I used redBus to book a sleeper on GOTOURS and Travels from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 8th Feb 2019.
Throughout the journey, I was constantly bitten by bedbugs and have swelling all over my body. This required medical attention as well.
I have contacted REDBUS multiple times and they are yet to reach out to me on this.
