We render service with red buss one year from mumbai to shirdi in a day 3 luxury buss we are operating two numbers buss in night one is a/c sleeper and one is non air-condition setting and one air-condition slepper buss in morning.
Till today we had provided 1095 buss.
But now we are not receiving...

I had booked bus tickets (3 tickets) through red bus app from chennai to angamaly (& vice versa). However, we have cancelled the booking on 14th january'2019.

But the refund is not yet credited. There was no sufficient response when i had contacted the red-bus customer care through telephone.

i'm complaining about my refund

I have booked ticket on 11/01/19 in kantipudi travels. But at that day the operator did not picked me. Iam waiting 4 hours in boarding point but there is no response from operator, i was raised a complaint in redbus on 14/01/19 but up to now there is no resolution from them. I want my refund amount quickly. Iam trying to contact the theoperator but they did not pick calls....

On 9th december journey from belgaum to bangalore srs multiexel bus ticket got cancelled but i have not received my total amount rupees 1470 rs. Srs operator called me and told due to bus delay i need to call redbus and cancel the ticket and get refund i have called redbus on same day and provided all details regarding my ticket and mobile number of srs....

I received an email about refund and it was mentioned that it would be refunded with a week. I expected my refund but still it has not been transacted to my account. Its been almost 20 days and not even an email with a reason for delay. Reference id: [protected]....

The bus was cancelled last minute which caused a lot of problems for us as we where in an unknown place and had already vacctaed our hotel and with an old mother... Itwas a nightmare for us

unable to cancel ticket

I had booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Vizag, but booked in my sister name . Later wanted to cancel the ticket and rebook . But was unable to cancel. I tried to call the bus operator and tried to cancel online but was unable to.

bus service offered to me

I have booked 2 seats from ernakulam to pondicherry. I have paid 2450 for that. I was offered to drop me in pondicherry in a scania bus without interchanging the bus. I have also confirmed the same with the crew. When i reached thrissur i had a word with the crew about my dropping point and timings. He replied saying that the bus will drop me in dandivanam which is 60 km from pondicherry. As my mother is sick she cannot travel n a local bus...

Sir we have booked you Volvo bus which payment is high but you have provided us only TATA Ac RAM DALAL which payment is less than Volvo
It means you are cheating the customer and not satisfying the customer
You also don't understand the value of timing of the customer
Therefore I want to state that transfer our payment into our account as your services are not satisfactory

unable to cancel ticket

I had booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Vizag, but booked in my sister name . Later wanted to cancel the ticket and rebook . But was unable to cancel. I tried to call the bus operator and tried to cancel online but was unable to.

amount debited and tickets not purchased

I booked three tickets from siliguri to kolkata (Travel 03 january 2019) in nbstc operated by ishika traders volvo ac multi axle semi sleeper bus via google pay app... Ticket cost was rs 3780 while booking, i got message saying that money is debited from account, but ticket not generated... While payment ongoing, i got popup saying that error occurred, money is gone from the account... On checking google pay, i see that money is paid to redbus...

unknown passengers boarded by driver

Hi I am Dayal srivastava travelling from Kanpur to Mathura today that is 23rd Jan'19 we had bus from shatabdi travellers with ticket number TN2Q46902745. Bus boarding time 10pm.

We have faced issue which is very bad that when bus is booked then why unkown pAssengers are boarded in bus in between.

While booking the boarding location chosen was huda colony rtc bus stop and on the day of journey they called to say that the pickup location is alwyn and also confirmed that they will drop the passengers off at alwyn upon return. Passengers were new to hyderabad and couldn’t speak telugu.
