I closed my rbl credit card last year on 29/03/2016 by making my final payment of inr 61, 000.00 but after an year they sent mr sms of yearly charge & after that i called customer care where i was told it was by mistake but now its second month they are sending me sms with interest cahrged on it foe past two months.

I destroyed my card & asked to block it then how can they torture me with this.

    I am gaurav jain and on 25th sep i received rbl credit card on the same day after reading all document i was blocked my credit card of rbl and not used till and i was mailed to rblcardservice for card return and from 25th sep to till date i was mailed 3 times and more than 10 times i was contact customer care. But rbl people not respond. On the name of service rbl is world worst bank. On 15th oct i again call customer call they people told me that i will receive a call from rbl but till date there is no communication from rbl.
    Rbl not contacting me but regularly send me mail and msg of due amount even i didn’t use this card.
    Now i am very very frustrated from rbl and want to cancel and return rbl credit card.

    I recently got my credit card super card and made my first purchase while filling the application the RBL telecalling team has confirmed and told me it was 0%EMI card however after the purchase they have really high interest rate like 24% and 27 % which I haven't seen in any other cards I have about 5 other bank cards this is the worst services and their customer services is also bad...RBL please tell me how to cancel my card.[protected]
    Yes true. Worst banking services ever. I am calling them since morning. None of the toll-free numbers are working and on the local no. I have, a security guard is picking up the phone and asking for a hold. I have been put on hold for 5 mins and the phone is getting disconnected. This is happening since last 3 calls in an hour.

    I want to cancel my card as they are charging unnecessary fees without me having purchased anything. This is my first month after card activation, What kind of charges are you asking for.

      I had taken money from money tab app via rbl bank, while taken the loan they said no pre-closure fees and now when i cleared my amount which was taken they have charged pre-closure fees.
      I am being calling rbl customer care from past 2 months and still they are yet to resolve my query, when ever i call they say our supervisor will call and till date no one has called me.
      They are charging me for late payment of pre-closure fees, please help me

        I complaint regarding health insurance card issue many times within 4 months. The customer care always tell me wait for next week time for query pending and delay. Many times i mailed on complaint email but there was also no one response to bank. The care told me that we can't revert your balance and also didn't give me detail of policy. Before four month i applied for the health card behalf of rbl credit card department. But till now care told me for wait for resolve for query. So please help me there where i can complaint regarding bank or claim my payment. My contact no. Is [protected]. Very bad experience with this bank and customer support is also too bad.

          Some fraud transactions done on 22nd Sep 2017 with my Credit card. I called customer care immediately and informed about this thing.

          But, No action taken from their side and simply sent the statement. It has been more than 3 weeks did not get any reply.

          Help me to avoid to pay this bill.

            It is very unfortunate to tell u that it has been very very bad banking services from your bank. It has been more than one month thai i requested for closing my account with your bank.               Subject: trapped and being victim of conspiracy by dsa staff (Mr. Aditya patel and consultant they associate with) of rbl bank in terms of switch over facility to achieve target.
              Dear sir,
              I have current od facility running with rbl bank (Parimal garden, ahmedabad, gujarat, india) od account number[protected] named as freny worldwide with rbl bank.
              Kindly noted i have switch over account from kotak mahindra bank to rbl bank, as i am in import export business so i have been committed to provide facility of rs.93 lac in terms of od and rs. 40 lac in terms of buyers credit.
              As, i have been agreed to switch over existing facility form kotak mahindra bank to rbl bank, i have been trapped in terms of they have initially cleared kotak mahindra bank outstanding, and released my remaining od limit after 3 months from documents been provided. Still i haven’t been avail facility of buyer’s credit. As, i have surrender existing property and additional property too. I have made complaints so many times in bank, customer care and finally nodal officer of rbl bank too, but didn’t receive any reply from them. No person can ever visit or reply while i have visited rbl bank (Parimal garden branch). It seems they just misguided customer in terms of achieve target.
              Even there are lot of conflicts in terms of i have agreed, i have suggested them to make a dropline limit for 1 year instead they have fixed up for 6 months and other conflict in too many things.
              I have been totally misguided and being a victim of fraudulent statement and commitment provided by bank. Once they have been said property acquisition issue, property which i have provided i have clearly stated that either i will be set up my office or provide space on rent, they being conspiracy and advised me to put down another property too (4th floor) which was not mortgage by kotak mahindra bank, even i have did that too.
              Now, rbl bank even nor ready to answer anything to their customer. Detailed email which i have sent them already attached herewith. As, i have been suffered lot of financial difficulty due to their unprofessional behavior to their customer as below.
              1. Already paid exit fee to kotak mahindra bank in terms of switch over account.
              2. Already paid processing fees of 1.10%, however we agreed on 1 %, so i have paid in terms of if i will use their facility as they have promised to us but still not avail facility what they have told us.
              3. Loss in business planning on base of rbl bank commitment.
              Who would be responsible for all problem above i have faced in terms o[censored]nauthentic commitment and conspiring client to achieve their target.
              So, kindly requesting you to assist me in following.
              1. As already fed up with rbl bank of no response to customer and being victim of fraudulent commitment to acquire bank account, so, kindly requesting you to help me in critical situation to exit rbl bank without paying any penalty too them, they been asking for penalty of 2% amount to leave rbl bank facility, however, i haven’t received any facility as per they have committed to me. So, kindly allow me to exit rbl bank without being paying any charges to rbl bank.
              2. As i have switch over my existing facility from kotak mahindra bank to rbl bank on base of commitment they have provided, but it seems they been not fulfilled that. So, requesting to kindly provide me processing fees what they have been charged to me for unauthenticated commitment.
              3. It seems rbl bank dsa staff (Parimal garden), they just providing lot o[censored]nauthenticated commitment to acquire client, as being a victim of their unfulfill commitment i have even loss lots of business which i have planned out accordingly they committed.

              Finally, help me to exit rbl bank, as i am ready to paid of their loans but without any exist fees of their loan just because have been suffered a lot due to their falls commitment to businessman in terms of achieve target.
              Moreover, what ever processing fees i have paid to rbl bank should be revised and credited back because i haven’t changed my facility just because to acquire od only of 93 lac, as kotak mahindra has already offered me to top up my limits up to 95 lac, but your staff had committed 93 lacs od and other 40 lacs of buyer’s credit. But they didn’t fulfil their commitment.

              So, kindly help me out to resolve this issue. As all paper has been attached regarding email i have made and complaints i have made to rbl bank but no one even care to reply including nodal officer of rbl bank.

              So, need your assistance in exist rbl bank without paying any exist fees (Ready to paid off loans) and revised me credit of processing fees they have been charged cause they not able to provide me on what they have committed.

              Looking forward your urgent assistance on this against being victim of fraudulent commitment from rbl bank to achieve their target in acquiring customer, responsible civilians are suffered in this race of acquiring customer by bank.

                      I am very very harassment because i am three time hand over the doucument pick up boy and taking customer care department but till date not arroved the credit card. And main negative thing verification call mostly 4 to 5 time i am very very harassment. This is not good for rbl.

                      rbl credit card department is saying not good civil score, but my civil score is 800 above.

                        Sir,

                        I am using rbl credit card from last 1 years. Rbl bank also issued a money tap credit card also but without telling me my limit was merged with my old card. This was not in my knowledge that limit of both cards is merged. After that when i used money tap card over limit charges charged to me that reversed after many complaints. After that i receive a call from rbl executive to send my documents so that my limit can be increase that i sent. After sending the docs i received call again that my card will be updated to icon card for which 5000rs annual fees will be charged and limit will be increased. After receiving the card executive told me that there is not any offer for increasing the limit on my card.
                        After that i sent a mail to the head of the card services from where i receive a call. I told them to downgrade my card but after sending so many mails charges not received. Between the whole instance i also received a hard copy from the bank that in my icon card my limit increased from 0 to 67000rs.
                        Please help as not any executive is giving any permanent solution for my queries.

                        Please help as i am depressed due to over limit charges.
                        I have some attachment of screenshots from app and hard copy of letter received from bank that i am sending.

                        I have received a call from RBL executives they said to me that they will send a mail to me for sending the docs and will forward my mail for limit increase to the concerned department but till now I have not received any mail for this. Between this I have received a call from RBL bank that limit is overlimit. Please help immediately in this matter so that matter can be closed.

                          Dear all,

                          At the time of buying the card your sales executive specifically told me that you have to pay the annual fee of rs.500/- on the rbl card and now in the bill it is showing rs.2, 000/- kindly advise for what reason i have to pay the extra amount.

                          Kindly arrange a callback on priority as i am tried many times to connect with you people but no response.

                          Please note whenever i try to do the payment it shows some error. It is not my fault that payment is not yet been done its totally your problem.

                            Before some time i receive a call and person offer me a credit card of rbl bank. I say yes, and one executive collect my document from my address. After some days i receive one more call from number [protected] and demanding for send all documents at the given whats app no ([protected]). According to bank rules, we have to give all documents at registered bank email id or registered bank executive. I want to include rbl bank in this complain because if they are collecting the documents at whats app no then it is not a legal/official way for collect documentation. If some one is trying to do fraud at the behalf of rbl bank then rbl bank have to take action in this matter and fill a complain for that fraud person.

                              I am using rbl credit card in the last months customer service said that if you are upgrading your card, the preview bill will be automatically reverse on your card and the new card will be sent to your home and the next year only the annual fee payment in return, you will get 8000 bonus point bills which will appear in your credit card. But now this month's bill is showing both amounts. Has been talking constantly in customer care but my point is being ignored and i refuse to help anybody. My bill is being made incorrectly every month, so you are requested that you turn off my card card i have made a full payment of the card and we are not using the new card. Details of the payment of the last card is taxed on this reference number - jhdf[protected] 1200 /- 24.09.2017 - jhdf[protected] - 560 / -25.09.2017
                              I am unable to give any of the following, i am trying to talk to many time customer care but customer care does not speak properly my charge is increasing.

                                Hi,

                                I lost my old credit card from rbl so i asked for a new one and i got it.
                                Now i had to make the payment for the old card outstanding but i cant login to that card number. So i tried to login using new card even that is not possible.
                                I tried to register new card your websites says its already registered.
                                So i did change password and that went well but when i tried with the changed password on my new card it still says error 3101 wrong credintials.

                                I tried many times same and i was entering all the details correctly.

                                So i called on
                                [protected] the call gets disconnected directly.
                                [protected] the ivr asked me to call on[protected].
                                [protected] i had no option to go the customer care. I tried to enter incorrect card details thinking that after 3 wrong attempts atleast your customer care will come on line to solve my query but the ivr ust said thankyou and ended the call.

                                O in short i dont have any number to call for this issue.
                                Rbl is not even trying to help its customers.
                                RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  It has been disappointing to write such a complaint related to one of the credit card department representatives.
                                  They called me to offer the credit card services for which i have submitted all my documents which are asked to go. I got a call from the same department (Don’t know yet because they called me from mobile number always) and they confirmed related to the dispatch of the card. But today another person called me, asked to send the same documents again and insisting to send my existing other’s bank credit card front picture with pan card details on whatsapp only. When i denied the same and asked him to provide the official email address then he comes up with nonsense talk with a harsh voice. Due to this, i denied to send any document again and he was come up with argue when i asked him that i would complain about such behaviour then i was very relaxed pretending nobody could do anything against him.

                                  So related to the incident happened while just applying for the credit card then i can easily imagin what would happen!!
                                  1) about service
                                  2) behaviour of customer care and bank
                                  3) if payment gets delayed!!

                                  I have also same type of Complain. One person call me and ask for give all documents at given Whats App no( [protected] ) and way of talking was also too bad.

                                    Hello sir,

                                    I had made two attempts to link aadhar number with my account held with rbl bank @ ring road, surat branch but unfortunately it did not happen, so which is a failure from your side. I re-checked and verified the format on which the sms need to be sent on a particular number though it did not get updated. I eave spoke to one of your bank representatives to rectify the issue and whether i am doing it in correct manner and he said that it was correct. Kindly find attached reference screenshot for the sms sent (Done twice). Also find the attachment for linking aadhar to bank account via mobile app. (Done on july 04, 2017 @ 21:24)

                                      I got a call from [protected] for application of rbl bank credit card for which they collected the docs from my office noida, u. P.
                                      Now from past some days i getting call again and again from [protected] & [protected]. They demanding me again the same documents which i had provided earlier. I am not able to understand if my card application is approved they why i have to give documents again. I believe these are some frauds & today again when they called me i refused that i will not give again any documents to someone because the person who collected my documents was someone else & now someone else is calling. After this they started abusing me & harassing me over call.
                                      Request your intervention because they are calling on behalf of rbl bank.
                                      If any proof of documents of whatsapp chat is required i can deliver the same.

                                        I got a call from rbl bank regarding credit card. Actually i don't have any idea to get credit card. But they explained all the benefits and i bit confused if the credit card is declined my cibil score will be down so i conveyed my suggestion to csa, they told they will check eligiblity before applying so that cibil score won't be affected. They get back to me after a half hour and told me that ur credit card pre approval process is got over we can make sure you will get credit card with next 2 weeks. After a verification representative from rbl called me and told your card is approved it will be dispacted with in next two days. Now i received msg hi! We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your credit card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria... They u guys give fake belief and promises to us. I do have all the call the call records. I'm gonna file a legal compliant over rbl bank
