RBL Bank — credit card not received post giving all details

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600047

Rbl credit card team collected my aadhar number, pan details, bank statement and pay slip details. But have not responded to my repeated calls regarding card status. If it is rejected they should respond me back. But i'm afraid they gonna use my personal details and use the credit card for other purposes, without my knowledge. I never approached this bank, they themselves came and offered and collected my details and now that they are not responding.

Dear sir I'm Alok kumar. I already taken time by your employee than someone called me and aboused me.. He told me you will pay due amount today anyhow.he threatened me.. And abused me.. I already told him that i wll pay all amount on[protected].
