    Hi

    I have applied to rbl credit card but didn't get the card in hand.
    And i am getting bill generation statement mail on every month.
    As i don't receive any card then how could i pay a bills.
    Right i want to cancelled/block my card.
    I have reached several times to rbl customer care but no one responds.
    I am frustrated due to calls, message & billing statement mail from rbl.

    Moral: wants to block this card

      I paid two payment of rupees 2000/ and
      1500/ towards my credit card on 18/09/2018 evening. First payment of 2000/ is shown in my card account but second payment of 1500/ not credit in my card account but it deducting from my saving account. Please do the needful action urgently. I visited my united bank of india branch they say contact your credit card issuer bank

        This is regarding the fraud/unauthorized transactions done on my rbl platinum supercard on 18-sept-2018 at around 2 pm without my knowledge. There were total 9 transactions happened for the total amount o[censored]sd 452.16 converted to rupees inr 32, 500/-

        I have not received any otp for these transactions. But i have received emails and sms for the transaction confirmations from the rbl card services.
        Kindly investigate this matter at the earliest.

          From last 2 month i was paying my light bill from my super card. It showing dibit from card but pay was not done 1st bill was played on.7/8/2018 amount is 1290. Which dabit from my card.2nd bill was payed on 1/9/2018 amount is 2290 which is showing dabit. Both amount was showing dabit but my 3rd bill still showing not payed. Pls send me details.

            I converted my outstation amount on my card into emi transactions which is a very common practice among banks now days. At first, i was told that rbl does not have such a feature but they can convert my separate transactions into emis and it would work in the same way as conveyed by their representative. At the time of conversion i had an outstanding of ₹42, 000 and the representative converted transactions of ₹84, 000 for me. Upon asking i was told that the additional amount will be adjusted and the remaining would be distributed into 6 equal installments. Upon receiving the bill, ai wqs surprised to see that they had created the emis based on ₹84, 000 and ₹14, 000 were credited to my account. I contacted their customer care and they were as surprised as i was and had no solutions whatsoever. I have been following up on this since the past three months and have stopped paying the bill since this month. I have sent multiple emails to the bank but to no use.
            I was also charged an interest rate of 17% on the amount converted which i was told would be on ₹42, 000 but it has been calculated on ₹84, 000 which is double tue amount which results into me paying an additional interest of 17% on the ₹42, 000 that i had already paid to the bank. I feel conned by the bank and their employees who threaten me regarding the cibil score.

              I have raised a card cancellation request on 6th of Sep. They told their retention team will contact me in 3 days and confirm the cancellation. After 3 datys i get call from team stating my payment is not reflecting so they cannot proceed with request. Then they closed my request raised a new request

              After 2 days amount was reflecting but no call from backend team. Again i called helpdesk asking about the request. They told me retention team has tried to contact me even though there was no call made to you but unable to reach me they raised a fresh request again.simply they act like they are trying to contact me to their retention team and say they are busy or not there..

              This is going in a loop.they are simply giving me excuses and dragging my request.

              This is a clear case of fraud.they are trying to delay my card closer so may force me to pay for next year fee

                I wanted cancel 2 policy, one is r shiled policy and another one is accident insurance policy. However, there is no number or email id to get in touch with your insurance wing. I got customer care no in your website but i can't reach your customer care. I need to conversation with tamil language so please provide tamil customer care.                   Hi, this is manorajm from chennai, i have a salary account in rbl bank. What happens with this is online payment is really a problem in this bank. If a transaction is made online using debit card or credit card and the order is declined by the merchant or the order placing problem happens, that time the amount gets deducted and will have a message from the bank or the merchant stating that the amount will be refunded within 7- 10 working days. When i contact the merchant they'll tell that the refund is approved from our side and the problem is with your bank side. So, when i call the bank they say that it will take from 7-10 working days. When i still didn't get it in the concerned time also when i contact them they are telling to write and give a letter visiting the bank. This is really embarrassing. When the bank does knows that the amount is still not refunded and should be refunded why are they not doing that. It's like equal to cheating.

                    I am credit card user of your compnay rbl credit card co.. I have a pending payment of amt rs10000 for a month. Today i recieved a call from your office b-13 koshambhi near vaishali metro station at 3:00pm an employee whose name is sumit tyagi was not giving me respect, he was using shocking abhusive language about my family, and there were another guy also who took phone and showing that he is don. I want immediate call back or going to file a complaint agaist your company in police station.

                    directly write to their head and nodal officer and always keep in cc or bcc to consumerhelpline.gov.in, mah.[protected]@gmail.com, this will make them take action at their earliest. otherwise these people will keep you harassing forever. I have suffered a lot and I am writing this for all those who are suffering from same issue with RBL Bank. Do take any credit card like super card, platinum card etc. from this bank.

                      I also suffered a lot for cancellation of my supercard bajaj-rbl. But fortunately by god's grace national consumer helpline (Number 14404, [protected], & [protected] came to my help. Because of their email to [protected]@rblbank.com; my card cancellation process was completed. But before that nobody replied to my mails and responded to phone calls.
                      RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I have requested to close by RBL bank credit card 6 months ago, for my surprise, I received the bill for 1179/- this month Aug 2018. I have tried reaching to customer support multiple times but unable to reach them. Please call me on [protected].

                        This is abhijeet vishwakarma from mumbai holding rbl credit card (Card no: [protected]),

                        I have made 50% payment of total outstanding amount on the card,

                        Due to my financial issues & domestic reasons i'm not able to make the payment,

                        However i have informed same thing to collection team, but they are not ready to hear,

                        & without my permission they released the final settlement letter twice,

                        & since last couple of months these guys are continuosly calling & harrassing me to make the payment,

                        They are contacting my friends & relatives & using abusive language, making offensive conversation with them,

                        This is totally unacceptable,

                        I told them that i'll make the payment but still they are continuing such nonsense things,

                        Kindly look into it & stop such nonsense as soon as possible.

                          I have been writing mails to rbl and there is no proper response.

                          Complaint review:-

                          I got a call from xpressbee stating credit card from rbl bank has been dispatched, whereas i have never requested for credit card nor i have signed anywhere on the agreement requesting for credit card and i got a sms from rbl bank stating i need to pay minimum due.

                          I was surprised and call rbl customer care with great difficult and the female named ms. Geetha assured that the complaint will be taken forward and the card will be blocked but to my utter surprise the card is still not blocked and i still get sms and mails from rbl to pay minimum due and until now nobody bothered to call me.

                          I have sent more than 30 mails to rbl but still there is no proper response and my concern is not address.

                          Request you to please take action and help me in closing this matter.

Prashant gorivale am from mumbai i apply for credit card 2 months back, but rbl company credit card delayed even i track card but parcel company shown card return to delhi, that time i urgently needed card but not recieved on time after no cal from credit card guys no any response and yesterday i recieved mail for payments of rbl credit card, how can system generate payment for card which is not deliver to customer...?                                   This is to inform you that I have received a mail regarding the e-statement of a SuperCard ending 8968. But for your kind information the card was never delivered to me.
                                  I opted for this card on 10 th of August, but the card never reached me. I tried to reach out to Bajaj finserv representative but in vain. Bajaj finserv's customer care helpline doesn't have an option to speak with a representative. I also spoke with the person whom I sent my documents. But from second time he didn't pick up my phone.
                                  After all this, I received a SMS on 3rd Sept that my card is undelivered. I tried to call the emergency no. but couldn't connect.
                                  Now, I have received a bill of Rs. 1178 for a card I haven't received(in fact I don't even know the card no. ). I won't pay that amount. I haven't even use the card. The fault is from your side as you haven't paid attention to the issue even after reporting it and your very very very poor customer services.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have accepted the rbl credit card to the person who collected documents and spoke to me over phone mainly because it is a yearly free card and it is not chargeable for cognizant technology solutions associates

                                      I am one of the valuable customer of rbl and currently working in cognizant, i have got the card on last august 2017 and in first month bill it is mentioned as yearly bill 885 on august 2017. So after seeing the bill i have immediately called the rbl customer care and informed, they agreed over phone to reverse the yearly charges in next bill and kindly pay the bill now to avoid late fee charges, so without any hesitation i have paid the bill.

                                      So i believed the bank customer care words and paid the amount and i have forgotten to check the next bill whether the fine amount got reversed or not due to work pressure

                                      Till date after one year the amount 885 rupees is not reversed to my account, bank has cheated the customer by providing false information (Card is yearly free card) and false promises (To reversal of fine amount) to customer.

                                      And when i today checked the credit card statement again i was cheated and shocked to see the statement of august 2018 again another 885 rupees was charged as second year annual fee with the statement.

                                      I have believed and trusted rbl, but bank has cheated the customer again and again.

                                      I believe bank would reverse the first year and second year annual fee back to my account 1730 rupees. And there is not even a single percent of mistake from my side so please reverse the amount 1730 rupees to my credit card as soon as possible without any delay.

                                      If not the only way to me is to end the relationship with rbl bank.

                                        Dear I am Ravi singh l having credit card in your rbl bank had used the card to draw a amount of 10000 on August 24 2018 in SBI ATM at G town branch Jamshedpur I haven't received the amount on that day as the ATM was malfunctioning yet there is a debit note in my account on the same so I would like to request you to check on the same and reimburse the amount upon realisiation. On the same issue I had contacted the SBI but they suggested to call the rbl card customer care and raise a complain t kindly do the needful asap. I have transaction slip as well
                                        For any query call on this number [protected] which is also registered number for RBL Card. My TXN no was 5104 on 24.08.2018
                                        RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Money tap has no customer care no. So i tried to contact them through mail around 10 times but still hasn't got any reply . I Can see in the app that my approval is pending at rbl bank. So please help me . This is a medical emergency .
