Dear Sir,
Thanks for asking feedback and I am sorry to state that the agent has
dropped me without availing me the facility by misguiding me inspite
of continuously being in touch and in the pre- text of some other
notion has betrayed me without giving the facility and asking me to
join in the next stop which was impossible for me as even though
somehow if I would have managed also there was no guarantee of being
considered.It is embarrassing and pathetic to share such worst
experience.If really you are serious about feedback then kindly refund
my amount as I have not received the services and surely my seat is en
cashed by other passenger which is seriously to be intervened.Mr.
Rohit showed least interest to help as he was the pickup man.Hoping
for a positive response as I lost full 1 day and my important
assignment which can never be repayed. Atleast refund my booking
charge as its hard earned money.
