Hi,
I am venkateshwaran from madurai. Yesterday i booked the bus ticket from chennai to madurai in srs travals. The bus time is showed 19.45 from koimbedu at the time of booking. After payment made the departure time is showed 18.25 from perungalathur. I was confused how the time is changed after the booking. When i was booked the ticket, the time is 6.08 pm. I called the respective person in perungalathur boarding station for srs travels. I explained everything, he simply told this happens oftenly. So you can contact customer care of srs, like that he told. I was tried to contact customer care. That is also not reachable. The time was 6.15pm when i was doing all these things. Then i try to cancel my ticket. But there is no option for that too. Then i was helpless and worried a lot about how the timing is changed from 19.45 from koimbedu to 18.25 from perungalathur. I was in hastinapuram and ordered dinner in hotel. Then i cancelled everything and hurriedly pack up the things and went to perungalathur by auto. I caught the bus at their mentioned time. I was asked the bus ticket checker about the issue. He ignored me and told me to take my seat. Then i went to my seat. My phone was going to switched off. So i was trying to put the charge. The charge point is also not worked. I enquired about that to the concerned person. He told me the inverter is sent for service. Once it is come all the charger point will work. Again i was getting tired and back to my seat. Morning i wake up when the bus was crossed trichi. After 2 hours i didn't see the matuthavani bus stand. I was asked him, he told that bus didn't enter in to madurai. Only we stopped at bypass road. We were crossed madurai and we were in thirumangalam right now, like that he told. I was asked him to enter into thirumangalam and dropped me there. He told me to get down from the bus and take some other busses here to reach madurai. I was dropped at the mid of the thirumangalam bypass road at 2.55 am. I was hurted a lot and walked 3-4 kms and waited for 1 hr to take a bus to madurai.

I didn't have a this kind of bad experience from redbus service. I just need my ticket money 750rs back. Otherwise i will raise this issue to the next level.
And i am kindly requesting redbus should avoid this type of cheating behaviour from the all bus services. This will spoil the reputation of redbus booking app.
I have enclosed my ticket for your reference. Please take necessary action.

I jayshree Nagde travelled yesterday by khurana travels. The person asked me rs. 300 extra chargr gir lugage and said u have booked online therefore this us not our responsibility.     I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 24 february 2019 (Ticket number (Tin): tn3s13515527 from namakkal to bangalore for dated 24 february 2019 that tckt amount was 1, 834/- rs. And cancelled it on 23 february.

    But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

      wallet amount got deducted for no reason

      I have loaded some amount in my redbus wallet, on 26/02/2019, they deducted the amount of rs.108, i raised multiple complaints and daily follow up with customer but still the amount is not reversed back to my wallet.

After payment I got a message saying that the ticket could not be issued to me and that the payment amount of Rs. 682.5 will be refunded back to me within 5-7 working days. It is now the 26th of February and I have not yet received this refund back to me. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I want this amount refunded back to me.

        This happened on the 26th of February. [protected] is my registered mobile number. I was booking a bus for the 27th of February from Coimbatore to Bangalore but during payment the app again took me back to the bus page. once on that page I booked the same bus but after booking the date was wrong and the bus was booked for the same day. Now I'm not able to get a refund too because the cancellation time is over. I wasn't a refund on this ticket!

        The ticket charge is Rs.525. If you seriously can't handle server issues then just shut the company down! I want a refund on this amount.
        Payment made vis Phonepe UPI to Redbus on 01/02/2019. Ticket not booked but money got debited. Till now not credited back to account

        10 months ago i have booked the seat and i cancelled for the seat, the amount refund for the cancellation is still now not yet received i didn't expect from redbus very disappointing

          I was traveling to Lucknow to Allahabad in Volvo bus but in mahipur Bhateri the bus was broken down I try to call redBus customer care many time but every time they say call after 42 hr I feel like it’s a joke and and not take care of people complaint seriously. I also find out that on this root Volvo always broke down and no 1 keep extra tire. I have to walk 5 km to take other bus. So i request you to please refund the amount and improve the quality of information.

                Redbus we had a horrible experience with you guys, we booked tickets from surat to ahmedabad.

                We followed up with chirag travels agency, surat under shreepatel travels, he said that the bus doesn’t come to the boarding point (N. J. Complex) and we have no responsibility to get you the the place where it comes (Kadodara) which is 30 km away from the original boarding place, when i tried to ask him to give this information on record, he started threatening me and behaved very rudely, i have a recording of the same. When i tried to contact your staff, they are saying they will take 72 hours to get back to me, that is unacceptable on another level, now i am not gonna make it to my bus due to the whole mess and it has put us under enormous stress of missing our following connection, i highly recommend people to not trust redbus for reliability.

                  Hi, i have booked a journey to bellary from bangalore on 22 feb through phone pe. I have requested to cancel my journey much in advance as per the norms. But the request has not been taken the refund was not given. Is this war red bus operates? They have cheated me and here afterward i don't want to book any tickets with redbus platform.                     I had booked a ticket for my daughter vidula chavan bearing ticket number tn3q88007480, pnr ts[protected]dtwv/238032 to belgaum on 22nd february 2019.in the evening, she had some stomach problem and i wanted to reschedule her ticket from telsang travels. When i called the helpline at 6.15 pm, there was no information about rescheduling and i kept on pressing all options to know about rescheduling, in vain. When tried online customer help to reschedule, it said i cannot reschedule. The pick up was from nerul at 10.20 pm and there was enough time left to reschedule. The bus usually comes late at 11pm as i have travelled many times by the same bus.

                    Finally i searched the telsang travels number and called them to reshedule the booking. He told me that he cannot do anything.
                    This kind of treatment to the customers is not expected by a reputed organization by you.
                    I hope either you reschedule the ticket on 25th february or refund the amount to the card number.
                    I hope you will have some manager who can actually sort out such issues without wasting customer's time and causing inconvenience.
                    You should also give the concerned travels to do alternative arrangements from their side.

                      We made a booking to chirala for the trip on saturday. We got a booking confirmation email from redbus but when tried reaching the customer care, they said there was no booking made. If there was no booking made, how did we get the bus on saturday? Coming to the bus, we were informed that the bus will have comfortable seats and ac with music system. To our surprise, we got a bus from jogulamba travels through red bus with 5 broken seats, pathetic ac and a music system with only one speaker working. When i tried reaching the customer service, they only gave me multiple phone numbers (Around 5 numbers) which only kept asking me to call the other number. Our journey was for around 7-8 hours one side and you can imagine with the 5 broken seats, no ac (We were literally sweating) how do we travel? This is one of the worst experience we have had with red bus and i will ensure this experience is passed on social network and also to prakash sangam. At least the ceo should know how the team under him is working to provide worst experience to the customers. I had personally used red bus quite a few times but never expected to have such worst experience specially for a travel with my family of all age groups. The worst part is the pathetic support that was not received from redbus.

                          This is very easy for you and pavit travels to make money just by deducting the 50% as the service charge even though the ticket is cancelled 24hrs early. When tried speaking to the redbus and the employee of pavit travels started using the abusing language over the phone. Thank you redbus and pavit travel good and easy way of looting the money.

                            I used redBus to book a sleeper on GOTOURS and Travels from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 8th Feb 2019.

                            Throughout the journey, I was constantly bitten by bedbugs and have swelling all over my body. This required medical attention as well.

                              I booked my pax via redbus from kalyan to lonavala on 19th feb. I choose to book this travels only bcz of timing as i need to be there by 9:30am in lonavala for a meeting. The bus was suppose to start at 7 am from the boarding point however even after 8 am i don't see any bus at the pickup point. Tried to contact the driver, boarding point and customer support of deep travels but there is no response. After several tries, the driver picked my call and responded very rudely and shouted that other bus will come to pick me. Then i tried to contact redbus, the lady told she will check and come back. After few minutes, she ask me to contact the driver again for which i refused. Again after few minutes on hold she told the bus is in traffic nad it will take another 30 minutes. I didnt accepted her response as i know there will not be much traffic in the early morning. Finally i missed my meeting and i am still waiting for the bus to come. My kind advice to the travellers, pls don't book this # deep travels and redbus (It is their responsible to evaluate the vendor before they tie-up) as you will face lot of such challenges as i faced.

                                My ticket was cancelled on 13/12/2018
                                From tezpur to guwahati
                                Volvo bus suddenly getting the message in the evening before 24 hrs
                                Bearing ticket number tmcy29418150 and pnr number

                                Due to technical problem in bus
                                But they email me that you will get refund with in 7 working days
                                Now almost 3 months over neither got any refund nor got any reply from their side
                                So i kindly request you to refund the money rs 252 as much as possible

                                  We booked a vrl bus for our daughter who was traveling alone from goa to pune... Journey date 17th feb 2019 drop off was on 18th feb 2019 @6:30 am. Drop off point while booking ticket we mentioned was swargate, but the bus dropped her off at katraj leading to a lot of inconvenience to her.
                                  1st someone was to pick her from swargate so that person was waiyting there and she has been dropped at katraj.
                                  2nd. She did not carry cash cause she had no need for it.
                                  3rd autos were charging 250... This is fleecing rates.
                                  4th ola and uber was not available easily
                                  All this she had to go through very early in the morning.
                                  How can we trust this bus in the future... We have always been travelling with this bus. And this behavior is not accepted at all.

                                    I have booked my ticket from nandyal to chennai on 8th february and cancelled tge same on the night of 8th. My ticket number was tn3a95271193 for two members with the total amount of 1074 and the refunded amount will be 904 as per the policies and all. They said that the amount will be reflected to the bank account within 2 to 7 days. It's been 10 days till today and the amount is not at all refunded. How many days will it take still? And that too when i surfed for the refund tracking, it ia showing as "something went wrong". Too bad

                                    I have received the cash back and thank you.But the problem is someone unknown called me and said that he is from red bus and he actually cheated me upon saying some attractive cash backs and all and I lost my money(TRIPLE THE REFUND AMOUNT). So guys please be careful and my advice is do not provide your mobile number for red bus in any case.He just calls and thats it you will loose all of your amount from your bank account. Do not lift the call if you get from this number 8948228802.He is just an online beggar so don't attempt any call.He may even call from some other number and say some other name.KINDLY BE CAREFUL OF UNKNOWN CALL AND ALSO DO NOT CONTINUE THE CALL IF THEY ASK FOR ATM NUMBER AND ALL.
