This is mustaf ibrahim begavan and i have using rbl card but last 10 to 15 days the card is not working and also called customer care but the call is not connected with customer care executive and also update my new mobil number and also my new address h no 133/4 goal falls dist belgaum talk gokak karnataka 591308. On 29th Oct-18 i had purchased laptop bag from RBL reward program Order No : RBLSH393529. Still after 1.5 month I have not received anything.
