    This is padmaraj. On 4th i tried to book ticket from chennai to coimbatore through net banking. During payment time my amount got debited but i have not received any ticket confirmation or cancellation. I tried to speak to red bus customer care but everything ended in vain. The total amount debited is rs 2160.

    When will i get my refund.

        I had book the ticket form goa to bangalore on 05/01/2019 of paulo travels via red bus
        The money got deducted from the bank.. I had paid through google pay..
        There was error during payment and porper confirmation was not send i tried to call the help line numbers there wasnt any response.
        At the time of boarding the bus
        When i called the customer care there informed me my seat was not booked
        I request everybody not to book from redbus.in

          I have booked 3 tickets using rebbus official site from trivandrum to chidambaram. Dated 3-january-2019.

          I entered the passenger details as well as debit card details. When clicked the submit button, the page got stuck. I tried paying one more time, still faced the same issue. The ticket could not be booked, neither i didnot received any mail or messaged. But when i checked my banks statement a total of 5020 rs (2010rs twice) has been deducted from my account in the name of redbus (Transaction details given below)

          3 seats were selected on 03 Jan 2019, traveler names and details added, proceeded for payment as well. OTP generated and upon submitting the OTP the Redbus page got stuck and the next message we received was 'something wrong with the card' (Ticket not generated). we tried again since we did not receive any cash debit SMS in our mobile. Again the similar issue we faced. the very next day while checking the mini statement through net banking we got the cash debiting message to redbus account. A total of 5020 rs debited from my account (2510+2510).

          till now the amount did not credited back to the SBI account, request you to kindly do the needful.

          After the payment is done, it goes backk to the website to book the tcket. But at times due to timeout issues, the transaction fails.but I didn't get a confirmation message nor the ticket link to my email but the amount is being deducted

                I had book the ticket for Delhi to Kanpur for 05/01/2019 for bus ticket of Shri Rishabh Travels via Red Bus with name Sudhanshu Bansal, 20, Male for 10.15 P.M.
                I had paid Rs 851/- through Paytm. Amount got deducted twice from my Paytm wallet but error message of transaction failed appeared & I can't get the ticket.
                I paid using Paytm but the transaction failed so I paid again using paytm and the transaction failed again.
                However the money got deducted both times i.e. 2*851=1702₹.

                  My name is karthik. I have booked 2 seats in red bus from peraiyur to chennai on 25 dec 2018 morning 8 am for 26 dec 2018 travelling. I selected peraiyur in from and chennai in to. 3 buses were listed. They are tnstc 1830peyche, amarnath travels and spg travels. I planned to go amarnath travels. So i booked seats and got ticket. I was shocked after received ticket because of boarding place is peraiyur (Kamuthi). Actual peraiyur is town and peraiyur (Kamuthi) is village in ramanathapuram district. 300kms far from my actual boarding. But other buses are in correct route. So i suddenly made a call with customer care (Divya) who logged complaint regarding this and assured for refund. After discussed with divya, i booked in tnstc 1830peyche in tnstc booking site.10 days completed, i didnot receive any call or money from redbus. After raised complaint i tried to confirm that issue, but that bus was removed from list after 10 mins from booking time on same day. But now, the same bus is listed in same route wrongly. Actually that bus is available in both routes.. I have made a call with bus operator also and informed the same. He is from arupukottai office, blindly blamed redbus. Because it is happening again and again. Other passenger also faced same problem on last september and he commented on review about this same issue. I am checking this ticket status in my mobile app daily. They are updating time only in my ticket complaint, but no progress is there. Redbus should explain this issue and refund my money with rs 10000 as penalty. Else i will go to consumer court. Because you made me fool and cheated me without proper business skill. How redbus train people in their organization to resolve issue? Worst service in redbus. Now i lost rs 1400 with my time. Government should ban this type of cheating services

                  I have send mail to this mail address and no reply from them. When I made a call with customer care [protected], She did cut call without proper answer. How long back end team take to resolve this issue. If you book today also, you will come to know the issue. Because same bus is listing under Periayur route. One more passenger faced same issue and updated in bus review. Please check it. I am attaching some snaps for this problem.

                    Hi,
                    My colleague sivaranjini, booked a ticket from banglore to chennai on dec 16th2018
                    Ticket number:tmd[protected] booked for 2 ladies. Due to some emergency boarding point of one passger is changed from madiwala to electronic cityand other one boarded from madiwala itself. It has been tried to inform the change to bus operator over calls but noone picked my call. Also it has been communicated to driver verbally by other passenger
                    Passenger is waiting opposite to audi office near first lane of toll gate. Bus reached the bus stop after 12 and left her un picked. The moment we saw the bus while we cross frim one lane to other these # left witjout picking. Remember its a lady they left unpicked at 12.30. We ran behind bus for a while and talked to driver. He behaved very harsh to us and was not ready to pickknowing that we are running behind.
                    Mental harrasment:driver and greenline travel staff mentally tortured and harrased and spoke very harsh way to other lady passenger who already boarded in bus. She was crying hard as she git insulted and mentally harrsed by the staffs when asked to pick other passger from boarding point.
                    All the journey she was publicly insulted in front of all the passengers for no reason. Such an unprofessional bunch of # are they.
                    I have to wait till 3.30 in the morning to board the other passenger. See how unprofessional these people are.
                    To get the refund for the same i reached rebus which is even more frustrating. Im not sure how many complaints i have raised with redbus team and very un professional attitude from redbus customer care support team. Vinupriya to whom i spoke last time was showing to much attitude and cut my phone abruptly when asked to connect to ivr for giving feedback about her attitude. Each time i call they are closing ticket stating bus already picked other passengers. I clearly told i m waiting in just opposite lane andwas waiting in station.
                    Many a time i request for a call back and no one called me from redbus. Its really frustrating and dissatisfied support from redbus.

                    Note:if there is no action i get from here.
                    I will raise a compalint in consumer court against them. Expecting the minimym refund for the injustice done to us at 12 against a lady

                      I booked a ticket on 17th Dec, through redbus from chennai to erode (fare amount- 670 rupees) but the travels(hebron travels) they cancelled the ticket due to some mechanical issues on the traveling date.i contacted redbus they said the amount will be refund within 5-7 bank working days but still i dont got any refund to my account its been around 15days. so plz refund the money to my account

                        Hi, i booked bus (Yukta travels yash) from pune to shegaon travel date 29-dec-2018 (Ticket id tmdq[protected] but bus got cancelled. I received this confirmation from operator they said that they are dropping an email to redbus about cancellation and i will be notified then by redbus and will get refund later but my refund is not yet delivered also not received any email from redbus.

                        And now yash travels people are not ready to send confirmation email to me so we are also not sure how can we reach to redbus. I reached couple of times to yash travel but not received the good reply. Also the redbus customer service is worst neither of their number is fully functional very worst service experience.

                            Iam siva subramanian. I booked in dhanam travels by redbus on 24.12.2018. And ticket conformed immediately. Ticket no: tmdk95473929. Passenger name:siva subramanian (Male), thanga anna lakshmi (Female). Departure time:10pm dec 29.12.2018. Seat no: l3, l4. But they sent message on 29.12.2018 at 1.52pm (On jouney date) which your ticket cancelled. Then i tried to contact both of them (Thanam travels and redbus). But i can't. After more time they contact me via whattsapp. But in whatsapp chat they didn't give proper information. They chat repeated same words for my questions. I mentally and physically disappointed. That chating i atattched here.

                              I had booked two seat on 22.12.18 for kolkata to siliguri for 23.12.18 (Ticket no. Tmdg[protected]. After booking i got the tucket confirmation message in which there was a contact number of bus agency (Friends travels). As per the message, boarding point was esplande bus stand, near metro gate no 3 and the departure time was 7.00 p. M. I reached there at 6.30 p. M. & was try to contact continuously, after so many attempted they picked my call said bus has been cancelled. Bus got cancelled without prior information and i didn't got my refund yet. I then had no way except to travel by other bus paying double amount. I request red bus to look into the matter and refund the fair. Soham bhattacharyya

                              I booked a ticket from Dharmavaram to Vijayawada(APSRTC) through tez. Money is deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed. So please, resolve my issue.

                                I missed the bus as bus left Balurghat bus stop at 5.30pm... I contacted the person from Bus operator via contact number and they told me bus left an bridge a is under construction... But neither bus operators nor Redbus is responsible enough to inform me about the new timing... I want my refund back... For your mistake I am going to miss my train from Kolkata... And my train ticket worth Rs. 2000 is going to be cancelled...I tried to reach Redbus via contact number but every time call is cancelled...

                                I have been told the same Auto Generated mail by redBus from the last 6 days... Even the redBus assured me Rs. 25/ hour in case of delay than 48 hours... But all the promises are fake... They are not refunding my money

                                  On 18-Dec-2018, I have booked a bus ticket through redbus app to Mangalore from Bangalore using Amazon pay wallet and sbi debit card. Due technical issue bus got cancelled. I got message from redbus about the refund with reference number. But even after seven working days refund has not been credited to my account and there is no amount with reference number when asked with SBI customer care. I have given complaint to redbus but there is no proper response from them. I have writtern the mail to [protected]@redbus.in but still no response from them. Please take necessary action on redbus and help me get my refund amount.

                                    I received call from operator mid night 1:30 and informed that bus was cancelled and denied to arrange alternate bus. I tried to get refund from 21-dec-2108 and i called so many times to redbus but didn't get any response or call back. This issue is already escalated 3 times but there is no meaning for escalation here. Every time customer care executive said we will call back to you within 15 min but i didn't receive any call from redbus till now. I am very frustrated with redbus and want to esclate this issuw with red bus ceo. My request no: 6458139. Today also i called 2 times and same answer given taht we will call back to u within 15 min but didn't receive any call. I want any positive response asap.

                                        Bhavnagar lords hotel booking for 29th december to 30th december done on 28th december at12:20 am. Amount of 2431 indian ruppees deducted from my account but booking not done.
