I have booked 2 tickets with tckt no. TN5H45233988 PNR no. 543HXGYT for today's journey and as shown in the app I choose boarding point. But the bus didn't come there and later I got to know that the bus goes via different route and never come via the route as shown in the app. I tried to contact with the service provider but there was no any contact no. where should I call.
Please refund my money bcoz the app gave me wrong information and I missed the bus.

    about failed transaction during ticket booking

    I had booked a ticket but the transaction failed and amount was deducted and there was no msg about refund even after 2 days

    I had book a ticket using red bus app on 3rd apirl unfortunately, i had canceled the ticket the money was transferred to my redbus wallet. I thought they may have a option to transfer the money to account. But it was not in redbus even though redbus i a one of the big service in india. Now i really don't know how to get back my money from redbus. The total amount i lost is 1215 rs.

    I raised a complaint to red bus they had replayed that they don't had a option to return back the wallet amount. If you don't had any such option please remove the wallet option in you redbus. It is your responsibility to return back your customer money

      Hey i am a girl working in it sector. I was. Is this is a way of treating customer as a girl with much of fearness in my heart i was waiting for 4 hours. I tried contacting red bus customer support such an pathetic service there is no agent to pick my call i tried to reach them more than 5 times still i was not connected.
      I have not any notification of bus contact point phone number. I personally google and collected the office number from the bus service team i collected driver number and spoke with him. I have not an any msg tracking details of the bus. This is very annoying and it is really bad.
      After an long struggle i boarded the bus bus details is ttp tours and travels bus number tn52. 6199.. Now the bus is worser than a van. Pushpack is not working i complained to the cleaner he doesn't care about it. There is no spacing between the seats. Actualy i am very short but i feel like hell when my legs stuck in the small gap. I really worry about the people with good height. I swear there is no place to sit comfortably it is like a sharing a single seat with two members.
      I really wonder how red bus is choosing such a cheap and local bus for an long travel. Red bus is completely working for money cost. Actually my travel is like i am carrying my neighbour on my lap i reay wonder why i should pay for this bad travel. Refund me the amount

        Today ie 17.04.19 my son booked a bus ticket through your gateway to tirunelveli and got eticket message no d[protected] seat no u9 vehicle no py01 ct5199 with the price of rs.1900.00 boarding at mahendra city 9.55pm with the contact mobile no [protected]. But the vehicle reached only 00.50am 18.04.19 without any message to my sons mobile no. He was standing there more than 3 hours with hungry and thirsty. Hence, you r the gateway person should take all the responsibility and for his mental worry and refund the bus fare.

          Hi

          I booked a bus sleeper through red bus in pitambara saroj travels. On the day of travel, when complete payment has been mde, the bus operator called saying, either pay double for 2 sleepers or he will adjust a male passenger in the sleeper and he will not get his sleeper unoccupied. This is no where in their terms and conditions. Also, while booking, i had put in all details including sex-female. While contacting with red bus, the supervisor there couldn't guarantee that he could get me the refund. I was left with no refund, no ticket in any safe bus, with a ticket in a bus where the operator has already warned me about being clubbed with a male in a sleeper. No options left but to get harassed or pay extra.

            The redbus helplines are useless and didnt help at all.

            Kingfisher translines:-
            This bus was supposed to reach the boarding point (Vaibhav theatre pune) at 10:45pm, but the bus hasnt arrived yet. We are waiting at the boarding point since 3 hours.
            After multiple attempts of contact the operator informed that the bus has been broke down and it will be delayed for 3 more hours.

            They did not arranged alternative bus.
            This seems unrealistic. Neither the bus operator informed about the delay proactively.

            We are standing in the midnight at the boarding point since last 3 hours.
            The bus hasn't arrived yet.
            This is purely unprofessional.

            This is completely unacceptable.

            We got physically and mentally harrassed due to this.

              I have booked ticket through red bus for travelling from tirupathi to hyderabad. Bus operator didn't let me or red bus know that they are not running the service on 15 april 2019. I was waiting at boarding point and called red bus. I didn't get proper response from red bus for 2hours. Even red bus call center people are not interested to respond or talk to provide alternative as this travel is important to me. I'm totally unhappy with red bus with this incident. I have evidences of ticket.

              Red bus call center employees are hesitate to talk to customer. When we ask about situation, they are disconnecting the call.

                Ticket number - tn4s18637980, pnr number-44jxfjkb, journey date-15.04.2019, boarding point from-chaulkhola to kolkata. My bus number was not sent to me. Also the boarding point contact number was unavailable and after complaining that another number was given to me which was a wrong number. I would have missed my bus for this kind of irresponsible and worst service. Later with the help of locals i was able to board my bus. Now i am feeling so my sorry and extremely irritated for booking my journey from redbus. Their staffs have no sense of empathy. They were even busy to curtain their faults when was contacted for complain.

                  I was a loyal customer to redbus but have stopped booking from it lately. I booked redbus for 28th dec 2018 but didn't get the service. The operator mis-guided about the bus routine as it had already left before the time i was given for boarding. I waited for almost an hour in-spite of reaching on time given by the operator. I also was in loop with the operator in that time span.
                  Now, the issue is i called and complaint to redbus numerous times and they just waved their hands on me. Every time i called and mailed they said they will resolve it within so and so time but nothing happens. However, they do send a formality mail saying your query has been resolved without taking any action. I still have around 10+ replies of them saying your query has resolved and we'll give compensation but never received any reimbursement.
                  Now, for all that stress, inconvenience, humiliation and waste of time i want a strict action against them. It is not about money or time even, it is about your service to a loyal customer and your care for service to them. I wasn't asking for refund but at-least you should had given some concern to it.

Main 4-5hr raat ko khrab hua aur mera delhi jane ka plan v cancel ho gyea aur wahl office me kam karne wale bahut jada out language use kar rahe the mere sath.

                    Upon checking, our bus operator inform that you have booked ticket from Jallandhar to Delhi Manju Ka Tilla and after reaching bus operator office you requested the bus operator to dropped him at Delhi Airport hence, the bus operator charged extra Rs. 500/- and you have completed the journey in alternate bus hence we won't be able to issue a refund.

                      I booked the chennai to coimbatore bus today 12th apr'19, with boarding point at kfc poonamallee. But as a regular customer to the bus, i usually board at ambedkar statue, poonamallee (Which is before the stop i had booked as boarding point). I informed half hour prior to the bus driver about my change in boarding point. However, the bus passed me without stopping and went to the kfc stop and called me. I told him to wait (To which he said ok) and took an auto (Rs. 150) to reach kfc stop, only to find the bus already gone. When i called the driver ([protected]), he cut my call saying the bus can't wait. I have lost my time, my money (Rs.1165) and my peace of mind. This is the worst attitude, given that i am a regular boarder in this bus (Bsp travels). I demand my amount to be refunded and as to the emotional loss, i shall recommend anyone i meet, not to book this bus.

                      Bus fare on April 17 is fixed a sum of average 1000rs per ticket on occasion of election in tamilnadu..
                      It is more common on festival days and occassions.
                      No government body interfere in this open loot of money from consumers..
                      This is ridiculous to hike the fare on election days
                      Redbus — Amount deducted but ticket not booked on redbus paid through payumoney
                      06.04.2019 book a ticket in www.redbus.in, money deducted 810/-but ticket not confirmed, please refund my money, please give immediate response.

                        I have booked 2 tickets from bangalore to vytilla and 1 ticket from bangalore to irrity on 14th apr 201, the redbus customer care doesnot allow me to cancel or reschedule the ticket and mentions that the ticket is a rescheduled ticket, and that ticket cannot be cancelled, where in the terms and condition i am already given the cancellation charge matrix. And they do not allow me to reschedule the ticket where in the ticket provided is no where mentioned. The customer care is very unprofessional that they continuously disconnect my call without transferring the call to higher officials.

                          Sir,
                          I had booked a ticket from vijayawada to bangalore and return, on 29 th march 2019 and 31st march 2019. I had cancelled my tickets. I got a a message saying that my amount will be returned in 10 working days : — vide proposal no [protected] for an amount of rs 2382.60 and proposal no [protected] for an amount of rs 2743.60
                          So far no amount is credited. I request that my refund the amount may be paid to me

                            Canceled redbus ticket (Chennai to ponnamaravathi) on 31st, mar 2019. After cancelation i have receieved an email and message saying, your refund amount will be credited in 2-7 working days in your bank account. But, today the date is apr 12, 2019. Almost 13 days completed. Still i have not receieved my refund amount. Even i have checked the refund amount status in the following link "https://www.redbus.in/Cancellation", using my ticket number and email. There the status has been updated as "bank has processed refund", but still i have not receieved my refund amount. Please take action on the same.

                              I have booked my bus ticket in redbus on 3rd april 2019 (Booking id (Tin):[protected] from chennai to udumalpet dated 13th april 2019 and the ticket amount was 666/- rs.

                              Still, i have not received that refund amount, whenever i contacted the redbuddy's they used to say the amount is only in the banker's gate path not in our path. But if i have asked the banker they had mentioned the amount was transferred to beneficiary account. I have raised the complaint on 4th april still it doesn't rectify.

                              The below is the mail from my banker:

                                I booked a ticket from Sathyamangalam to Chennai in Ganapati travels through red bus platform. The bus operator has cancelled my ticket without my knowledge and deducted 10% from my bus fare. The bus operator cancelled my ticket and increased bus fare and released the ticket again ooen for booking. When i tried to contact redBus regarding this and raised many complaints but there are responding it was not their responsibility, redBus is just platform if bus operator cancels it's not their concern. I need to know what assurity is redBus giving customer for booking tickets in their platform. I need my 10% deduction back and also if it happened before tje day of boarding what i supposed to do, i enquired in redBus their simply disconnected my call.

On checking we see that as per your request ticket was canceled and refund of Rs 741 has been successfully credited back to source account for ticket id: TN4X52961276. Your bus was not canceled. However we've initiated refund of Rs 95 for cancellation charges also back to source account on 13th April 2019. It will reflect in your account in 7 bank working days.

                                  I had logged a complaint couple of times for a refund. I checked your app and it shows that there is a refund initiated for booking id[protected] on april 2, 2019 due to failed transaction on 29th march, 2019. It also shows bank has accepted the refund but has not generated a reference #. I checked with the bank and they are not aware of this refund and asked to contact redbus. I still have not got the refund of rs 1895 and i have been waiting for a response for a week now.

                                    I am not able to cancel ticket. Please note that i have booked ticket to kundapura but last moment i need to chain the plan so need to cancel it.

                                    When i tried to cancel the ticket it is telling please note that you cannot cancel the ticket anymore as the period allowed before cancellation has expired as per the bus operator

                                    Dear sir i have booked tickets in redbus from Alangulam (Tirunelveli) to chennai on 26 th march 2019 and the value of ticket is rs. 1100 which is deducted from my a/C but my bookings was not done and also i not get my refund. I receive a mail that refund will take within 7 days on 26 th march 2019 but i didnt get refund yet. Pls solve my problem.

                                      I had filed a complain for this journey, reference number is 7971167.

                                      The provider did not respond to any calls at all. We were standing at 12am
                                      At complete remote location. On constantly calling for over half an hour
                                      One number finally responded, that bus won't be there by 3am.
                                      We had to finally take off from there, it was no place for a lady to stand
                                      There. Late night we had to catch a train (General class).
                                      So much inconvenience despite booking ahead. Highly unprofessional services. I understand things happen unplanned, but atleast people respond to distressed customer or leave them stranded?

                                      And after filing complain with redbus there is no response what so ever.
