Hello,
Myself Nitin sangle. I have taken your RBL bajaj supercard. i'm jobless now and for the last 3 months i'm asking for a settlement but recovery agent Rohit gives me a fake commitment every month. pay 4500/- will, will give you a settlement letter then you can pay the next payment. for 3 months, I've been borrowing from someone to close this card but these agents are lying on each point. I've included a screenshot as proof as well. they're even calling me after 8 or 9 oclock. sending msg on whatsapp. they're doing all illegal activities to harass me mentally. I need final settlement, whom can I contact? These people are not giving me any options. just gives me fake commitment. all their activities are harassing me mentally. i can pay 25% amount only

I'm thinking about suicide just because of their activities. I want a final settlement then only I can pay further. My card number is ********7499. Here I'm sending the contact details of the card manager. Rohit singh ([protected]) and [protected]. want settlement letter as soon as possible otherwise these guys making me force to do suicide.
Please revert as soon as possible with solution.

My name is r.kannan. Few two month before I got RBL Bank platinum credit card. After that, I received a call from RBL bank insurance company regarding that R shield insurance subscription. But I told, that am not interested. So please don't activate that subscription. I said repeatedly 4 or 5 times to that customer care executives. But today R shield insurance premium rs.1353.87 debited in my RBl bank platinum plus super credit card. Today am trying to contact RBL bank customer care. But I can't contact customer care at anyway. And also sending a mail to RBL bank customer. But I didn't received a any reply form RBL Bank.

Kindly request to you please cancel that insurance and refund the money. Otherwise please cancel my credit card.

I have cleared my last month dues on time after that rbl bank has imposed a fine on my card and they are continuously increasing the amount after the payments. last month my outstanding was 30k and now it is 39K. I am very much stressed about this. they are sending the collection agents to my house and on call the agents are threatning me. please help

My husband’s cousin Mr. Sourav Kumar Rai took credit card from RBL. We were unaware that he has given my and my husband’s contact number and address as reference because we have not got any call or confirmation from bank side. This can be checked and confirmed from bank history and logs. He has become defaulter of bank since he didnot pay the credit...

I have done a RBL credit card bill payment on 31/07/2021, which is done through net banking bill desk RBL myapp and money got deducted from my account of 7848.21/- which is not reflecting the RBL credit card still, i am so much worried in these pandemic we are jobless and payment due charges we cant afford at this time, kindly look in to this matter i will attach the screen shot of my payment from ICICI

Hello there, this is Tahiruddin Shaikh from vadodara. I recently recieved rbl super card on 21st of july2021. And still haven't used it, today while checking the benefits and offers on rbl app i was shocked to see an unauthorized transaction made on 26th july2021 which is totally out of my concern. I was not even asked about any insurance and even i am not interested to have any insurance. This transaction of Rs 15000 and Rs 720 is not done by me, and hence i am not even gonna pay any such amount. I even tried many a times to speak to customer support line but there was no option to speak to customer care executive. I have even wrote to rbl cards care support via email And now i need your assistance to proceed further to cancel this insurance. .

Hi, this is Tahiruddin Shaikh from vadodara. I recently recieved my Rbl credit card on 21st july and still haven't used it a single time. Today i was shocked to see an unbilled transaction made on 26th of july2021 without my concern on R-shield insurance. An amount of Rs 15000 has been charged and can be seen in unbilled transaction and i definitely dont need any kind of insurance. Please help me out in this matter as it totally out of my concern. I was not even asked about any insurance and this is what i am dealing with right now. I tried calling on the customer support line but there was no option to speak to customer support. Please cancel the insurance premium and refund the amount deducted from my credit limit.

I recently recieved my Rbl credit card on 29th August and still haven't used it a single time. 28th September i have a call your Customer Executive Karan Sarwan he said no amount will charged for recommended insurance plan i asked many times on call how to pay i that said amount of said R- Shield insurance policy he said no amount its free so thats by i am agree i have recording whole conversation. 29th of Sep Today i received a massage

"Hi PRIYA PRIYA AGARWAL! You have spoken with our associate Karan Sarwan for health insurance plan. Your RBL Bank Credit Card will be debited with Rs 15000 towards your R-Shield Insurance. To Opt out, SMS NO7B to 5607011 from registered mobile number."

i definitely dont need any kind of insurance. Please help me out in this matter as it totally out of my concern. I was not even asked about any insurance and this is what i am dealing with right now. I tried calling on the customer support line but there was no option to speak to customer support. Please cancel the insurance premium and refund the amount if deducted from my credit limit.

Am writing this letter to inform you about the torturing I am getting from RBL Bank ..I am brought two HP laptops from LULU -connect( Lulu Mall, Ernakulam ) through EMI and every month without fail am paying the EMI . Continuously am getting customer service calls and recently i.e on May 18 2021, without my knowledge they took RS/15, 000 from the Bajaj Finserv Super card and they are asking EMI amount on this .First it was 1387.62 and Now the amount has become RS .3011.27 . When I am enquiring, I understand that they started some insurance policy without my consent . Before May 18 I got a call regarding insurance and the rep asked my nominee details ..But I was not given any consent on this call ..She told me to rethink and told me that they will call me later .After that call, From Lulu Connect One staff called and spoke about the insurance offer and I rejected the offer and they did all the procedures based on my opinion .After getting calls and continuous torching i called RBL customer care and requested to cancel the insurance .REQUSET NO #32144379.After that i got a call from customer care and the person spoke to me threatened me and said that if i cancel i will not get any loans and i will struggle in future ..i said i need to cancel and am not given any verbal consent .. After this incident, getting calls from their service and it's an emotional harassment for me . Please consider this request as a complaint and please help me on this .

This Is Nirmal Kumar From Chennai, I Have Been Using My RBL-bajaj Super card for the Past three years and above, my card limit is 81000, due to some personal monetization problems, I Restructured the card and found that the card credentials converted into rbl loan, I couldn't able to pay the minimum amount as well, so I am requesting you to pls settle my card at which can be payable by three months emi, Pls do call me at [protected] which is the registered mobile number for my card.

I received my credit card on 22nd july, 21 around 4 pm. after this i contact to customer care on 23 july, 21 that my e mail id register wrong they said call us after 5 days. but same day Rs.29, 999/- has been debited from my card. they already share my card information to other and same day they said your card is not active then how anyone can use my card. when i made complaint against this but still no response. they accepted that they register my mail id wrong.
