fraud transactions in rbl credit card

Using g rbl credit card since 1 year. Set for a limit rs. 5000 and blocked international transactions. On 28th july 2018 happened fraud international transactions. Raised complaint and submitted the disputed form with attached fraud transactions on same day immediately to rbl bank. But till now they have not rectified the issue. The bank is not safe and securely to maintain the credit card. Then how to possible to cross more than limit....

Sir my name is muthumani kumar and i have applied loan from flashcash 0n27 august 2018 and repaid Rs. 8640.36/=, on 6 September 2018 from RBL Bank UDIO RuPay card by mobikwik( Zaakpay gateway) amount Rs. 8640.36/=, is deducted from my account but flash cash yet not received money my mobile no [protected] please contact me. My transaction ref id : JWLNQTIDVAQIWDXD and i enclosed payment receipt also. Please help me and solve my issue

My new RBL Platinum Maxima credit card is useless till now, RBL card service care are not responding my call. No reply over email communication. Very poor service.

Dear sir.,
I has given 3 times for cancellations the credit card from last month.
But there is no response from cc team.
As per their commitment life time free but they charged Yearly fees in 10 days of receiving card,
we request you to solve my issue.

    I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, i realized that this plan is as good any other policies that i already have and there is nothing unique about it. So, i wanted cancel this policy, however, there is no number or email id to get in touch with your insurance wing.     Hi my name is Latha S, without informing me they have given R Shield Insurance and i have received a card a 2 week back but that R Shield Insurance amount deducted only.. How it can be possible, and i called 5 time for cal center they didn't respond properly. Finely i don't want any insurance policy.. Plz plz cancel it i want my credit back.. I need quick response

S yesterday from Credit card customer care they called and told me they will refund all my deducted amount in Credit card I didn't get any refund but after the call amount deducted from my Credit card Rs.28, 399/-, To complaint I keep on calling to customer care but nobody is responding, so pls kindly do the needful.

    It's very urgent, I want to know its from customer care are fake call but I checked in RBL Web site its showing from customer care number only but till now no response from RBL customer care am worry about my amount withdrawn Rs.28, 399/- from my Credit card, yesterday I got mail saying u will get statement that also not come till now, I want my credit back... I need quick response.

      I dilip sharma having an credit card of your bank last digit is 5290, i have some due of rs 51, 274 on my card pending since december 2017. I made the last payment of rs.7000 in november 2017 to your collection executive.in december one of your executive came to house without information and he connect me to his senior which he mention is the senior manager, when i take the call he started to use abusing language and harrasing that he came to my house and make the scene their, after that i stopped the payment and mailed to rbl bank with call recording but i din't get any positive response from your side.

      In the month of august your recovery department called me for the payment after all the things happens in past i told them that i will make the payment as soon as i am able to payment the amount. On 26th aug 3 person came to my office i don't know them and 1 mention himself as the senior manager mr nanak from jagruti enclave branch he is shouting in the middle of my office and called my manager and told him that i am a fraud and many other things. I just wanted to know is the person are authorized to do that come to my place without my permission and because of the scene they have created i my office my manger told me to resign or give the written explanation that for what ever the thing happen because to me,

        काफी दिनो से मे ट्राई कर रहा हू मेरा Credit card बंध करने केलीय, आपके customer care मे भी फ़ोन कर के बंध करवा ता हुँ पर वो लोग बंध नही करते. अब मैं सीधा पुलिस को कम्प्लेन करू वो पहले आप बंध करवा दो.
        वॉ लोगो ने बोला ऐसा भी कर लीया फिर भी कोई बंध नही कर्ता. मैने पेमेंट भी कर दिया उसने बोला उतना

        आप मेरी कम्प्लेन सुन कर आगे की कार्यवाही करे ऐसी मै आशा रखता हुँ.

          Subject line says it all. Have been receiving continuous call from various mobile no claiming to rbl credit payment reminder. Its an harassment all through the day and they would not understand when i reply them saying i would and was paying bill on time.

          What is the motive of rbl cust care calingl a customer repeatedly to remind payment of cc when the track record is clean inspite of saying not to call and disturb. Being going through this horrible trauma and trouble every month despite raising complaint with customer care. Pathetic and unprofessional customer service. Today again have received 8 calls not even half day done. Terrible service and unruly voice. Never new bajaj would stoop into such a third grade service just save cost. Would be raising this issue of harassment with cyber cell if this queries goes unheard or unanswered.

            Hi,
            My previous employer is tied up with rbl bank, so being an employee i had an account, but since i'm unemployed at present and today 3/10/2018, i received a text and an email stating from this month nmc charges apply and will follow onwards as my salary a/c has auto changed to saving a/c which forces a strict maintenance amb of rs.2499.88/- and in failure would levy nmc.

            I would demand that my a/c with rbl bank close asap ignoring nmc.

              Every time i tries to transfer money from rbl account to another account, it shows failure message

                I have received a "RBL Platinum Maxima" credit card whose annual charge is Rs 2000.
                But my credit limit of my card is "Rs 25000"
                I have agreed the card because platinum maximum high range card in RBL which will provide me the highest credit limit and as per the policy if you spent 2 lakh rupees on the credit card rs 2000 sur charge will not be applicable.

                So with 25, 000 credit limit how can i spent rs 2 lakh.

                Hence kindly cancel my credit card.

                    I am Naresh kumar kumar . I have been lodged the request so many times through call to close or cancellation of my credit card ( 5369 XXXX XXXX XXXX), but there is no action from your end so far. Even there is no option to talk with any of the customer care (retention Team). if it is happen again definitely i will go Banking Ombudsman to lodged a complain against your bank.
                    Your bank Simpy send an message to my mobile that we have been unable to establish to contact me on registered number. but as of now i didn't receive any call and my number is very much reachable to all.
                    This mail is for official notice that I am canceling my credit card account with your bank because of worst response .Please close the following account in my name:

                    The balance was paid on Date with Check Number or Reference Number from your bank account statement for the withdrawal. That brings my account balance to zero and all fiscal responsibilities with this credit card account to a close.

                    Please send me written confirmation that my account has been closed. Also, please confirm that you have notified all appropriate credit card bureaus that this account was “closed by request of cardholder.”

                      I raised 4 times request to close my credit card but still they didn't close it.
                      when i call customer care they were telling that we have taken you request you will get call in 3 working days after they will close that .
                      but still i didn't receive the any call from them.

                      i don't have any interest to continue this card that's why i raised the request please under stand.

                        I didnt apply any card on my name and i can see there is a RBL bank credit card shows in my CIBIl report and due to this am facing CIBIL reported issues.

                        Kindly close the card from your end and delete my records from your database.

                          Greetings of the day !!!

                          My self Abhishek Srivastava, from last two weeks I am getting one SMS from RBL banks saying that I should pay some amount, kindly look my problem by number wise...

                          1. some two weeks ago I got one credit card from RBL bank they have
                          delivered in my office.

                          2. I have not even open the credit card envelope to see actually i have not
                          require the credit card.

                          3. I have visited the RBL Bank at Ameerpet (Hyderabad) to clarify the
                          details but they told me that "credit card enquiry is not available in the
                          Ameerpet branch not even at any RBL bank branch, if I want to clarify
                          then I should call the customer care number which is written on one of
                          the security guard table.

                          4 I have tried to call that number but they ask me to enter card number and
                          Pin number, but I have not open the envelope and also when I don't want
                          this card so I not suppose to use their card number also.

                          5 Please don't send me any SMS on my mobile ([protected]) related to
                          credit card payments.

                          Hope it is going to look into serious way..

                            I, arun uniyal has lodged the complaints many times regarding cancellation of my credit card, but nothing has been done so far. I wrote them 3 times but they have not solve my problem yet.
                            Even their customer care number, there is no option to talk with any of the executive.
                            They msg me that they will call me back but they only blank calling me. Nobody speaks from the other end.

                              This RBL Bank is the worlds most Unprofessional and Late Lateef Bank. It has been 3 months now i complained them stating my Debit card is not working for Online Transaction, if i Swipe it on a pay machine, it goes through. But any Online transaction is giving an error.

                              The first time i contacted them, they stated, their team will revert me back, and you wont believe, their team called me after 2 months. I believe they must be discusiing my complaint in Parliament.
                              Anyways they called me up and, the gentleman said, what is the issue?
                              I was like, are you really serious, you are calling me after decades to know what the issue is? But anyways I explained him, and he said his Team will contact me and get it resolved.

                              Funny part, the other team took another 3 weeks to get in touch with me, This time they were stuck in Delhis Traffic I believe. But with full confidence, the Lady asked me " What is the issue"

                              Arey bhaiya, ye jo complaint number cr[protected] apne diya tha mujhe 3 mahiney pehle, ye kya tha, Ye kis liye tha, ye kyu thaaa mere bhai.. Lollypop samjha hai kya mujhey.

                              Anyways, after 3 months waiting I wrote them an email on 16/08/2018 stating my complaint. They wrote me back on 18/08/2018
                              "We are looking into your query. We request you to provide us 2 - 3 more working days to respond to your query."

                              I waited for 8 days ( Bhaisahab kuch to locha hai, ya to ye log mujhe bewkoof samjhtey ya fir pakka ye Lok sabha se hokar gujartey hain)

                              I woke them up on 18/08/2018 (Utho laal ab ankhein kholo, chitthi laya hu kuch to bolo)

                              I awakened them from their immense sleep, and told them its been 8 days now iam still waiting for your reply.

                              NOW READ THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK :-

                              They replied me back on 27/08/2018
                              "We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
                              Basis our investigation, we confirm that your debit card is properly active and there is no issue if you are using it online on domestic places.
                              We like to inform you that your debit card which did not worked on August 14, 2018 was an International transaction.
                              We request you to access your debit card on domestic basis for safer transaction."

                              I was like " ET TU BRUTUS", Someone please give me Poison.

                              Jo kahani aj se 200 crore saal pehle maine kisiko sunayi thi, uska saransh ye nikla ki "SEETA KISKA BAAP"

                              My Dear RBL BANK, I very well know that my Debit Card is for domestic purpose, because I Myself requested for a Domestic Card. And the first mail which i sent you on 16/08/2018, I attached the screenshots of SWIGGY, VODAFONE, FOOD PANADA and others and stated that Iam not able to use it for Domestic Online Transactions.. And the transaction which you are talking about is, 1 international out of 100 Domestic transactions i tried to make.

                              Did you guyz even go through the screenshots and mails i have sent you. It is properly mentioned that iam using it on VODAFONE, SWIGGY, FOOD PANADA, PAYPAL and other Local sites.

                              And all of them use 3D Secure payment gateway, which means they are domestic.

                              Kisi ne sach kaha hai, Just becoming a Graduate doesnt mean You are well educated.

                              Anyways Iam still waiting for their next Winter session I believe, because last time they they woke up in mid Spring.

                              Respected Sir/Mam, Understand this, we as a Customer, trust on you, we believe that our finances will be taken care by you. We open bank accounts in your bank because we Believe that our complaints will be taken care on time. We havent seen your CEO, or the agent who is taking care of our finances or complaints, but we still trust you. So kindly maintain this Trust.

                              Is emotional message ka matlab ye nahi ki mai chup baith jaunga. Iam writing this to higher level this time.

                                Sir i am kota. Shyamkumar (Karimnagar, telangana) i have mortgage loan in our bank... I unable to pay this month emi only past 8 months am paying regularly even though your bank recovery 4 persons came to my home siting regularly for amount.. I don’t know what is happening only 1 month emi if i not pay.. Is this way r8 to recovery.. They coming and scolding at home is this behaviour your bank have. This is very sad sir. Plz once check sir this type of attitude is not correct to bank sector.

                                  This is to share my worst experience with rbl bank so would advise all please dont ever go with this bank. They have the most pathetic customer service, cce are not even capable of explaining the bill.
                                  I spoke to more than 6 customer care associates just to have an explanation of my current bill however nobody from the customer care team was able to help me with that.

                                  I spoke to 2 - 3 associates yesterday (Lisa and anuradha, harinath, nitin and few more however i got surprised and pissed off that not even a single person was capable enough to answer my simple query of bill explanation.

                                  Also, my another concern is that i requested for preclosure for both the 2 active emis on my credit card however today i spoke to one of the cce who informed me that my emi is still active but there should not be any active emi on my card since i requested for preclosure last month and as i was asked to pay rs 50503 against the preclosure of 2 emi's and the outstanding amount for my last month statement so i paid rs 50503 on aug 3rd'18 but now rbl associates are saying that 1 of the emi is still active.

                                  Really disappointed with the services...

                                  I have a digital account in RBL bank (acc no[protected].I have $2550/- in my account but when i am trying to debit this amount it shows account in inactive and bank representive said that i have to visit the branch but sir i am not in india so how this is possible so please do something to remove my money from this acount.

                                    I'm credit card holder in our bank. Last few month I have financial problems as same update as well tell to call centers but don't no have to call my office staff and herst for my cards Deu.
                                    As per RBI rules Bank have not right for call third party.
                                    I'm infrom you it's same do any wrong way I will legal action.

                                    As well i just inform you earlier possible pay my all Deu and continue good relationship with you.

                                      Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #CCD7H9EN78. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. EXECUTIVE of RBL bank came to my office and done physical verificationon 21st Aug-2018. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #CCD7H9EN7 with my number [protected], status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Lalit, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards rajender [protected] & [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response.
