One of the Fraud banking RBL Bank. My Card rewards points debits without any intimation. Please see attached document for it.
As i already told worst Customer care executives in this bank. They also wants to try manipulate customers. As today call, One of the executive named anam transferred my call from banking system to credit card department but same there call not go through any executive. My concern is as per last statement i have not make the payment as per the due amount i think have made short amount of 6 to 7 thousand so this is the first time i have delayed on my payment, I never ever delayed on my payments. As per customer gesture please reverse my charges and in future this thing wont happen from my side....

I am a pension account holder of sbi - kathriguppe, bangalore and my account no. Is [protected]. On 22.06.2017 i swiped my debit card in a rbl pos [ lakshmi enterprises] for flight ticket booking for rs 11835/-. The transaction/ card was "declined". Chargeslip was not printed as the transaction has not happend or declined. To my surprise my account in sbi on 22.06.2017 was debited with rs. 11835/- (Ref: othpos002839). I akash working for your credit card from last two years and here is your one of the banker mr deepak arora in new delhi south west zone he today done worst thing with us and he doing misbehave with us he abuse us he destroy our office badly and do misbehave with our colliges this is the way you bankers doing with the guys they said you are not authorised channel or in second way i am not doing work directly to you i do work...

I have tried so many times for redemption of my rbl credit card but its not happening.
I have tried to call costumer care executive two to three times, but they also every time holding my call and keep on doing the same.
But no one is solve my issue till today
I have given all the details to them\
I have reward points in my account and in vouchers by which i can shop for this festive season.
Hope you understand...

I had a talk with someone she talked to me and threatened she continuously calls my son at his office and threatens with abusive language through board line and narrates complete to its staff also.
I requested not to harrassment as I have taken loan and you cannot say to third party as per rules but she also threatening me her boss name is Vaishali and phone is from this number [protected]

I was applied for credit card. The was dispathch the card but due to unavailableity of i was not received theat. When i received masage confirmation from rbl bank that they received back my credit card 4 days before. 3 days before i was registerd the complete with custmare care. But now they dont have any informoration about the card. 20 min i am hold....

Your credit card collection executive don't have manner how to talk with any one... And giving all wrong information to my family. Instead giving them warning to not to call my any family members they always call them

... I regular pay them my money... They give all fake and false information to my family members i am not going to tolerate this i m putting this matter in media... Rbl credit are making people fool

I got a call from rbl bank for new credit card on behalf of my existing sbi card. My application number is #ccgn59ea48. I gave them all required documents a month ago. But they didn't process my application and didn't contact me either. When i contacted them and ask about the status of my application, they said it is in process. After that i applied for standard chartered bank credit credit card and i received it with in a week....

I have so many mail against rbl credit card department but body will response about my complaint of below charges. For last 3- aug-2017, but no one clear this issue.

1. Card annual fee... (Before 1 year charged)
2. Over due charges... (Without over limit)
3. Interest charges + tax... (Mistake in your hand & why charged beared by customer)

Rbl was issued me a new credit card at the date of[protected]. I make payment in first month around 10500 rs and earn 8000 rewards points. But after that i don't make any transaction on this card because i swipe my card at petrol pumps and others place all time transaction fails so i use my other cards.

Before some time i was try to contact rbl cc no but not able to talk or contact rbl executive...

Please note that i applied for rbl credit card provided all the documental details and i had one credit card of hdfc i didnot provide its details yet still they are saying your application has been rejected. On what background they are rejecting my apllication no proper reason of rejection.
Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear.br...

Ratnakar bank ltd. Initially a money lander then nbfc and today a successful banking license holder from rbi. But could not changed its basic instinct of money lander. Today on 09.09.2017 i got a call from so called customer care a laughable word in respect of rbl for claiming an amount of 5, 000/- for use of credit card. I hereby in my full-conscious state of mind declare that i have neither used this amount nor i am customer of this bank...

I have credit card of rbl (5243 xxxx xxxx 2781). 4 months back i had requested to change my due date as it was getting generated at 22nd but i dint had money so asked them to move it to 1st of next month

Rbl replied that its not possible to change through mail and asked me to clear all due amount, by the time i was charged 2 months late fee charges

My dad was issued rbl credit cad last month in a very unprofessional way. An agent approached him through phone and asked if he was interested in any credit card.
