Dear sir,

I am using rbl credit card in the last months customer service said that if you are upgrading your card, the preview bill will be automatically reverse on your card and the new card will be sent to your home and the next year only the annual fee payment in return, you will get 8000 bonus point bills which will appear in your credit card. But now this month's bill is showing both amounts. Has been talking constantly in customer care but my point is being ignored and i refuse to help anybody. My bill is being made incorrectly every month, so you are requested that you turn off my card card i have made a full payment of the card and we are not using the new card. Details of the payment of the last card is taxed on this reference number - jhdf[protected] 1200 /- 24.09.2017 - jhdf[protected] - 560 / -25.09.2017
I am unable to give any of the following, i am trying to talk to many time customer care but customer care does not speak properly my charge is increasing.
If you do not do it immediately, then i will go to the consumer court about all these matters and i will also do a police complaint.

    Hi,

    I lost my old credit card from rbl so i asked for a new one and i got it.
    Now i had to make the payment for the old card outstanding but i cant login to that card number. So i tried to login using new card even that is not possible.
    I tried to register new card your websites says its already registered.
    So i did change password and that went well but when i tried with the changed password on my new card it still says error 3101 wrong credintials.

    I tried many times same and i was entering all the details correctly.

    So i called on
    [protected] the call gets disconnected directly.
    [protected] the ivr asked me to call on[protected].
    [protected] i had no option to go the customer care. I tried to enter incorrect card details thinking that after 3 wrong attempts atleast your customer care will come on line to solve my query but the ivr ust said thankyou and ended the call.

    O in short i dont have any number to call for this issue.
    Rbl is not even trying to help its customers.

      Hello,

      It has been disappointing to write such a complaint related to one of the credit card department representatives.
      They called me to offer the credit card services for which i have submitted all my documents which are asked to go. I got a call from the same department (Don’t know yet because they called me from mobile number always) and they confirmed related to the dispatch of the card. But today another person called me, asked to send the same documents again and insisting to send my existing other’s bank credit card front picture with pan card details on whatsapp only. When i denied the same and asked him to provide the official email address then he comes up with nonsense talk with a harsh voice. Due to this, i denied to send any document again and he was come up with argue when i asked him that i would complain about such behaviour then i was very relaxed pretending nobody could do anything against him.

      So related to the incident happened while just applying for the credit card then i can easily imagin what would happen!!
      1) about service
      2) behaviour of customer care and bank
      3) if payment gets delayed!!

        Hello sir,

        I had made two attempts to link aadhar number with my account held with rbl bank @ ring road, surat branch but unfortunately it did not happen, so which is a failure from your side. I re-checked and verified the format on which the sms need to be sent on a particular number though it did not get updated. I eave spoke to one of your bank representatives to rectify the issue and whether i am doing it in correct manner and he said that it was correct. Kindly find attached reference screenshot for the sms sent (Done twice). Also find the attachment for linking aadhar to bank account via mobile app. (Done on july 04, 2017 @ 21:24)

          I got a call from [protected] for application of rbl bank credit card for which they collected the docs from my office noida, u. P.
          Now from past some days i getting call again and again from [protected] & [protected]. They demanding me again the same documents which i had provided earlier. I am not able to understand if my card application is approved they why i have to give documents again. I believe these are some frauds & today again when they called me i refused that i will not give again any documents to someone because the person who collected my documents was someone else & now someone else is calling. After this they started abusing me & harassing me over call.
          Request your intervention because they are calling on behalf of rbl bank.
          If any proof of documents of whatsapp chat is required i can deliver the same.

            I got a call from rbl bank regarding credit card. Actually i don't have any idea to get credit card. But they explained all the benefits and i bit confused if the credit card is declined my cibil score will be down so i conveyed my suggestion to csa, they told they will check eligiblity before applying so that cibil score won't be affected. They get back to me after a half hour and told me that ur credit card pre approval process is got over we can make sure you will get credit card with next 2 weeks. After a verification representative from rbl called me and told your card is approved it will be dispacted with in next two days. Now i received msg hi! We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your credit card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria... They u guys give fake belief and promises to us. I do have all the call the call records. I'm gonna file a legal compliant over rbl bank

              My credit card was not delivered. As per your mail on 11th september stating "will be delivered in 7 working days".
              1. May i know the reason, why it got delayed.
              2. No response from your onshore/offshore team.
              3. Lacking customer service & communication.
              4. Communication not satisfactory.
              5. Time consuming is too much.

                As i received below message on 15 september regarding credit card payment. But i didnt made any payment and i didn't receive any otp for verification.

                Your rbl bank credit card account xxxx-5773 bill of rs. 2360.00 with due date[protected] has been sent & will reach you in next 7 days.

                So, kindly refund the amount otherwise i have to mail to the rbi regarding this. Already send a mail few days back.

                  I am using credit card of your it's by mistake deactivated for use while using your mobile app since i trying to activate same but i wouldn't able to find activation link in mobile app. I also mailed you regarding that but didn't get any resulation till now.

Mr. Sameer is not taking my calls and also not resolving the issues. I want compensation for my financial loss and harassment.

                    Without using of newly received credit card from rbl bank before couple of days, statement generate to pay rs 3538.82. Is it possible if the credit card is not used then how the said amount is generated.

                    Bank incomes by foolish the customer in this way

                    If i have not used the card at all. Then why i will pay the said amount

                    Please let me know how the problem is to resolve?

                    Still now i didn't get any reply or response from your side tried to reach you on desk phone there also no response.

                      An amount of rs 14380 was debited from my credit card ([protected]) on june 12, 2017 on account of an online purchase.
                      Since i cancelled that purchase the exact amount of money has been reverted to my credit card momentarily.
                      On the following month the statement shows an emi break up of the said amount i. E 14380/-, (1366/12 months) which is preposterous since the amount has not been spent from my end. So why the emi?
                      I called executives numerous times but not only they did not solve my problem but furthermore asked for an additional 3% of charge on rs 14380/- in order to initiate a pre-closure process.
                      Meanwhile for consecutively 2 months i have paid the emi amount of rs 1366/- on the amount already restored back to the credit card on june 12, 2017
                      The executives all along said the senior departmental heads are denying this.
                      I request immediate stoppage to the emis and further plead you to refund me with the emi amounts i have paid.

                          On the 6th of september i used my rbl credit card to pay a bill of rs.1560/- at e-seva.
                          due to power interruption in the e-seva the transaction was not completed.but still the amount was deducted from my account.upon enuiry i was informed that the bill was still not paid. it has been more than a week now...please resolve my issue as soon as possible...

                            One of the Fraud banking RBL Bank. My Card rewards points debits without any intimation. Please see attached document for it.
                            As i already told worst Customer care executives in this bank. They also wants to try manipulate customers. As today call, One of the executive named anam transferred my call from banking system to credit card department but same there call not go through any executive. I am completely disappointed with RBL Bank. Never suggest to anyone for taking card from RBL.

                            Is the proper way of dealing customers?

                              My concern is as per last statement i have not make the payment as per the due amount i think have made short amount of 6 to 7 thousand so this is the first time i have delayed on my payment, I never ever delayed on my payments. As per customer gesture please reverse my charges and in future this thing wont happen from my side.

                                I am a pension account holder of sbi - kathriguppe, bangalore and my account no. Is [protected]. On 22.06.2017 i swiped my debit card in a rbl pos [ lakshmi enterprises] for flight ticket booking for rs 11835/-. The transaction/ card was "declined". Chargeslip was not printed as the transaction has not happend or declined. To my surprise my account in sbi on 22.06.2017 was debited with rs. 11835/- (Ref: othpos002839). The beneficiary's account has not been credited. The beneficiery confirmed that he has not received the money.
                                It has already taken more than 85 days still the concerned partys washing their hands by sending e mails to their higher authorities and the reply is "the matter has been taken and will be resolved in 46 days", but there is no logical end. The matter was referred to banking ombudsman by the sbi

                                  I akash working for your credit card from last two years and here is your one of the banker mr deepak arora in new delhi south west zone he today done worst thing with us and he doing misbehave with us he abuse us he destroy our office badly and do misbehave with our colliges this is the way you bankers doing with the guys they said you are not authorised channel or in second way i am not doing work directly to you i do work for one of your authorised channel and if he dont want my work he can also simply said to me that please leave us we dont your work. He said to my team girls you all are lowers class guy abuse to our girls with boys that what your banker said to our guys.. I do work for your cards from last two years and he in that time he abused me many times without any reason without any reason he called me # who gave him a permission for all that words for all things and today he came to my cabin with your team andd he called me again you # and try to slap me abused me who gave him a permsion for all that guys when last time he come to my office and ask for 50000 ruppes as a bribe not only that he said if you wamt to continue with us you have to pay first to me other wise i will show you what i am.. I am not doing any thing wrong with any guys i dont do any fraud so how can he claim me how can he called me # fraudy without any proof.. He misbehave with my team girls too guys plz make strict action against him asap otherwise me and my team going to upper level and make a fir against your team mate mr deepak arora for all this misbehave and things what he did with us guys it directly hurts the humanity without any reason he how can blame and abused any one how can.
                                  Guys plz make a strict action against him asap otherwise my one more complaint can disgrade your banking network and your bank too and i dont want to make this kind of things...

                                  other wise i gonna make this complaint to your head branch

                                    I have tried so many times for redemption of my rbl credit card but its not happening.
                                    I have tried to call costumer care executive two to three times, but they also every time holding my call and keep on doing the same.
                                    But no one is solve my issue till today
                                    I have given all the details to them\
                                    I have reward points in my account and in vouchers by which i can shop for this festive season.
                                    Hope you understand my situation.
                                    And try to rectify as soon as possible, as festivals are near.
                                    Having so many reward points but no use for me.
                                    This is irritating me a lot. So i once again request you for the issue. Thanking you.

                                      I had a talk with someone she talked to me and threatened she continuously calls my son at his office and threatens with abusive language through board line and narrates complete to its staff also.

When i received masage confirmation from rbl bank that they received back my credit card 4 days before. 3 days before i was registerd the complete with custmare care. But now they dont have any informoration about the card. 20 min i am hold.
