Dear Concerned Person,

I had a transaction dating 16th Oct 2020 towards FLIPKART PAYMENTS amounting to Rs. 40, 914. Since I didn't receive the product on time the order got cancelled. And repayment for the same to RBL from Flipkart happened on 27th Oct 2020.

1st Interaction with RBL Team: I received the first statement on 14th Feb 2021 in negative value i.e., Rs. – 17, 277/- soon after I received the statement...

Your Representative calling me so many times and pressurising me to pay amount.i asked him about settlement option but he is forcing me to pay my due.i want to do settlement of my credit card...

I am repeatedly getting reports of harassment and torture from RBL Bank staff. I would like to mention suspicious activity in the name of RBL Bank Ltd from [protected]. There has been no confirmation from the bank regarding any employee/agency authorized to contact on behalf of bank and mine personal information. From June-2020 onwards I am chasing the RBL bank team to close my card permanently but there is no response till date. I was continuously paying the minimum due amount every month but I never verified the split up of charges given. I observed Finance Charges are applied every month for more than 1500 .by which I have actually paid them more than what I have used. Now I am not working and not in a situation to pay any amount.

I am tried to contacted RBL through E mail for cancellation of my credit card, but still not received any response. besides the customer care number ivr machine neither have any option for cancellation of credit card nor talk to their representative....

Debited Rs 15000 without my concern in the name of policy. Kindly cancel the policy and refund the amount ASAP....

This is Adulla Soujanya I have mailed several times regarding deduction of 21000 in my Bajaj fineserve supercard behalf of R Shield insurance premium their is no response from Ur side . I am going on mailing you people regarding issue but no response from your side. How can you people deduct that much of amount with out any intimation. I am Vishal I have RBL super credit card, without my knowledge your bank put the shield insurance Rs.720/- and Rs.21, 000 on my name, and that amount is converted to pay like EMI and I have not received any policy documents.
