I booked tickets for hyderabad from pune through redbus, but they cancelled the bus. We were informed that we will get our reimbursement. We called the travels and checked with them. The travels cancelled our seats and we will get the reimbursement in 3-4 days. It's been more than a month but did not get any refund. They are not responding properly to the calls.

    I booked a ticket for pune to ahemdabad
    Ticket number-tmdf55695895
    .. For 1st of jan which i cancelled throught..
    Redbus says the refund has been completed by them but its 20+ days and i havent receive my refund in my bank account
    I am fed up with the service and you guys dont even look up on this matter..
    Now you tell what should i do.
    I just want my refund asap..
    Because its making me in trouble calling or contacting you daily for this..
    How long i gona do all this stuff..
    This had made me frustrated..
    You guys are not even trustworthy any more..
    Mentally its harrasing me
    I want a proper resolution and my money back either i am going to sue you or else have to take some legal actions on to this...

      I refereed two of my friends and they successfully completed their journey. But i did not got any referal bonus. For that i called as well as mailed redbus. They are saying that my account is not reflecting. I called 8 to 10 times. I have mailed 3 times with all the screen shots as propf of my valid account. I am taking continous follow up from the last 7 days. But every time i get the same reply that "your request is processed to backend team and wait for 24 hours" same disappointing reply.

      I got a call back from the company and they said that from the past 3 months i have not travelled so my redbuswallet is inactive in their database. I said them that i had done a recharge in last month but they said that recharge is a different thing, there is no bus booking in the past 3 months. So when you will travel by redbus in future your wallet will be active and then we will credit the amount. But after this experience who would like to travel by redbus. For them it is different service like bus booking, hotel booking, recharge, but for us all the services are the same & why will i book a bus in every 3 months. I will do that only if i need it. I dont know why this policy of 3 months is there but i would advice the people to think once before referring to other people.

        On the online booking while i booked from red bus application their was showing me 34 no. Seat in the second last row of the bus n there was 39 seats in bus in online seating arrangements while actully i am in bus there was only 35 seats in total and for me it was last row to travel and also in last row there is no hand rest no semi sleeper and no shut down for ac flow in winter night

          Ticket no: tmdp22069780
          Pnr no: ts[protected]pkok/ored346395/thanjavur to hyderabad (H16) was cancelled by the bus operator due to vehicle breakdown. I received confirmation on 7th jan'19 that refund would be credited to my account within 2 days. Till now there is no refund. This is not correct. It is hard earned money of passengers. If there is no refund then i will approach consumer court for grievance.

              My money deducted from my redbus wallet without informing me after raising so many support requests they said money transferred to my bank account. But i have never send any details to them and whatever the transferred account details they mentioned are not mine. I told them but they didn't responding to my support requests.

                I have travelled on kaveri travels from hyderbad to vizianagaram on[protected]. Firstly the bus was late to arrive. Next i have booked ticket to vizianagram as shown in the app. But the driver said he was not going to viziangaram and it was an srikakulam bus. If it was really an vizianagarm bypass bus then why should redbus name the destination in app as vizianagarm? Is this redbus fault or travels fault? He left me and 4 others in the middle road at 10:30 am. And the right time stated was 8:30 to vizianagaram.. I kept mail to redbus that day itself. But no reply upto now from them. I want my money back now. Actually before i thought of just accepting an apology. But they haven;t replied me from 3 days. Below are my ticket details. Ticket no: tn2a61731951

                  Bus with 40 passengers stranded for 6 hours with no alternative provided

                  Hi team,

                  I am you old and reguler user, i want my money back for the latest trip from pune to indore, dec 30, 2018 ticket no: tmdr58514140

                  My arrival time to indore was scheduled around 9 am, but due to some issues with the bus and their managemts i got late and reached to indore around 1 pm. You can check with any one who were traveling by this bus.

                  This was the worst experience i had ever seen. Please suggest the way forward to continue with redbus.

                  Already given very low ratings to the bus oprator but not received any update from them.

                  I want my amount booking rs. 840/- back. Else i am going to stop booking/using this red bus application and will post this to consumer as well as on social networking.

                    My name is sharan. A on jan 09, 2018 mornining 7 to 8:30, i tried to book ticket from chidambaram to coimbatore in city travels. Unfortunately rs.400 have debited from my account by redbus.in and i have received message ticket not booked. I called to customer care, they said "there is some technical fault you may proceed now". I once again tried to book a ticket, the same problem continued. Again i called to customer care they said "server maintainence is going on, better you book ticket after 11'o clock, so totally rs.800/- have been taken from my account by redbus.in. I have complained six times to their customer care. Still no response till today (07.01.2019). I felt very bad. I am a common man rs.800 is much for me. Try to understand my presence here.

                      I booked a travel ticket from chennai to tuticorin yesterday (9-jan-2019).in boarding point my seat is occupied by other person and my redbus ticket is ignored (10:30 pm actual departure from perungalathur but bus had reached at 11:50 pm midnight). I got sms in my mobile up to 11:50 pm midnight your bus was delay 47min. I was unable to reach destination or my home in chennai at 11:50 pm midnight.

                      No proper intimation about payment up to now.

                        Hebron transports bus - worst travels
                        I booked ac sleeper through redbus from madurai to chennai on 11.01.19 at 7:35 am with boarding point at periyar bus stand. I got an sms saying that "your boarding point is changed to mattuthavani bus stand" at 6:40am.
                        No body called to inform the sudden change of boarding point. I tried both the contact numbers but no body picked the call. What if i have not seen the sms in a hurry. Highly irresponsible behaviour.
                        I rushed to mattuthavani bus stand and reported at 7:25 am. The hebron travels office person left the office by 7:45 am without saying anything. The bus didn't come to pick up at 8:00 am in the travels office. Office was empty and the (Phone) customer care number was wrong i. E ‭[protected]‬. Then we understood chennai pincode was wrong. I spoke to the customer care lady over phone. She cut the call abruptly not even saying any proper reply. Travels office person didn't came back to office till 8:45 am. We passengers shouted at him.
                        Then we found that the bus met with an accident. The right side berth glasses got damaged. They were putting cello tape to cover the hole in a ac sleeper bus (See photos).
                        I found its highly unsafe to travel in this bus since all the right side glasses in the berth sides were cracked.. My seat was exactly where they put cello tape in upper berth. What if i fall outside due to sleep or glasses fall on me while traveling?
                        It may fall on any sleeping passengers anytime.
                        Till 9:00 am the bus didn't start.. I said i am cancelling my booking and will take another bus. I got my flight at 8 pm in chennai.
                        Never ever choose hebron travels. Highly risky & unprofessional travels.. Terrible experience.
                        I got after huge agony alternate bus to chennai at 10 am with 2 hrs delay due to them. Its a big physical & mental harassment done to me.

                            My travel cancelled from bangalore to karimnagar on 25 december 2018 booked on red bus, they said within 5 days money will come to account, but money not deposited, after that they replied that money transfer on 25 december 2018 only. I went to bank, check the bank statement, and discussed with bank manager also, there is no refunf from red bus in my account on 25 december 2018. please my request deposit money in my account at earliest. its very important for me.

                                Had tried to book a ticket on dec12th, 2018 via redbus application and i had used google pay as payment option. The amount rs.1573 was debited from my bank account and the same was deposited into redbus bank account. But the ticket booking had failed due to technical issues at their end.

                                I had lodged a complaint and also provided all the details including my upi transaction id for that payment for refunding my amount, but they are not refunding it yet even after one month. I had called their customer care and also emailed them several times including yesterday. They are saying that it will be resolved within one day, and then nothing happens after that..

                                  I had tried to book bus ticket for journey on 11.11.2018 from Bengaluru to Panaji Goa on 09.11.2018 in Orange Bus through my credit twice by swiping ₹1380 twice and debit card for ₹1360 but your online booking site had shown as pending at Bank and I had to pay cash to book ticket through Air-2-Asia travel agent SC Road Anandarao Circle Bengaluru. Taken up the issue with my Canara Bank but I was informed yesterday that Chargeback raised by our bank has been declined. Today I verified with travel agent and found that the above disputed amount is showing as pending at your Bank.
                                  Pl verify your account and arrange to refund the amount.

                                    I booked my ticket yesterday i.e. 2 January 2019 to travel on date 3 January 2019 from Chandigarh to Amritsar using the code TRAVEL19CB which has a cashback scheme of around ₹ 200/- I would like to know by when this cashback will be processed.

                                        This is padmaraj. On 4th i tried to book ticket from chennai to coimbatore through net banking. During payment time my amount got debited but i have not received any ticket confirmation or cancellation. I tried to speak to red bus customer care but everything ended in vain. The total amount debited is rs 2160.
