Dear sir,
I am using rbl credit card in the last months customer service said that if you are upgrading your card, the preview bill will be automatically reverse on your card and the new card will be sent to your home and the next year only the annual fee payment in return, you will get 8000 bonus point bills which will appear in your credit card. But now this month's bill is showing both amounts. Has been talking constantly in customer care but my point is being ignored and i refuse to help anybody. My bill is being made incorrectly every month, so you are requested that you turn off my card card i have made a full payment of the card and we are not using the new card. Details of the payment of the last card is taxed on this reference number - jhdf[protected] 1200 /- 24.09.2017 - jhdf[protected] - 560 / -25.09.2017
I am unable to give any of the following, i am trying to talk to many time customer care but customer care does not speak properly my charge is increasing.
If you do not do it immediately, then i will go to the consumer court about all these matters and i will also do a police complaint.

RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I need some details for my credit card so I tried many times same and i was entering all the details correctly.
So i called on
[protected] the call gets disconnected directly.
[protected] the ivr asked me to call on[protected].
[protected] i had no option to go the customer care. I tried to enter incorrect card details thinking that after 3 wrong attempts atleast your customer care will come on line to solve my query but the ivr ust said thankyou and ended the call. Rbl is not even trying to help its customers.
