I was booking a ticket on redbus for my journey from (Pune - solapur) dated 8/2/2019. The amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. Even though i received a message as follows :

"your refund request of rs 475.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days."

My amount is not yet refunded.
Please look into my inconvenience as early as possible.

    I am tina i have booked a ticket with pnr no -3438M85T from delhi to mac load ganj in the names of ram dalal holidays through red bus but after 1/2hr booking i tried to cancel the ticket but app did nt allow me then i talk to customer care they said bus operator did nt allow me to cancel ticket... Then after i talk to ram dalal holidays oprater he said i don't hve problem for cancellation he said Connect my call to customer care no in conference after conference he said to redbus customer care no to cancel.then redbus booked my compliments.and promise for

    Second day when i did nt receive any call i call to redbus care he said ur request is under process
    Third day when i called to customer care he said wait i connect with my backup team then i received a call prince from ram dalal holidays may be he is owner of company he said he don't hve any problem for refund ..after again i call redbus then he said we will call (prince ram dalal holidays) again and within 24hr revert back
    Now after waiting 72hr i did nt receive any call from red bus i have all recording this conversation

    there is no update regarding my refund status the app shows the refund will be processed soon. I didn't expect this because it is taking too longer than expected without no update to customer. So kindly process my request as soon as possible...

          I was booked gachiboli to chennai vkaveri bus. The boarding point is gachiboli outer ring road he called me at 7.03 pm but he told i called u somany times you didnot pick the call but he called me only one time and i called customer care they told bus is late so u can catch at lb nagar so i tried to catch at the time i called to driver he told k u can come to lb nagar within 9.30 means we can pickup. So i book one auto for go to lb nagar. I reached at 9.23 itself but the bus went from lb nagar so i call customer care as well as vkaveri bus driver the driver told bus was departured. The driver don't know tamil and english he know telgu and hindi how can he know the tamil people language due to the language i could not contact properly so i lost my travel fare and also i paid extra amount to auto fare rs 600 i was totally depressed at the time of auto travel

          I Have booked a ticket on 12th january from ernakulam - hyderabad but the bus driver din't turn up & used unparliamentary language i have raised a complaint on 13th january with the complaint no 6813393 till now they have't resolved without checking with me & the solution there are closing the complaints.

            I booked my bus ticket by redbus (Ticket number (Tin): tn2v96196732 from nagercoil to bangalore dated feb 5 2019 that tckt amount was 864/- rs. And cancelled. (Complaint num[protected]

            But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days.

            Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.
            It is more than one week.

              Hi all.

              Never try this for no rating.

              This bus was suppose to come to tambaram by 9.20. It is 1.20 yet to come.

              It was delayed by saying as traffic and at last bus was break down in chrompet which was not informed to the passengers. He responded me after 12calls at 12.45 which made me to go chrompet.

              The driver was arrogant and not responding at all he was behaving cheap in front of all.

              He is talking rubbish language to ladies as i no need to take you in this bus, it is his wish to take. Then for what f.. The travels has charged the fare to the passenger in prior? #redbus

              While other customer gave complain as - his boarding was in vadapalani but the driver said as his name is not in the list and it was not stopped in vadapalani. Later again the customer called and asked for the details, driver said as bus crossed vadapalani, currently in meenampakkam and threatened the passenger to come airport or bus will leave.

              It was happened for several passengers.

              Later they arranged a 12 seater tempo. After crossing trichy the tempo tire got bursted and the petrol tank got broken and full petrol was on road. I don't know who is responsible if something is happened to the passengers. Once again we took govt. Bus to reach the destination.

              Feel sorry to owner of ram raj travels.

              U all can better stop choosing this kind of travels.

                You have confirmed as my refund amount (850) has been initiated from red bus on 02/01/2019 but below e-mail from standard chartered bank says that it was not initiated...

                Am chasing towards pillar and post to get back my refund amount since from nov -18.

                Can you please do the needful, refer the attached word document o[censored]r conversation and bank email confirmation for your reference.

                Note : my next approach is to file a legal complaint against redbus and standard chartered bank. If my request is not auctioned on priority because it’s almost crossed 70 days

                    I was booking a ticket from Kolkata to Durgapur for the date 5th Feb'19 via Red Bus app when suddenly the app hang and after the payment is complete it is showing that the ticket is booked from Durgapur to Kolkata. They have deducted 2081.75 rs for a wrong destination. Request you to refund the amount.

                      Hello sir,

                      I would like to bring to your notice regarding our recent bus hire.

                      On day 1 we were supposed to shop at delhi and leave to rishikesh, but the driver mr. Sonu kumar was not following traffic rules and got caught by the police and his license got seized and because of this he was stopped nearly 5 times by police and he somehow bribed them which resulted in half day time wasted.
                      And in the evening we had to wait for a different driver and got other driver. Who was also not following the rules and rash.

                      As per the deal we were given 12+ sofa tempo. But we didn't know it was illegal to put the sofa due to which driver didn't allow us to use it half of the times. Saying if you use it you will have to pay fine to police.

                      As we were going to cool places driver didn't carry extra battery due to which we were asked to push the van. Because of which one of our group member got medical injury (This was in manali at -2° c for an hour please check the gps around 3 - 5). Which resulted in loss of 30 mins per day.

                      The driver never stopped when we asked for a restaurant he instead takes us to a restaurant where he could get commission. We saw it live. These are all managable.

                      But on the last day when we were supposed to come back to catch our flight this tempo met with an accident. It was all his fault as he most of the times drives while on phone.
                      At that point of time he asked us to board some rikshaws and visit taj mahal so that he can complete his accident work.
                      We came back.

                      It was not ready. We started at 2:30 when the vehicle was ready. He promised that he will take us in 5 hours.
                      He was speaking on mobile and driving through the way (You can check his call history if required). We requested him not to. He also stopped at dhaba to eat when we requested not to.

                      After entering in to city we saw google maps and suggested few less traffic routes but instead he have choosen heavy ones saying "you guys know nothing".

                      We finally reached the airport at 8:25. When we were supposed to reach at 7:30 as promised by our driver. Because of which we missed our flight and had to waste a whole night at airport. Which costed us for flight tickets and food.

                      And one of our team mate missed her final round of interview at hyderabad.

                      We got this to the notice of red bus executive.in call driver clearly accepted that he asked us to wait during accident.

                      When we first called red bus executive promised that they will go through the gps report in 48 and resolve the issue but when we asked after 15 days while on call they are then asking the operator to submit the gps report. Then he replied saying "gps can be wrong i will personally create a report of their trip" and i don't know how can red bus agree to that and it's been 20 days no resolution. Today when we called executive says compensation is not possible. We are not begging for any thing but asking to go through gps report of our trip and compensate if we are true. But the executive and manager are unable to do so.

                      Please suggest us a legal way so that we will be compensated for the inconveniences faced.

                      बहुत ही घटिया हरामखोर टाइप के लोग हो रेड बस वाले।मेरा २०००रू खा गये।केंसलेशन टाइम रखा भी तो १२घंटा पहले का ।१घंटा पहले का नही रख सकते साले चोरों।खाओ साले हराम की।

                          I have book hotel in indore i pay rs 330 by sbi card. Hotel wash room is too bad bed seet is smelly and not clean properlly. I ask hotel management but they not listen.                             I would like to bring it to your notice that this travels is very worst in all cases.. It fails in quality, punctuality, driver behavior... Its been 13 hours to reach my destination.. It arrives late in my pick up point and the driver keeps on stop at each location to board passenger to fill the empty seats... They even not bothered about for people who are drunken.. They allowed them inside and made them sit near the families.. I would demand an refund for this trip, as i failed to reach my destination on time.. Also it was an worst travel in my life and i lost all my confidence in redbus..

                            Fyi - i even made a complaint about this travels before i board the bus.. Driver was not even picking my call..

                              Hi sir,

                              Booked ticket from chennai to tirunelveli. Departure time is 11.58 pm. But bus came at 1.40 am. Nearly 2 hrs. And adding to this bus condition is too bad i booked for semi sleeper seat. But here the buttons are not working seats are not sliding. Worst travels i traveled ever. Not even giving proper responses to customer also. Add the very dangerous thing is only one driver is there for the total trip.

                              Booked ticket from Bangalore to Madurai .[protected] In Praveen travels bus No. KA 01 AA 6442 Departure time is 7:15 pm. But bus came at 8:40. Nearly 1 and half an hrs late. And adding to this bus has to reach Madurai at 3:00 am but this guy the driver is informing that bus will reach Madurai at 7:00 am condition is too bad I booked for semi sleeper seat. But here the buttons are not working Worst travels I traveled ever. Not even giving proper responses to customer also.                                 Yesterday i booked ticket from your site madurai to thrissur and iam traveling with that bus. Bus name was new lucky. That bus service is very worst thats not a bus for passengers that was goods carrier bus the bus employees are changed my seat in three times then why we are choosing for this bus service i didn't get my booking seats and the bus employee behaviour was very rudely so dont add this type bus service in your link. That will be shameless for your site and i never booked ticket from your site if you are not solve this problem and i will shar e my experience with others. I hope u take a strict action against them i remain you bus name was newlucky

                                  The case - 6947925 was registered on jan-23rd 2019.
                                  Till date the customer care service states, they would update in 24 hours.

                                  From jan 23rd how many 24 hours does it take.

                                    I tried to book tickets via redbus on feb-05 2019 in njk travels. Journey from tiruchendur to coimbatore on feb-10 2019 around 9.00 p. M.. The amount worth rs.1200 got debited but tickets were not booked. I got a notification that transaction failed. My booking id:[protected].

                                    I want to know my refund status. While checking in redbus login i am getting a message that amount has been refunded. But my amount is not refunded still.

                                    Its sounds bad to see that a trusted service provider is not responding properly. When trying to contact customer care support call not getting connected.

                                    I want my amount to be refunded asap.

                                      I booked a ticket on redbus from bangalore to visakhapatnam on 9th january 2019 through paytm wallet. The ticket is not done but the amount is deducted from account.
                                      I called to redbus customer care many times, they are saying your refund is successfull. But the amount is not credited to my wallet. Even i called to paytm customer care, they are saying please contact to redbus customer care.
                                      It's almost 25 days completed still my issue is not resolved. Customer cares are saying please wait for 24 hours, 48 hours but 25 days completed. I raised many mails and calls but the issue is not solved.
