Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #cc0e86eki. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #cc8he18j8i, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements...

First they said i'm getting an offer on taking a loan from them, (Which had too many other issues) they are giving me a free platinum supercard. After i agreed and got the card the next caller told me that first year is free and 2nd is payable.

After i made few purchases i see an additional of rs 600 charged in my account for some cc security charges which i never agreed upon. I tried sending few mails to get a clarification...

After doing follow up with all grievances lateral of rbl bank no proper reply from them to escalate further this is the mail.

There are three issue:
1. Credit card fee.
2. Charges reversal.
3. Rewards point.

Subject: credit card fraud transaction.

I have rblbank super credit card on which four fraud transactions happens on 22nd and 23rd november 2017. As per flipkart they have processed the refund of inr rs.280 around 15 days back, but when i called to rbl bank to know about this refund status, as per rbl bank customer care, they do not have any such refund.

I don't know now from where i'll get my refund.

At time of issuing bank person told me this is free of charges card.

Bank person told me i don’t have to pay any issues or minimum use charges for this card in future.

I had open fd with check & saving account on 27/11/17 in chinchwad branch, but till now my account not activated, if the bank not give up one day interest then why the bank neglect customer profit. My account should be opened up to thursday but bank told the day tuesday. I m not interested to open saving account. I m coming for fd who is responsible for above
