I inform you that i have credit card rbl bank (Titanium delight). I have requested the credit card permanently closed three times but i have not closed my credit card yet, please cancel my credit card ([protected]-manish kumar verma).

I am applying rbl bank credit card. Rbl executive taken all my documents before a month. After submit the document received a call form bank side and verification clear but no any status for credit card and no any call received from bank after approve my status. Tell me what about the issue and what is the status of card.

I ravikumarsinha having rbl credit card no:[protected]. I have emi 12347 i pay 12000 and forget.

I am not received any call bank side and charge me 1000+gst.
I was unware about this charge.
Kindly request you reverse my late fee.

I am very very harassment because i am three time hand over the doucument pick up boy and taking customer care department but till date not arroved the credit card. And main negative thing verification call mostly 4 to 5 time i am very very harassment. This is not good for rbl.

rbl credit card department is saying not good civil score, but my civil score is 800 above....

1. May i know the reason, why it got delayed.
2. No response from your onshore/offshore team.
3. Lacking customer service & communication.

Without using of newly received credit card from rbl bank before couple of days, statement generate to pay rs 3538.82. Is it possible if the credit card is not used then how the said amount is generated.

Bank incomes by foolish the customer in this way

If i have not used the card at all. Then why i will pay the said amount

An amount of rs 14380 was debited from my credit card ([protected]) on june 12, 2017 on account of an online purchase.
Since i cancelled that purchase the exact amount of money has been reverted to my credit card momentarily.
On the following month the statement shows an emi break up of the said amount i. E 14380/-, (1366/12 months) which is preposterous since the amount has not been spent from my end. So why the emi?...

On the 6th of september i used my rbl credit card to pay a bill of rs.1560/- at e-seva.
due to power interruption in the e-seva the transaction was not completed.but still the amount was deducted from my account.upon enuiry i was informed that the bill was still not paid. it has been more than a week now...please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
