I, arun uniyal has lodged the complaints many times regarding cancellation of my credit card, but nothing has been done so far. I wrote them 3 times but they have not solve my problem yet.
Even their customer care number, there is no option to talk with any of the executive.
They msg me that they will call me back but they only blank calling me. Nobody speaks from the other end.
Kindly do the needful on urgent basis

    This RBL Bank is the worlds most Unprofessional and Late Lateef Bank. It has been 3 months now i complained them stating my Debit card is not working for Online Transaction, if i Swipe it on a pay machine, it goes through. But any Online transaction is giving an error.

    The first time i contacted them, they stated, their team will revert me back, and you wont believe, their team called me after 2 months. I believe they must be discusiing my complaint in Parliament.
    Anyways they called me up and, the gentleman said, what is the issue?
    I was like, are you really serious, you are calling me after decades to know what the issue is? But anyways I explained him, and he said his Team will contact me and get it resolved.

    Funny part, the other team took another 3 weeks to get in touch with me, This time they were stuck in Delhis Traffic I believe. But with full confidence, the Lady asked me " What is the issue"

    Arey bhaiya, ye jo complaint number cr[protected] apne diya tha mujhe 3 mahiney pehle, ye kya tha, Ye kis liye tha, ye kyu thaaa mere bhai.. Lollypop samjha hai kya mujhey.

    Anyways, after 3 months waiting I wrote them an email on 16/08/2018 stating my complaint. They wrote me back on 18/08/2018
    "We are looking into your query. We request you to provide us 2 - 3 more working days to respond to your query."

    I waited for 8 days ( Bhaisahab kuch to locha hai, ya to ye log mujhe bewkoof samjhtey ya fir pakka ye Lok sabha se hokar gujartey hain)

    I woke them up on 18/08/2018 (Utho laal ab ankhein kholo, chitthi laya hu kuch to bolo)

    I awakened them from their immense sleep, and told them its been 8 days now iam still waiting for your reply.

    NOW READ THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK :-

    They replied me back on 27/08/2018
    "We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
    Basis our investigation, we confirm that your debit card is properly active and there is no issue if you are using it online on domestic places.
    We like to inform you that your debit card which did not worked on August 14, 2018 was an International transaction.
    We request you to access your debit card on domestic basis for safer transaction."

    I was like " ET TU BRUTUS", Someone please give me Poison.

    My Dear RBL BANK, I very well know that my Debit Card is for domestic purpose, because I Myself requested for a Domestic Card. And the first mail which i sent you on 16/08/2018, I attached the screenshots of SWIGGY, VODAFONE, FOOD PANADA and others and stated that Iam not able to use it for Domestic Online Transactions.. And the transaction which you are talking about is, 1 international out of 100 Domestic transactions i tried to make.

    Did you guyz even go through the screenshots and mails i have sent you. It is properly mentioned that iam using it on VODAFONE, SWIGGY, FOOD PANADA, PAYPAL and other Local sites.

    And all of them use 3D Secure payment gateway, which means they are domestic.

    Kisi ne sach kaha hai, Just becoming a Graduate doesnt mean You are well educated.

    Anyways Iam still waiting for their next Winter session I believe, because last time they they woke up in mid Spring.

    Respected Sir/Mam, Understand this, we as a Customer, trust on you, we believe that our finances will be taken care by you. We open bank accounts in your bank because we Believe that our complaints will be taken care on time. We havent seen your CEO, or the agent who is taking care of our finances or complaints, but we still trust you. So kindly maintain this Trust.

    Is emotional message ka matlab ye nahi ki mai chup baith jaunga. Iam writing this to higher level this time.

      Very good afternoon sir,

      Sir i am kota. Shyamkumar (Karimnagar, telangana) i have mortgage loan in our bank... I unable to pay this month emi only past 8 months am paying regularly even though your bank recovery 4 persons came to my home siting regularly for amount.. I don’t know what is happening only 1 month emi if i not pay.. Is this way r8 to recovery.. They coming and scolding at home is this behaviour your bank have. This is very sad sir. Plz once check sir this type of attitude is not correct to bank sector.

        This is to share my worst experience with rbl bank so would advise all please dont ever go with this bank. They have the most pathetic customer service, cce are not even capable of explaining the bill.
        I spoke to more than 6 customer care associates just to have an explanation of my current bill however nobody from the customer care team was able to help me with that.

        I spoke to 2 - 3 associates yesterday (Lisa and anuradha, harinath, nitin and few more however i got surprised and pissed off that not even a single person was capable enough to answer my simple query of bill explanation.

        Also, my another concern is that i requested for preclosure for both the 2 active emis on my credit card however today i spoke to one of the cce who informed me that my emi is still active but there should not be any active emi on my card since i requested for preclosure last month and as i was asked to pay rs 50503 against the preclosure of 2 emi's and the outstanding amount for my last month statement so i paid rs 50503 on aug 3rd'18 but now rbl associates are saying that 1 of the emi is still active.

        Really disappointed with the services...

        I have a digital account in RBL bank (acc no[protected].I have $2550/- in my account but when i am trying to debit this amount it shows account in inactive and bank representive said that i have to visit the branch but sir i am not in india so how this is possible so please do something to remove my money from this acount.

          I'm credit card holder in our bank. Last few month I have financial problems as same update as well tell to call centers but don't no have to call my office staff and herst for my cards Deu.
          As per RBI rules Bank have not right for call third party.
          I'm infrom you it's same do any wrong way I will legal action.

          As well i just inform you earlier possible pay my all Deu and continue good relationship with you.

            Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #CCD7H9EN78. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. EXECUTIVE of RBL bank came to my office and done physical verificationon 21st Aug-2018. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #CCD7H9EN7 with my number [protected], status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Lalit, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards rajender [protected] & [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response.

                I was using rbl platinum credit card. I cleared the all outstanding amount before upgrading to rbl icon card, the number is [protected] and annual charge was 5000. I didn’t use the new icon card and decided to close it because of high annual charges. I have sent several emails and more then 100 phone calls to close this card. I was just getting new reference number each time. Due to annual charges the outstanding amount was keep increasing each month. I don’t know why. Now card is blocked and reported outstanding amount which is spoiling my credit score.

                Please do the needful and close the card on priority.

                Poor customer services.

                Every time i want to speak to a supervisor, they say all are busy and you will get a call back and do not get any follow up..

                They cannot be like AMEX, CITI, HDFC, ICICI.

                  I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6126. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 108298/-.

                  This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                  I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                  I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                    Two months back when credit card no. [protected] issued to me i was told that for 1st year this is free of cost i. E. No charge for 1st year but bill generated is rupees 1369 while i have a transaction of rrupees 190 only.
                    Customer care representative told me that it will be chargable from 1st year. Please resolve it or stop my rbl credit cards before 1st payment.

                      Hi,

                      I'm Samuel Victor. Initially, I was told that I can swipe the whole allocated amount as cash benefit and can be repaid in 3 installments whereas other banks give only the 10% of the allocated credit amount and without interest which will be useful for me.

                      After receiving the card the instruction says I can take only the 10% cash limit. As I'm already having 3 cards with the same type and with a higher amount, this RBL card of no use.

                      I need to cancel the card before using it.

                      I tried to reach customer service #, but ther is no option to speak with a live rep also the information I key in is not getting accepted.

                      Please help me to reach the customer service person to cancel the card.

                        Any company whose system and integrity is not good will definitely fall, a simple example: “try to contact their customer care of credit card department” you will never get connected and talk to an executive. they are not professionals at all…

                        one week back i have received my New Credit Card from RBL Bank, i had a small doubt then i called Customer care, and the Hilarious thing is there is no option of speaking to a representative and i decided to cancel immediately, they have to learn from Citi Bank or at least they can imitate or copy how they function... Damn bank wasted my time... and charged 4000/- even after cancelling when i haven't used the card.

                            Hi all,

                            This is to inform you i am a customer of rbl credit card from last more than 1 year, today i had made 2 time calls to customer care to know about my cards total outstanding amount as i have to close all the emi's running on my card and want to pay all total outstanding amount today.

                            I really surprised to know that in both the conversation with customer care executive, they told me different amount to pay.

                            In the first call, the executive told me to pay total 37409 inr.
                            In the second call, the executive told me to pay total 410000 inr

                            How surprised is this that customer care executive providing incorrect information to the customer and then he transfers my call to escalation supervisor.

                            Supervisor took my call post listing my concern he put me call hold without any information for around 20 min without any refreshing the hold and not came back on call with duration of 1 hr. 2 min.

                            M waiting for the execution supervisor for upholding the call but didn't come back so i have to disconnect the call.

                            I have both call recording wherein this blunder is ongoing its total crime wherein bank executive providing such kind of information to the customers.

                              Hi i am kalpesh rathod i have a complain to rbl bank super card that paid bill payment of rupees 4700/- on 30/05/2018 via neft tbsbl within the due date of my bill date but after 7-8 days i receive a call that they don't received the payment so i have to pay the amount 4700+1000 late charges i said them that i have paid the bill amount on time via neft i also gave them all transaction number etc. Then they said that the payment is not reflect in our record so for know i have to pay 4700+1000=5700+4300 next month bill total 10000/- rupees
                              After 5-10 days they will return me 4700+1000 of late charge. Then i paid them 10000/- rupees but since then i had sent many times emails to support department also talk to phone help line but no response from them i sent them
                              All scan copy of neft payment my bank statement. But nothing is happening positive my 5700/- rupees is blocked with them please some one tell me the contact number of senior authority or some responsible person because support team is not supporting me at all.

                                RBL Bank disturbed me so much and offered the credit card by telling my cibil score is good. I provided all the documents.They done all the verification and at last they had sent a message stating that we could not approve your card. Till now I was no due to any financial Institution. My application number #CC0LL245IG with RBL. Once the credit card was rejected I will lose my cibil score.If I go for any loans or Credit Card., it will reflect in my cibil information. Fraud company wasted my time

                                  I have been receiving threat calls from Mr. Nanak Arora who shows himself to be the bank's recovery officer for credit card payment.

                                  The said person has been calling me on the pretext of recovibg money from my father and making unrespectful comments on me and my family.

                                  Over and above, he has been calling my bosses in my workplace and other friends of mine for my father's dues.

                                  I being a woman, find it obscene, harrasing, and degrading towards me.

                                  I intend to take this matter up with women helpline unless the calls stop.

                                    Rbl repeatedly calls me regarding my good cibil score & offers me their credit card. Consequently i submitted application for credit card with reference no #ccu304uaho on 01/08/2018. On 07/08/2018 i got sms from rbl bank stating that "hi! We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your credit card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria". I emailed them regarding the reason for rejection but they never bother to tell me the reason. For you information i never defaulted any credit card bill or loan payement in my life. Having credit cards of some of good banks like citi, axis, hdfc with good financial track record & credit limits. But rbl is one such bank which i must say most disgusting & pathetic bank.

                                        I paid credit card bill for the month of june. The payment reflected late after on the system by about 7-8 days and i had provided proofs of the payment to the agen on call.
                                        In july i made a late payment due my personal issues and it did the agent said it does not reflect. I still provided to the femail agent and she said it might take time for the payment to reflect on the system. I did not get a call from then. Then a male agent called and started being rude. More then one agent was on calls and even on whats app. I dont know if whats app is allowed for the agents to user. The language of the agent was so rude and arogant. When i told the agent that i will complain he replyed"do what ever you want to do, i dont care". If this is the way the agents will talk to the customer. Need this excilated as the whats app calls were rude when the agent spoke to my wife too.
