They send me a new credit card again and i had returned it again on next day. Their executive call me and i denied to accept credit card also send them courrier slip but they send me credit card statement every month please help. How could i get rid of these fraud statement. Calling them on customer care but their ivr has no option for direct talk to executive and i dont have any credit card.

    Hello,
    A person named "Prakash" claimed to work with RBL Bank in some Delhi branch in the loan department, is calling us continuously from yesterday. He told us that our neighbor, Ravinder Shaw has taken a loan of 5.5 lakhs from their bank and not repaying back and he has given our names as his guarantor.But in reality, we don't know anything about this matter.

    Now, today they are calling randomly to our friends and family members and claiming that I and my husband has taken a loan of 5.5 lakhs and have fled away. Again I have no idea of where they are getting contact numbers and other information.We have lodged FIR in Dumdum Police Station, but they have asked us only to ignore the calls.

    Please take necessary steps as this kind of calls are ruining our reputation.

        Dear sir,

        Rbl bank executive called me to issue my credit card, and he told me that there would be no cost of anything in the first year and will charge in the next year so i said ok, i thought therre would be no problem. But on 15 dec they have sent me the summarized bill saying thhat i will have to pay. Now, my issue is that if i haven't recieved anyy kind of card from there end then why would i have to pay for nothing.

        Please help me i am sending you the mail sent by them.

          Rbl bank confirmed that i will receive the credit card. I received sms that my card is dispatched but it didn't reach me. Finally i received a sms stating that the card is returned. Real surprise is i have received my 1st bill in nov and now got the 2nd bill. Even after sending email to customer care, they are not taking any action and keep on sending bill for annual fee. This will affect cibil scores and they are just playing. Worst customer service, they will not even respond to our emails. I request someone to take action immediately.

But i am not getting my credit card till date how ever i recived despatch message on[protected] by bluedart courrier but still i am not recieving the card but it is not my concern or issue my concern is how come statement generated and outstanding ll come. Also when i applied for credit card your executive informed that anually charges ll be totally for me so how can it ll happen. I think your bank is not a bank it is a cheating organisation because your bank service is so disgusting and harrsased a customer. So pls i request to your bank pls cancel my credit card and also wave out my outstanding otherwise i ll go to consumer foroum. I am expecting that your bank ll resolve my issue asap and also i am waiting for your resonse.

                  Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #cc0e86eki. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #cc8he18j8i, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Your executive even confirmed me that it got approved and i will get my card by saturday 16th dec 2017. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card has been approved someone saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court

                    First they said i'm getting an offer on taking a loan from them, (Which had too many other issues) they are giving me a free platinum supercard. After i agreed and got the card the next caller told me that first year is free and 2nd is payable.

                    After i made few purchases i see an additional of rs 600 charged in my account for some cc security charges which i never agreed upon. I tried sending few mails to get a clarification on the charges, but apart from the automated reply you never get any response back from them. I tried calling their customer care which is just an ivr system and does not have any option to check false payments clarifications. Now there is no way you can speak to a live agent and get your queries clarified.

                    I want to close my cc now and now there is no option to do so and apart from sending monthly bills there is no customer care support for this bank.

                    As per my advice do not respond or take any of their services. The only time they call is to give the cc and no response once you receive it.

                      My self kulvinder singh having a credit card from your bank ([protected]) titanium delight 92000 limit and other card of rbl bank through money tap aap ([protected]) titanium 92000 limit. Already mail u guys many time that i'm not able to use my ([protected]) more than 13000. Out of 92000 available limit shows 78900 but not able to use. Last time i'm requesting u that pls resolve it neither i'm not going to pay rest dues of mine which i brought through money tap aap rbl card. Why i'm only facing such problem other hand my friends also using rbl banks credit card and money tap rbl card both cards are running separately. Waiting for ur rply...

                          Dear sir,
                          After doing follow up with all grievances lateral of rbl bank no proper reply from them to escalate further this is the mail.

                          There are three issue:
                          1. Credit card fee.
                          2. Charges reversal.
                          3. Rewards point.

                          1. Credit card fee:
                          My existing card which i am using was initially issued by abn amro bank in year 2007 with life time free condition. (No annual charges)

                          The card business further sold to rbs their also while using the card no difficulty has been faced and no charges has been levied regards for annual charges.

                          The further business has been sold/taken over by rbl bank since then bank is charging annual charges on request some time they got reversed but again they are charged.

                          I told bank people that as per my card terms and condition its an lifetime free card they are either unable to understand or willing dont to be get understood.

                          So kindly look into the matter as per original terms and conditions it should be free. Also arrange reversal done in past.

                          2. Charges reversal.
                          I have done two transactions of rs. 20, 000/- each on 05.04.2017.

                          The statement generated on 17.04.2017 and due date for same was 07.05.2017.

                          The said transactions were under dispute due to deficiency in services hence request for investigation is made (Usually as per visa/master card agreement bank to do investigation).

                          The bank people are unable to understand they said its since otp is used while doing transactions hence they cant do anything and charges has been levied.

                          To avoid further charges i made the payment of rs, 35488/- (Since there are some reversal bank has done so i paid the effective amount of rs. 35488/- instead of rs.40, 000)

                          There were delay in crediting the amount hence bank has further leived charges here also bank is not reverting/ acting hence got delayed still bank had charged..

                          In the month of july 2017 after vigorous follow up bank has provided temporary credit disputed amount along with interest.

                          There after i made some transaction made the exact amount which i had spend.

                          The merchant has provided the sufficient services for the said disputed amount,

                          In the month of september 17 bank has revered the temporary credit but no the charges pertinent so same.

                          I am using card regularly and making on due dates but in last two month when i have checked their is out standing even i making full payment what i have spent.

                          Going on details of statement it appears that bank has not revered completely charges hence the card is showing overdue.

                          So kindly look into the matter since as on date there should not be any due towards me.

                          3. Reward points:

                          As explained in above point no 2, reward point also got adjusted or expired kindly reinstated eh same.

                          Request:

                          I using credit since more than 10 years without any default.

                          The overdue in credit card deteriorate the cibil score.

                          For above matter i have sent so many communications (Same available with bank) even i told if delay in reply my account will get charged but one is listing.

                          It is nice banking with rbl and enjoying the lot looking for early revert,

                              Sir,
                              I received a call on 8.12.2017 at about4.00pm from[protected]saying that my sbi credit card reward points of 9999 will be expired and that their agency will recharge the points in my credit card account.in return i will have to mention the otp which will come to my cellnumber. After receiving the otp i disclosed to them and they said i will receive another otp and mention the number since the old one was not working and keep connected on the line without disconnecting they said that the sbi card is not working and if i have another card to mention that number for enabling credit points transfer. I gave them the rbl card number i found that the balance in my credit account was depleting after two more similar attempts. They said there was some problem in the systemand that everything will be reversed if i provide them another otp. Even after the fifth attempt the balance was reducing and i called as fraud and i will go to complaint with cyber crime if they don't reverse the debits in my credit card. They said that they are trying to reverse and it will be done today. I have lost a sum of rs. 69995.

                              Sir i already submited my all documents but i dont get any response from bank...bank excutive ask me that your credit card issue by bank but i dont get any card from bank...pls tell me if my credit card issued from bank then where is it...and if dont issue any card then what is my application status.

                              RBL Bank cheting its customers

                              I have used RBL Bank’s credit card few months back. (Credit card number is [protected] Valid Thru 12/25 and in the name of SHAJU P M). For the last eight months I have never used the RBL card for any purchase. The pending EMI amount is only 1525/- against the purchase of a mobile phone.

                              On 10th August 2020 the bank has asked me for the payment of 2125/- (Saying Total Amount Due is 10, 991/- and Immediate Due is 2125/-) and I have paid that amount. On 10th August I received the receipt also. (Proof is there in my email). And on 21st August they are asking again the payment (Saying Total Amount Due is 12, 297/- and Immediate Due is 2356/-). How it will come? Instead of reducing the EMI amount from Total Due they increased the Total Due and Immediate Due.

                              They are harassing me and my family by making 10 to 15 telephone calls daily. And even if I have asked them for Covin-19 moratorium they didn’t allow. They are charging huge amount as fine and interest.

                                First they call me to gave a card with free joining fee. After collect all my documents they call me and said sir we gave you the best card we had and the joining fee would be charged by 2000 + gst. When i said i don't want this card they cut mt phone and not listen me. Now i don't want this card which will affect my cibil score later please help me sought out this problem.

                                    I have applied for the card with RBL bank application number BFLC[protected] linked with mobile number [protected].

                                    10 days back I have been informed from bank executive that card has been issued and dispatched and within 4 days it will be delivered to me. Till today I have not received the card and when i called to enquire the status of the card on there customer care number. the status brought to my notice that the card has been already delivered to me on 30.Nov 2017.

                                    This was shocking and made me apprehensive about misuse of issued card.
                                    So i requested to register complaint that i haven't received the card and issue a complain number but the executive denied to provide any complain reference number and when i insisted he said i should go to nearest RBL branch to register a complaint. later on i Have made a request if you cannot respond to my query kindly cancel my application for card.
                                    He had issued me ref. no. T285695 and said that the card has been blocked and cancelled on my account.
                                    I like to give feedback this was the worst kind of experience towards credit card queries and unresponsiveness of the bank personals may lead to credit card fraud.
