I have raised cancellation request for credit card on 6th July. I received acknowledgement mail that they taken note of your request and the same has been forwarded to relevant unit.

Today 8th July, I received call from the customer care for reasons of cancellation. I have explained that the card is on no use for me and not using the card since long time. They are asking me to use it till December as i have no annual charges and even though am not interested, they lured me by providing the rewards point which am least bothered. They want to get the card running however the customer wants it closed.

Expiry Date: 11/24

I request to please look into and cancel my credit card with the noc copy.

      Balance amount unable to paid due to no work last six months. My family situation very very poor.

      Now Your Executive call to me and paid total out standing amount Rs 73000 pending show in system.

      Again EMI conversation with out my Knowledge. EMI due Rs3325. Daily 75 calls received at my end

        I am Arjun Saji, I have RBL super credit card, without my knowledge your bank put the shield insurance Rs.720/- on my name, and that amount is converted to pay like EMI. I would not submit any form or document to apply for this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy. How can this policy add without any consent from the customer, I am not paying the insurance amount please cancel this insurance and refund my amount to my card? for further details call me

          I have paid foreclose amount with forecloser letter received from RBL Bank on 14-Jun-21, but they presented ECS on 05-Jul-21. My bank Deducted Bounce charges. Kindly help to recover all Amount from RBL Bank.

            RBL collection agents are calling people living in my bldg but unknown to me in my name and talking in most dirty / bad language and harassing them by calling multiple times and telling them ' they will not stop calling unless they make call to me '.

            This is MOST unethical way of harassment.

            How to make them stop this and make them apologize ?

                Rbl bank is fraud. They make us fool
                On january 13 i got call frm rbl regarding policy they said there is no charges for it
                Aft 10 days my account has been debited by 15k
                I was shocked
                All time they calling me for payment
                Why such payments
                Pls help

                  I swiped at an hospital but actually amount was deducted twice in my credit card . I went nad asked about it to the hospital account department who denied of receiving payment twice .
                  I than immediately informed customer care of RBL Bank Super Card and did send a mail . They send me dispute form to be filled which I filled and mailed them back but than after that there was no reply to my mail and with several calls done to customer care who also always asked about the problem and than never solved it but always was said that we have registered your complaint. I kept on trying for the refund of my money till 1 year. Eventually at the end after several unreplied mails to the company I stopped the payment for the amount which was deducted twice, I got a mail that now the time limit has passed so we can't refund the money so please do the payment and the bank kept on adding interest on it .
                  I still.wonder why should I pay the money which I didn't spend and I believe I took action immediately and it was company's fault not to take action in time.
                  Now the company's executives are calling and harassing me everyday for the payment which I am not supposed to pay .
                  Kindly help me out in this case .

                    My name is Rahul Singh. I am new user of RBL credit card. When i saw the statement of last month, R Shield insurance policy which amount is 21000, has been added to it and the amount has been converted to EMI. So please immediately cancel this policy before my first payment.

                    Sir, I had filled a complaint for cancellation of R-Shield Insurance Policy which ID no. is 2914675 but I don't received any reply regarding this complain so plz sir close this policy immediately otherwise, forced me to close this credit card.

                    i am senthil kumar while confirmation on cerdit card i told i dont need policy and i am not aware about it but now when i received the rbl cerdit card the insurance of r sheild was added and it was converted to monthly emi

                    please do cancel my policy of the r sheild we have already raised complaint through rbl customer care but till date no response from them

                    I'm Raghavan M and i too also suffering with same problem .without my consent they taken 15000 and converted as EMI and I have raised a compliment more than 5 time, but still not getting a proper response from your side..and Am not interested in any insurance policy ..Please cancel the policy and please return back the amount .
                    RBL credit card is a big fraud. On name of credit they are cheating customer. They should be sent to jail for robberies. They are online money launderers. Fraud company. You guys are cheating loyal customer on name of shield insurance. Shame on your service. Dogs will pee on their bank ads

                      I have an NRE/NRO account at RBL Bank Panaji Branch which I intended to close and submitted all the documents to close both the accounts at the branch on 19.01.2021, I was told by the staff that the account will be closed within 24 hours, however, I kept receiving notification for non-maintenance of both my accounts following which I wrote to RBL customer care on 24.06.2021.

                      A few days later I received a call from RBL Bank Manager Mr Vinay stating that my account was still active and he has not received any documents for account closure and he would not be able to wave off the non-maintenance charges. This is negligence from a bank and yet there is no resolution for this from the bank.

                      I'm not going to pay any amount for the negligence of the bank. I want this to wave off all my charges and close my bank account.

                          It's almost more than 2-3 months over I'm taking follow up regarding my complaint. But I have not received any positive response from their side.                                 Dear Concerned Person,

                                I had a transaction dating 16th Oct 2020 towards FLIPKART PAYMENTS amounting to Rs. 40, 914. Since I didn't receive the product on time the order got cancelled. And repayment for the same to RBL from Flipkart happened on 27th Oct 2020.

                                1st Interaction with RBL Team: I received the first statement on 14th Feb 2021 in negative value i.e., Rs. – 17, 277/- soon after I received the statement I spoke to customer care executive. It was informed to me that since I had opted for EMI I will receive statements in negative value until EMI ends and since the order is cancelled and the amount is fully reversed by the merchant it will be shown as an excess amount and I need not pay anything and similarly I did not pay anything until May 2021.

                                2nd Interaction with RBL Team: I received a statement in the month of May’21 amounting to Rs. 1, 971/- post this I immediately spoke to customer care and explained about first interaction with customer care team as well, executive stated that the EMI account was not closed and hence you have got the statement. However, he informed me that he will raise a request for account closure but you will have to pay the current month statement amount and once the account is closed you may please call us back & we will give you the refund.

                                3rd Interaction with RBL Team: After making the payment and getting an email from RBL for EMI account closure. I spoke to the customer care executive as instructed in my 2nd Interaction. But the executive informed me that the call centre will not be able to process the refund request and informed me to send an email to [protected]@rblbank.com, I followed the same instructions and sent an email on 11th June 21 with my concern and also requested for a refund of 1971/-.

                                As I did not receive any revert for 2 days, I wrote back a reminder on 13th June 21, I received a call from RBL bank email team on same day and got to understand that I will not be eligible for a refund and I will also be getting a statement in June for an amount of Rs. 9766/. When I probed her for more clarification & explained to her about the communications I have been doing with customer care executives, the executive informed me that she will not be able to check previous conversation history & all she can do was to take a request for giving me a break of my credit card account.

                                These are the Case ID’s : 30959677 and 30957871 of previous communications with the RBL team.

                                After all these communications, since i did not receive the proper revert, i wrote email to [protected]@rblbank.com and
                                [protected]@rblbank.com on 19th June 21 seeking explanation, there's absolutely no revert from the authorities except an automated email confirming the receipt of my email.

                                Since the instance is a clear example of absolute lack of communication from RBL and unequipped executives handling the customer grievances with incomplete information which had led to this issue. In this case the Bank has not informed me to either close the EMI account or help me understand why and how I have been charged for this. Request you to wave off the amount of Rs. 9766/- and initiate the refund process of Rs. 1971/-.

                                    I am repeatedly getting reports of harassment and torture from RBL Bank staff. I would like to mention suspicious activity in the name of RBL Bank Ltd from [protected]. There has been no confirmation from the bank regarding any employee/agency authorized to contact on behalf of bank and mine personal information. It seems creepy as I have never consented the bank to share my privileged information to any personnel other than me. If any communication made regarding my personal and highly sensitive information to any third party who isn't legally privileged to view my information it has been done without my consent and official information from RBL Bank Ltd.

                                      From June-2020 onwards I am chasing the RBL bank team to close my card permanently but there is no response till date. I was continuously paying the minimum due amount every month but I never verified the split up of charges given. I observed Finance Charges are applied every month for more than 1500 .by which I have actually paid them more than what I have used. Now I am not working and not in a situation to pay any amount.

                                      Kindly assist as their team is very irresponsible as from June 2020 till date they have not replied to my emails.

                                        Hi Team,
                                        My father passed away in Covid wave 2. Since he is no more would like to close the subscription and expecting the refund of Rs.8000 which has been charged for the card. As there is no earning person in the family. Would like to close/cancel the credit card with zero charges and more important after receiving the card and since after a week he's expired. Note: he hasn't used the card since so would expect refund a must. I think you will understand my situation and take the action. Please show us mercy as it is nature of human kind/humanity.
