Dear sir,

My credit card account has been hacked and taken 75000 in my credit card account. Actually i got offer call from rbl bank. The fraudlent people told our credit card no and name, outstanding amount. The offer us to refund the last month purchase amount for further purchase. The people know all our bank details in that trust only i give otp no. If i want to file fir in police station, police asking our last hacked statement copy, but my card was blocked because of that we are not login the credit card account to take statement details, we call customer care help also but they also not sending statement of hacked amount, please send me the statement detail of hacked amount, now we have sended already dispute form and transcation details, by customer care information my card amount still not transaction to the hacked account, please help us to refund the credit card loan amount and stop the transcation amount.

Customer care executive (Keerthana) called multiple times & bugged me for applying credit card stating that i'm eligible (After checking the status via pan number).

I have applied for the card and i have received verification calls to myself and also to my office now my card status is showing as reject ops.

I'm not sure whether my application is rejected or not. If rejected, i'm having the right to know the reasons for rejection as it affects my cibil score as well.

I'm going to file a complaint against rbl for these kind of approach with general public and making them to apply for credit cards.

Bajaj finserv ltd. Call me my phone your good credit in bajaj, so super service card new launch given to your account. I am asked to me ok again rbl bank call to me in my cell phone your super card application for credit card our bank received & i am immediately response to bank i am not interested credit card rbl bank. So kindly immediately cancelled in this credit card & bank to call main head office and ref. No.03057105 given 3 days our bank call me and canselled in your card, but bank employebo call 3 days i will approach again bank and same condition replay and call head office bank same 3 days our call you phone. After this date bank call what problem asked credit card cancelled bank employee assurance given ok cancelled but till date 11/08/2018 no cancellation credit card in the relationship bank.

I had an executive salary savings account with rbl bank ltd. Which stopped getting credited with salary after march 2016, when i left my job. After that it got converted into a savings account. I haven’t been using the account since the past year and do not wish to use it in the future. The account has no balance whatsoever since the same time. Also, i also have no access to the phone number associated with that account.

I had to settle back in my hometown due to personal reasons and since then i have been unable to visit the home branch where i had my account (Noida, sec 18). There is no branch of rbl bank in my hometown (Bulandshahr, u. P.) and when i called customer care in regard of closing my account, they were unable to help since i had non-maintenance charges pending against the account. Since, i have no access to the phone number associated with the account or a local branch, i wasn’t aware about the same. Kindly waive any non-maintenance charges, if there are any, as i will not be able to pay them due to financial instability. I[censored]nable to close it, i’ll have no option but to let it get dormant. It will not affect my cibil score but still it feels inconvenient to have a dormant account.

Please guide me on how to close this account.

Sir, why are you debited rs.7800 & rs. 1000. Your executive tiold me policy is started for monthely basis emi of rs. 650. & 1'st month emi is rs.704 & rs.54 is cash back in 90days. Then cintinues rs.650 monthly for annual. So why are debited rs. 7800+1000. Or where is your policy surtificate or e-mail. I will not receive any e-mail & any phone calls.

I Have Raised Several Request for My Card Cancellation but No Proper Response. My Service Request Number is 03295043. Each Time Their Representative Lies About Card Cancellation. Card Last 4 Digit is 0123.
When I Asked They Told Me Your Number Was Not Reachable At The Moment.
I Received Thousand of Call In a Day. Kindly Resolve This Issue As Soon As Possible.whenever we call on your customer care need to wait for 5 minutes to talk with representative then he again need time but no response i dont think any other bank in india provide same kind of service.

I applied for credit card 1 nd half months ago but they all verified the details but i didn't receive any notification or any card till now. I don't know what are they doing.

I had applied for closure of my saving account from march 2016 and still not closed and they are charging 590 rs. Per month.
Even there is no response from crawford market branch.
The branch manager of this branch is purely a racist and do not help in any of the issues.
Even after applying for closure before more then year they are asking for the payment of charges charged which are been due to their delay.

This ravivarma mekala i applied for credit through money tap app and the ui is showing credit limit of 50k. I am getting calls from rbl insurance team saying that my card has been dispatched on 28 july 2018. But till now i haven't received any card or a confirmation message for the same. I have produced a valid address proof and documents for the team and they verified as well. Can you please assist me regarding this issue.

3 August 2018 ko muje [protected] par SE call aaya that or call karne vala mujr rbl bank SE kahe raha hu ye bata raha that. Usne mujse meri family members or erning ke bare mepuchha or phone cut kar diya, usne apne naam nahi bataya. An wo number PE call karte he to phone pick up bhi nahi karya or cut kaeta he.
Mike ye Janna he ki kya ye call rbl SE hi aaya tha ya fir fraud he?
Please check and take action immediately.

This bank is a fraud. I never even enquired about any rbl bank credit card or any service. But when i checked my cibil report, it showed an enquiry for credit card.

I checked my cibil report for the first time this year and i was surprised to see couple of enquiries of credit card.. I am guessing someone with my pan or adhar enquired to sell any product.
We all know the enquiries affect cibil score.
I mailed them but they haven't responded to the complaint yet.
Same nonsense reply we would respond to you in x days.
I complained on twitter also but the same stupid reply that we will connect with you. I shared my number with them in dm but i am yet to receive any call / message.
I have been waiting for many days for any reply from this bank.

I am writing with this regards to my loan bill payment. My loan account number is[protected]. My principal loan amount is 120000 rs. and have made few EMIs on time and remaining balance is around 85000/-.

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job, also i borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 30% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the 3 months. More than 30% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

I am writing this complaint since i have been charged twice on dated 29 july which was a foreign transaction usd 72.88
So 10000 rupees transaction is being reflecting which was not done by me
I have not been to foreign in my lifetime and i haven't done any transaction as such
Without my authorisation i have been charged after when i talked to the customer service he suggested me to share a dispute form to the conserned team [protected]@rblbank.com but there is no response to my request
Please take the necessary actions

Customer care par call karo to telephone pahchan no. Puchhte h mobile no. Feed karte h to wrong batata h executive se baat kar pana impossible h 6 mahine se mail kar raha hu to likhte h ki 3 din mei aapke paas call aa jayega 3 din kab hoyenge pata nahi application download ki to mpin galat bataya forget mpin kiya to re register ka option aaya aur re register kiya to kahta h ki aap to pahle se hi register h baap re baap aisa bank aur aisi service maine kahi nahi dekhi
Mera charge ki wajah se issue chal raha h jis ki parvah aapko nahi h solution ke liye aaj tak mere pass koi phone nahi aaya mein customer care par connect nahi kar paa raha hu mail par kai baar complaint kar chuka hu koi fayda nahi
Collection department se koi abhinav ka call aya usne kaha 1905 rupay deposite karwa do mei ye issue solve kara dunga wo bhi kara diya abb usko call kar raha hu to pahle phone nahi uthaya aur ab switch off h
Pls aap ye issue sole karo aur pls mera card band karo mujhe iss jhanjhat mei nahi padna

I has given 6 times for cancellations the credit card from two month.
But there is no response from cc team.

Am registering complaint because. It's been almost an year i am talking with rbl bank regarding my corporate credit card issue.. They only have an online customer care and no one in rbl bank to hear rbl bank complaint.

I am talking with them from past around 10 to 12 months after they blocked my credit card. I don't want it to be in blocked. But i have my 5000 extra in that credit card and they are not refunding it.

A agent of rbl bank from last 4-5 days continously is calling me and my elder brother for unnecessary recovery of loan amount of some other person, where he crossed each and every limit and even he called in the office of my elder brother and used abusive language with the other office staff as well i request you to please take some action regarding this issue.

I am a credit card holder of rbl bank since 12/06/2017. I was promised that the annual charges of rs. 1000 will be reversed if the card is used for purchasing amount of rs. 70000 in a year.

I have made the purchase of more than rs. 70000 and made the payment as well. Currently a charge of rs. 1000 has been incurred on my credit card. Kindly reverse the charges or i will be left with no other option than to cancel my card membership.

I am D.Jayakumar ( card ending 8004 ) regarding my credit card cancellation. I have sent several e-mails to you . But still not yet cancel my card. Meanwhile you have send a bill for membership fee without any information. I am not interest to proceed and also inform to cancel my card. But no response from your end. I have applied for bajaj rbl super card platinum but i got bajaj rbl super card world.
They told me i have no joining fee for super card platinum but charged 2, 999/- for bajaj super card world.
I just want to make clear that i wanna cancel or close credit card account with bajaj rbl super card world, i am not able to contact with customer care service please contact me for the
Card detail to cancel card.
