      Dear sir,

      i am senthil kumar while confirmation on cerdit card i told i dont need policy and i am not aware about it but now when i received the rbl cerdit card the insurance of r sheild was added and it was converted to monthly emi

      please do cancel my policy of the r sheild we have already raised complaint through rbl customer care but till date no response from them

        Respected sir,
        I am Bijoy Dhali. I am a new user of RBL credit card (Platinum LifeEasy SuperCard). When I saw the statement, R Shield insurance policy which amount is 15000, has been added to it and the amount has been converted to EMI. I did not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also I did not get any documents regarding this policy. So please it is my humble request cancel this policy and refund the cash as soon as possible.

          Hi,
          Recently i joined RBL Bank service thorough Its Edition Credit Card.This is the worst bank I’ve seen ever.

          my credit card got charged for Rs 15000 for a insurance plan which i can easily get at half price from official issuers.

          When i lodged my complaint[protected] instead of refunding the amount they charged me another 15, 000 for the same plan.

          I don’t want to buy any insurance plan from RBL Bank, kindly refund the whole amount to my card or I’m going to close my all services with RBL Bank.

              I would like to inform you by mistake or by default my R-shied insurance premium policy active and my 14000/- rupees debit from my rbl credit card, so I want to cancel my R-shield insurance premium policy.
              So kindly cancel my policy and refund my 14000/- rupees in my card.

                Today on 12/07/2021, I checked my credit card statement in the I was shock to see to amounts deducted from my credit card Rs.720/- & Rs.15, 000/- both on same day 10/07/2021. My limit is under Rs.41000/- and they have charged me with 2 premiums. I have tried calling the customer care number but the number is not have proper IVR to solve the issue, please help.

                  I didn't activate any r shield insurance policy, but 720 + 600 total 1320 rs debited from my credit card, so please cancel this r shield insurance policy and return back this debited amount .

                      Hi,
                      RBL Bank has been calling at my number since last 2 years and enquiring about someone called Aslam Mohammed. I have repeatedly informed all customer care executives that it’s a wrong number, but they dnt care. They have been calling me from all different numbers and harassing me day and night. I would like to take legal action against them for mental torture and trauma.

                        Having a credit card of bajaj rbl super card. Last year I had a rewards point of 38000+ points. so that time I order three articles against that reward points on their portal. After some days I had seen that one Item showing delivered and two items was in process on their web site. I had raised the issue that time itself that I have not received any thing. After following so many times neither they reverts back by rewards point nor deliver any goods. Now they are saying we can't do anything.
                        This is a simple cheating.

                          None of them call us or emailed after lodging the complaint regarding the failed transaction amount deduct it in my credit card which is accumulated 14000... Please resolve my problem the steps should be taken first of all check the transaction the credit debit is failed or not because in my message Amazon company told me that my transaction has been failed at the same time and same day I.e sixth of July or seventh of July. Following steps should taken check Check what check whether the transaction is done or not

                            I have raised cancellation request for credit card on 6th July. I received acknowledgement mail that they taken note of your request and the same has been forwarded to relevant unit.

                            Today 8th July, I received call from the customer care for reasons of cancellation. I have explained that the card is on no use for me and not using the card since long time. They are asking me to use it till December as i have no annual charges and even though am not interested, they lured me by providing the rewards point which am least bothered. They want to get the card running however the customer wants it closed.

                            I request to please look into and cancel my credit card with the noc copy.

                                      RBL collection agents are calling people living in my bldg but unknown to me in my name and talking in most dirty / bad language and harassing them by calling multiple times and telling them ' they will not stop calling unless they make call to me '.

                                      This is MOST unethical way of harassment.

                                      How to make them stop this and make them apologize ?
