I am trying to do a partial cancellation on the ticket number tn4r[protected] pnr thej3ej457462. I tried from the redbus app, the chat option to cancel always took me to the other ticket tn4d65762715 instead of the ticket (Tn4r[protected] which i want to do partial cancellation. I have booked 4 tickets on same day and the redbus app is a piece of crap and the options available in the app are not working properly what it supposed to do when we select any option.

I tried to reach out the customer care numbers [protected] and [protected] - when dialing, the recorded voice says list of options. Press "2" for cancellation related, i pressed the 2, it was ringing for two time and third ring it disconnected the call. Again, i tried to call and this time press 6 for "other queries/suggestions", i pressed "6" and again it was ringing and disconnected the call after the two ringing sound. I tried from variour telecom networks like bsnl, vodafone, jio and airtel. Nothing connected to customer care, it simply disconnected the call after two ringing sound. I never seen this kind of worst customer care dial options.

In the ticket terms and condition, it says partial cancellation is allowed and 10% cancellation charge for 12 hours before journey. I read it everything clearly. Today is the journey date, still i was unable to do the cancellation. I did not expect such poor service from redbus.

I am trying to cancel the mentioned ticket for the last 2 days and everything failed. I have record for everything i tried.

Giving advertisement in social media, televisions are not enough, redbus has to give proper customer care support and mainly fix the customer care ([protected] and [protected]) options.

Upon checking, you have already done partial cancellation for one seat and a new ticket is generated for the same.
As per bus operator, once partial cancellation is done and you can't do again for the same ticket. Sorry!

    I had booked 2 tickets from ahmedabad to chalala for 23 feb 2019
    But on 22nd feb 2019 i received a call from (+91 [protected]) bus operator that your ticket has been canceled due to some technical problem in bus so bus will not available on your journey date and you will get your refund of rs. 450 on your bank account.

    So, i am trying to contact bus operator and redbus from last one month but i didn't get my refund yet and proper response from redbus.
    I would like to request you to help me to get my refund my money on my bank account as fast as possible.

        I had booked ticket for four from rishikesh to delhi for 23 march 2019 but later cancelled it due to change of plan. While cancellation i had chosen the option of getting the refund money to my account still it got credited into the wallet. Please transfer the refund amount to the bank account as soon as possible since i'm not a frequent traveller and will not be able to use it. Also this is highly unethical practice on the part of red bus.

          Dear sir/madam

          I have booked initially ac sleeper ticket from ooty to bangalore on 31 march 2018 with a ticket value of rs. 1588.95. However, due to some issues i have rescheduled the travel to 1 april 2018. However, i couldn't get a ticket on ac and i went ahead with the non-ac booking. Red bus charged me with the same charge which i was not aware off. The policy for rescheduled was not clear to the customer and neither there was no pop up at the time of rescheduling the ticket. I want the ticket to be cancelled or booked accordance with the non ac fair. Request to take refund the amount.

And i’m very disappointed to report that redbus application is mentioning false amenities in the app. The app mentions tracking bus option for indani travels but there is no tracking option available for the bus. The tracking page of the website says no tracking available or the bus could not be tracked

              I booked a seat from redbus for my Delhi to Lucknow tour on[protected] and it got cancelled because the bus was seized. They called me and informed for my refund that it will come within 48 hours but today is[protected], it has not come . I called the bus operator ( speedways travel) they said they have refunded the money but it has not come to me . They asked me to contact redbus . But the customer care of redbus is of no use. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible otherwise I will take this matter to the consumer court .

                I, rishabh sharma, booked a bus from lucknow to firozabad on 14th march, 2019.
                Ticket number: tn4d51682486
                Pnr no : xfzd[protected]
                I boarded the bus but after some time the operator said that the bus has been cancelled and the ticket amount will be refunded back in my account. On applying for refund, the response i received from redbus was that the bus operated as per the schedule so they won't refund any amount. Since that response i have constantly been trying to contact redbus but there is no response from their side on this matter.

                  I was having a booking of svr pvs travel from pune to hyd on 24th march 2019, some lady by mistake book a ticket besides me, travel agency called me and asked me to take other seat or cancel my seat, i denied to change seat or cancel my ticket, in result prakash travel agency cancelled my ticket, i had to suffer because of this issue, this is a pathetic service from redbus and prakash travel agency, i had to pay extra and needed to travel by other bus, reason provided for cancellation was vehicle breakdown whereas they called me and said the story of a seat booking beside me and asked me to cancel my ticket when i denied they themselves cancelled my ticket.

                    I am writing to you about your software interface while booking the ticket. After talking to bus operator, i came to know that the requirement is given by them. But making interface is your lookout and not bus operator’s work.
                    I am making you aware that your system is not user-friendly as airline system. Please check airline system and change your reservation system while booking a ticket. It will help, many customers to become more alert while booking tickets.

                      What the hell is this... When i going to get reply?... After cancellation the money got added to redbus wallet... But now i’m unable to use the red bus wallet money...                         I have booked 4 tickets in VRL travels from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 23rd March 2019, and we reached the miyapur metro railway station before time, but the left early with taking us. Lately driver called us and told the bus left the borading point and when we told that we are waiting at boarding point he told nothing and disconnected the call. I tried calling him multiple times but he didn't responded. Finally at 4th call he received and I asked him to wait where ever he is currently at then he told me the location and we paid much more extra amt to autowala to reach soon.

                        This was a very very very bad worst experience I ever had in traveling experience. This is not all acceptable and I need a very strict action against the VRL travels. Moreover he was waiting for some passenger in Chandanagar so luckily I got to board the bus.

                        Whoever the concerned team or authority is, I need a strict action. I'm not going to leave this simply.

                          Online bus boking system is not at all user-friendly. While booking like airline reservation the details of refundable and nonrefundable tickets should be mention properly. but bus booking system never mentions about it. It is the biggest loophole and i suffered a loss of huge amount.
                          Even if the amount is not refundable the ticket should be canceled. The system is not allowing to cancel the ticket.
                          Such things are not acceptable in the IT system.
                          Pathetic IT system.

                            We are booking plenty of tickets from red bus, but we did not see any breakup details for the gst part and one more thing, we have to update our gst number, while booking our tickets, even they do not have any column for update our gst details.

                            For small companies with out gst we are fight with them, big companies we did not speak about this with there concern persons, not even bring the things to there notice.

                              I have booked a bus ticket on 13-03-19 from thane to bhopal for journey date 15-03-19. The ticket cost me around rs1500 and payment has debited from my account but ticket didn't issued. So, i raised a complaint for refund and they mention that they will get back to me within 24 hrs to resolve the issue but after that i didn't get any call they just close the issue from their end. Then i reraise that complaint and its been 1week i neither get any refund till date nor i know the status of my complaint.

                                and then we tried many time but process is not completed

                                    I was booked on 10 march in this raj shila travels bus. But it was cancelled on that time and i call the customer service he told me that within 7 days your money will be refund. But still it's not refund. Please

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been trying to contact customer care service for past 1 week. My redbus wallet has 3060/- rupees. And now i can't activate my wallet. When i try to verify my phone number [protected], they says that the number already exists. I contacted customer care and they said my wallet is currently disabled. I don't understand why they should disable my wallet. Atleast refund my money back to my account.

                                        We booked from chennai to rameshwaram and rameshwaram to chennai via redbus. Unfortunately the return was cancelled due to bus cancellation. The travels said that they didn't have enough passengers to travel. So they cancelled the bus. We stuck in rameshwaram and we can't get back to our home. We called redbus they said they are working on it for the past 8hrs. Every time they said, "please wait we'll reach you with in 2hrs sir" and i called after every two hours. No response.. Waste website portal. Poor customer services

                                        Our bus has been changed without any information from Redbus. And the bus which we were given was too dirty and unhygienic. The bus belonged to Trishul Transports. We are not at all satisfied by the service.
