on rbl card section and go for the dispute cell.

                                      Kindly confirm the receipt of the email and guide me with the process to get police complaint copy.

                                      Attached scan copied of dispute form available on your site.

                                      I have not received any message for otp or email, i received only messages of transactions and was bit surprised as card was with me and how come the transaction happened.

                                      Sir now bank has replied as the physical card was with me if i am available in Mumbai how come the transaction happen in BELGAUM which is in karnataka. Now bank is raising there hands by saying card and pin is used. If card is with mme which is shown to the bank branch of RBL in borivali west sodawala lane on the same day in an hours time then how its possible to use the physical card along with pin.

                                      Bank has started to raise there hands instead of doing investigation with merchant. This could have simply sopped by not doing inter bank settlement as the fraud was highlighted to the bank in 15 minutes time same day.

                                      Now please suggest who will be responsible for this please help.

                                      Today i got a letter from RBL bank stating the transactions are done at union bank and withdrawn cash.

                                      The simple question is if i am available in Mumbai with my card which is shown to police station in borivali east at around 2.15pm on 6th December, and same is shown and highlighted to RBL bank borivali sodawala branch.

                                      Then what is the reason bank is again claiming that the card is physically used.
                                      And if card is physically used in belgaum which is 600 to 700 far fro mumbai, then the data is definitely shared by RBL staff it is a pure loop holes in security system of bank.

                                      Why should a customer suffer and pay the money for the transactions done by frauds.

                                      Its still not resolved and the investigation team is sending transaction details on paper which i am very well aware.

                                      Please provide CCTV Footage showing me or my card used in the ATM machine. Will think on paying or else i dont mind being a defaulter.

                                      I hope this is again again intimated you people and RBL bank borivali branch and police station in borivali east as i visited them with the card.

                                      As you and bank and investigation team is claiming card was present in the machine in belgaum Union bank ATM.

                                      So lets play a fair game and send me the CCTV footage o[censored]NION bank ATM which is very much available, showing me or my card is used. And if it is not me its used by whom.

                                      Sorry but if this is not getting resolved same will be highlighted to MEDIA soon as the attached card details along with my card is definitely not used by the card holders and its used by the frauds to whom your bank and other banks must have shared the details and they have guts to have dummy cards and use it like this.

                                      For a normal cash withdraw transaction person need at least one minute and this person has used 6 cards in 3 minutes.

                                      So its a case of bank negligence and data sharing racket as i am not alone who has faced this and got this kind of reply.

                                      I hade made complaint regarding the same on 6th of November at 2.15 pm after 45 minutes of this incidence as i had spent almost 30 minutes in calling RBL customer care to block my card. I visited the RBL branch at 4 pm and met your staff shown her the card and she made a call to customer care service and convinced me to file dispute online.

                                      I will not pay any amount but will highlight your banks inability in catching the dummy card makers and your back office data sharing mafias.

                                      Attached are the list what i have got from you people which is only a transaction settlement copies.

                                      I had applied for credit card & got reference number but I m tracking on site not any response from site this is very bad service
