My self and my friends (Totally 5 tickets, individual booking) have been booked ticket from pattukottai to chennai on jan 20 through redbus. But we got message from yohalashmi travel agency on jan 19 notified that"you have been booked ticket on jan 19 8.55 pm." then i reached pattukkottai yohalakshmi travel agency. I had a very worst experience there. I don't know whether he may be the owner or working person there. The way he approaching the customer is not at all good. He argued rudely with us😡😡😡.
Then i raised a complaint regarding this problem they said "sir your 5 tickets are booked for 20th jan but in travels chart its reflected as 19th jan its a technical issue so kindly take your own support and book on some other bus we will start refund process once after 48hrs". This is not a proper way to approach passengers. Its a festival time all tickets booked. Ourself booked a ticket its cost is twice the ticked which i booked earlier.in order to reduce the last time rush we are booking the tickets earlier but now who is responsible for the extra money i paid???

But they are keep on changing the new complaint number (Case number) 48hrs once and marked the old complaint number as resolved.
Then what is the use of that term complaint.
They are not try to resolve my issue. They are trying to delay the refund process!!!

On checking, we see the complete refund for all the above tickets has been initiated on January 24, 2019 and the same should reflect in your source account in 7 business days from the time of initiation as per standard banking procedures.

      I have try booked one ticke from chennai to paramakkudi dated on 12.01.2019 (Journey date 14.01.2019 from my cell no.[protected]

      Ticket is not booked but amount is 1173. Debited my account,. I contect your red bus customer care. He told me that next 2 working days credit my account. Above 9 days above not yet credit my account. You will refund or not

        I have booked online in red bus site by universal travels on 19th jan 2019 traveling date 19th jan 2019 10.30 pm mayiladuthurai to chennai but i am not travel the universal travels we are waiting 10.30pm unable to contact boarding point mobile number which is switched off.             I've booked vijay travels to travel from vadodara to dombivli on 14th dec 11 pm via redbus. I got a call from travel agency at 10:30 pm saying that the trip has been cancelled due to some police clearance issue in ahmedabad. Immediately i'd contacted redbus via mob app but no response. Past 37 days i'm behind redbus for my refund but still i didn't get my money. Already i'd shared the contact no of the travel agency person from whom i have got a call. I've called more than 10 times to redubus regarding this issue but got very poor response from their end. I'm completely frustrated due to this. I would like to approach consumer court to resolve this issue.

              I have booked ticket from coimbatore to karaikal ticket no tmdp79267939 then i have cancelled my ticket on jan 4 2019 but still i didn't receive the refund amount. My problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 7 days

              Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                The bus operator cancelled the trip and Redbus promised a refund. I have called the customer care more than 5 times in this regard. The only reply was the amount will be refunded in 24 hours each time. And I raised ticket for this issue multiple times in the helpdesk as well. No resolution till now.

                    I have booked the bus ticket from ongole to hyderabad on 15th january 2019 but when i reached the boarding point bus operator told that your ticket was cancelled but i have not received any information regarding this through mail or message on same day i complained but till now even after 5days i have not received any reply, because of this the next day i am unable to reach the office so i lost rs3000 who will pay, this is really disgusting. Still in my redbus account ticket status is showing confirmed only even after 5days and redbus asking me to rate the journey how silly.

                    After 6days and after so many complaints they are simply saying that we will refund the amount within next 7wirking Days and when I talked with their executive that Customer service agent talking very harshly, they are really thinking customers are fools, now I am going uninstall this redbus app and I will never user this fraud app for ever

                      I booked ticket from srikakulam to vijayawada in red bus application on 13/01/2019.in the afternoon itself svkdt bus opertaor called me that bus is cancelled and your amount will be refunded (Operator phno : [protected]).in the afternoon itself the bus is also removed from the site. After 2 days on 15/01/2019 i saw the redbus application and noticed that my ticket is not cancelled and refund is not initiated. Then i called the redbus customer care and informed the above matter, the c. C operator told us that our amount will be refunded in 2 days.in the evening before 1 hour of bus starting they send a message saying that your seat is changed to some other bus with out any intimation and with out my permission. At that time im not in the place also. Then again i called the redbus customer care and informed the issue. They told us again the issue may be resolved and refund will be initiated. Now already 4 days gone no response from the redbus, while iam calling to the customer care they are not responding well. With out my fault and issue they are playing with my money. Please look into the matter and solve the issue as early as possible and refund may be initiated.

                          Hi,

                          I booked a ticket from mumbai to hyderabad.
                          Because of change in schedule i reschedule it. The ticket i reschedule is of lower amount but i didnt get a refund. 80% of my money is deduct as reschedule charges.

                          I talked to the customer executive regarding that none of them gave me satisfactory reply.
                          Executive talked to me in very rude manner. I never expected such type of behavior from red bus. This company doesn't give value to their customers.

                            I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 12 jan 2019 (Ticket number (Tin): tn2e12438871 from hyderabad to hospet for dated 12 jan 2019 that tckt amount was 1065/- rs. And cancelled it on 12 jan (Tracking number is [protected].)

                            But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5- 7days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                            Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                            Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

                              I booked ticket for srikakulam to vijayawada through redbus, but they cancelled the bus and informed over phone by the bus operator. We were informed that we will get our reimbursement. We called the travels and checked with them also. After that intimation the bus is also removed from the redbus site. Red bus is not initiated the refund then i called the redbud customer care and informed the situation and told them to initiate the refund stating that the bus is cancelled which was informed by the operator. Customer care operator told me that he will talk with the operator and initiate the refund.in the evening also i informed the customer care about the issue and told them to refund my amount. They informed me that the issue will be solved in stipulated time. As of now 4 days are completed there is no reply and amount from the redbus. While i am calling to the customer care they are not responding properly. Please solve the issue and initiate my refund as early as possible.

                                I book bus through redbus but there is no bus. I can't get call back from redbus executive as he promised me to call regarding my boarding point issue.
                                I called 4 time to redbus for my bus number details but i can't get bus no and contact no of bus operator. Every time your representative put call hold for long time and wasting my money and time. Finally can't get bus for my journey. Due to this i had to pay penalty to party as i can't reach to my destination due to redbus. I will do consumer complaint against redbus if can't get any solution i will report to newz reporter regarding fraud caused by redbus. And also file police complains against this.

                                  I paid for my ticket through google pay, the amount has been deducted but the ticket has not been issued. I called the customer service regarding this issue and i was ensured that the refund will be done within 24 hours. But its been more than the stipulated time and i didn't get any update or refund till time.
                                  Date of incident: 16/1/2019
                                  I request you to refund my amount of rs.1380

                                    I booked tickets for hyderabad from pune through redbus, but they cancelled the bus. We were informed that we will get our reimbursement. We called the travels and checked with them. The travels cancelled our seats and we will get the reimbursement in 3-4 days. It's been more than a month but did not get any refund. They are not responding properly to the calls.

                                      .. For 1st of jan which i cancelled throught..
                                      Redbus says the refund has been completed by them but its 20+ days and i havent receive my refund in my bank account
                                      I am fed up with the service and you guys dont even look up on this matter..
                                      Now you tell what should i do.
                                      I just want my refund asap..
                                      Because its making me in trouble calling or contacting you daily for this..
                                      How long i gona do all this stuff..
                                      This had made me frustrated..
                                      You guys are not even trustworthy any more..
                                      Mentally its harrasing me
                                      I want a proper resolution and my money back either i am going to sue you or else have to take some legal actions on to this...

                                        I refereed two of my friends and they successfully completed their journey. But i did not got any referal bonus. For that i called as well as mailed redbus. They are saying that my account is not reflecting. I called 8 to 10 times. I have mailed 3 times with all the screen shots as propf of my valid account. I am taking continous follow up from the last 7 days. But every time i get the same reply that "your request is processed to backend team and wait for 24 hours" same disappointing reply.

                                        I got a call back from the company and they said that from the past 3 months i have not travelled so my redbuswallet is inactive in their database. I said them that i had done a recharge in last month but they said that recharge is a different thing, there is no bus booking in the past 3 months. So when you will travel by redbus in future your wallet will be active and then we will credit the amount. But after this experience who would like to travel by redbus. For them it is different service like bus booking, hotel booking, recharge, but for us all the services are the same & why will i book a bus in every 3 months. I will do that only if i need it. I dont know why this policy of 3 months is there but i would advice the people to think once before referring to other people.
