Driver complaint,
I'm going to bangalore to ilkal on 3/2/2019 driver is harsh to speak with me and also pic up extra passengers on road, he was not drop our current location,,,, that's way i never use this bus again,,,
Good bye sugama,, i[censored] take my complit... It will helf full for your bus service... And also dropping point also not good ilkal... Now i'm complet ilkal also..

    Redbus — ticket cancellation money not refunded

    I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 18jan 2019 (Ticket no: tn2m47687420 from bangalore to coimbatore for dated 19 jan 2019 that tckt amount was 450/- rs. And cancelled it on 18 jan 2019 (Pnr no: aone[protected]

    But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 2 to 7 working days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

    Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

      Please find my travel details below bus sharpline tours and travels from dhule to mumbai for journey on 2/1/2019 3:40:00 pm with tin tn2u89642010 has been cancelled.
      You are sent me this message on the same day of my travel date i was paid double amount for my tatkal ticket. You may refund me same in my account others wise i will complaint against red bus in jago garak jago an otherwise consumers.

      I did a recarge of 320 200 from wallet and 120 from my account but recharge was failed and money got debited still I didn't receive refund

        Till today we had provided 1095 buss.
        But now we are not receiving any order from your red buss from last two months.
        We want to render service with your esteem.
        As our mk travel on your app is blocked by mr. Karan please look in to matter and please do needful.

          I had booked bus tickets (3 tickets) through red bus app from chennai to angamaly (& vice versa). However, we have cancelled the booking on 14th january'2019.

          But the refund is not yet credited. There was no sufficient response when i had contacted the red-bus customer care through telephone.

          The ticket nos are:
          To angamaly - tn2g[protected] seat nos 15, 16 & 17
          To chennai - tn2g[protected] seat nos 15, 16 & 17

Iam waiting 4 hours in boarding point but there is no response from operator, i was raised a complaint in redbus on 14/01/19 but up to now there is no resolution from them. I want my refund amount quickly. Iam trying to contact the theoperator but they did not pick calls.

            In the month of january 3rd 2019 i booked a ticket frim hyderbad to kodad redBus Ticket - TN[protected] and i cancelled the ticket and i got a message your refund is in progress u will get in 2-7 working days but not yet money is not credited is this normal?

              Hi team,
              My mob number is [protected], email id is [protected]@gmail.com. On 9th december journey from belgaum to bangalore srs multiexel bus ticket got cancelled but i have not received my total amount rupees 1470 rs. Srs operator called me and told due to bus delay i need to call redbus and cancel the ticket and get refund i have called redbus on same day and provided all details regarding my ticket and mobile number of srs. From 9th december 2018 till date i am following. Each time redbus open new ticket and close the ticket without refunding my money please help to get my money back. Poor customer support from redbus calls not connecting immediately no info with agents each time they give 72 hours and close the ticket without resolving.

              Sent mail to [protected]@redbus.in but no reply from redbus . I am very much fed up from redbus . each time when i call they open new case and close without contacting me. Redbus is not taking care of customers .

                I cancelled my ticket on 07/01/2019 which was booked for 17/01/19 from hyderabad to trichy in orange tours and travels.
                I received an email about refund and it was mentioned that it would be refunded with a week. I expected my refund but still it has not been transacted to my account. Its been almost 20 days and not even an email with a reason for delay. Reference id: [protected].

                  Shivakashi to bangalore on 17january2019 which cost me rs 5742 has still not been credited to my account

                  The bus was cancelled last minute which caused a lot of problems for us as we where in an unknown place and had already vacctaed our hotel and with an old mother... Itwas a nightmare for us
                  Also have been trying the helpline number but havent received any response
                  It has been more than 10 days
                  They have a pathetic helpline number,
                  Tried sending the mail still no response

                    I had booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Vizag, but booked in my sister name . Later wanted to cancel the ticket and rebook . But was unable to cancel. I tried to call the bus operator and tried to cancel online but was unable to.

                    After 15 mins only i was unable to cancel. This is just not fair. I called customer care number of time but no respond .

                      I have booked 2 seats from ernakulam to pondicherry. I have paid 2450 for that. I was offered to drop me in pondicherry in a scania bus without interchanging the bus. I have also confirmed the same with the crew. When i reached thrissur i had a word with the crew about my dropping point and timings. He replied saying that the bus will drop me in dandivanam which is 60 km from pondicherry. As my mother is sick she cannot travel n a local bus that's why i have chosen to get the best quality of bus available. The crew shouted at me saying that he is not responsible for what happened and he 'll only drip me in dandivanam. And i 'll have to take my mother and the luggage in some other local bus. There is a laps in the commitment made by red bus and the crew in the bus. The travels name is parveen. Kindly refund my money back and want a compensation to adjust my losses.

                        Sir we have booked you Volvo bus which payment is high but you have provided us only TATA Ac RAM DALAL which payment is less than Volvo
                        It means you are cheating the customer and not satisfying the customer
                        You also don't understand the value of timing of the customer

                            I booked three tickets from siliguri to kolkata (Travel 03 january 2019) in nbstc operated by ishika traders volvo ac multi axle semi sleeper bus via google pay app... Ticket cost was rs 3780 while booking, i got message saying that money is debited from account, but ticket not generated... While payment ongoing, i got popup saying that error occurred, money is gone from the account... On checking google pay, i see that money is paid to redbus and payment was successful... Could you please help me?

                              Hi I am Dayal srivastava travelling from Kanpur to Mathura today that is 23rd Jan'19 we had bus from shatabdi travellers with ticket number TN2Q46902745. Bus boarding time 10pm.

                              We have faced issue which is very bad that when bus is booked then why unkown pAssengers are boarded in bus in between.

                                Hi,
                                Booked tickets to go to ramoji film city from hyderabad through redbus, journey was on 24-jan-2019. While booking the boarding location chosen was huda colony rtc bus stop and on the day of journey they called to say that the pickup location is alwyn and also confirmed that they will drop the passengers off at alwyn upon return. Passengers were new to hyderabad and couldn’t speak telugu.

                                During the return journey the passengers were dropped off just after kondapur and asked to go by themself, they were lost for a while as they are not familiar with the area.

                                Is this the security of the passenger that is assured by redbus?
                                How can the driver be so rude and order the passengers to get off half-way?
                                Why were the passengers not informed 1 day earlier on the change of pick up location?

                                I understand that this is off peak season but it doesn’t give any reason to drop passengers before the destination

                                Do note that this is not a free ride, tickets were purchased and paid on time to use the bus service.

                                Your attention at the earliest is expected.

                                  I have traveled from shivpuri to indore by jain bus service. I booked ticket for ac sleeper coach and paid rs. 550/- with pnr no.[protected]. I will strongly recommend that no one should choose to travel by jain bus even in any type of emergency. You may travel by walk or by bullacard, or by cycle risksha but not by jain bus. Jain bus provided non ac bus with lots of problems.in passage conductor made to seat all local passenger and huge of luggage. Passenger could not go for toilet even. All the way it stopped and took the passenger for passage. Never travel by jain bus

                                    I've booked 3 tickets from Lakkavaram to hyderabad for 15th January 2019 and cancelled 2 of it. They told me it will be credit back to your bank account in 2-7 working days but it's like 9 days no any response still from redbus.. I need my refund back .

                                      I booked 4 tickets for katra from delhi and on 30 december 2018 and cancelled it.. They told me it will be credit back to your bank account in 5-6 working days but it's like 25 days no any response still from redbus.. I need my refund back.

                                        During the second week of january 2019, i cancelled 3 tickets i booked through red bus. I received that the"your refund request for following transaction is being processed and the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days" and the money is not transferred to my account yet. Is this normal?
