Complaint marked as Resolved None of them call us or emailed after lodging the complaint regarding the failed transaction amount deduct it in my credit card which is accumulated 14000...
Please resolve my problem the steps should be taken first of all check the transaction the credit debit is failed or not because in my message Amazon company told me that my transaction has been failed at the same time and same day I.e sixth of July or seventh of July.
Following steps should taken check
Check what check whether the transaction is done or not
RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
