RBL Bank — credit card cancellation and false commitment

I am gaurav jain and on 25th sep i received rbl credit card on the same day after reading all document i was blocked my credit card of rbl and not used till and i was mailed to rblcardservice for card return and from 25th sep to till date i was mailed 3 times and more than 10 times i was contact customer care. But rbl people not respond. On the name of service rbl is world worst bank. On 15th oct i again call customer call they people told me that i will receive a call from rbl but till date there is no communication from rbl.
Rbl not contacting me but regularly send me mail and msg of due amount even i didn’t use this card.
Now i am very very frustrated from rbl and want to cancel and return rbl credit card.

Hello, such a worst customer care service.i have informed you to cancel my credit card. Bt u reactivate it.i very disappointed with your service.you have to cancel my credit card.this my last warning.r else I will take a sevior action.this is the way uh treat uh customer. Very worst service.i[censored]h don't cancel my credit card within 2 days.i will commit suicide by writing a letter about ur stupid service.this may cause a big issue.better cancel my card. I want speak with Tamil language only.u will cancel my membership immediately

Dear Team
I request for cancellation of my credit card, for the same I gave a request through phone and mail on 12.03.2018. They said card will be cancelled within 48 hours but still I didn't get any information or call regarding the issue. I fed up by your process please cancel my credit card as soon as possible.

I give my alternative number also. Please unblock the card. All calls are coming but from your side only saying not reachable. I give my alternative number too please deactivate my card

Hello team,

I recently got my credit card super card and made my first purchase while filling the application the RBL telecalling team has confirmed and told me it was 0%EMI card however after the purchase they have really high interest rate like 24% and 27 % which I haven't seen in any other cards I have about 5 other bank cards this is the worst services and their customer services is also bad...RBL please tell me how to cancel my card.[protected]

Yes true. Worst banking services ever. I am calling them since morning. None of the toll-free numbers are working and on the local no. I have, a security guard is picking up the phone and asking for a hold. I have been put on hold for 5 mins and the phone is getting disconnected. This is happening since last 3 calls in an hour.

I want to cancel my card as they are charging unnecessary fees without me having purchased anything. This is my first month after card activation, What kind of charges are you asking for.

what are the procedure to surrender my rbl credit card ?, , I just purchase platinum maxmima card (Annual fees 2000 rs). and i receive card yesterday customer care told me you will receive good credit limit ..

you dont believe they give me 37000 inr limit only... and (Annual fees 2000 rs).. its a joke ..

such a worst customer care service.
