boarding point timing and boarding points not followed by bus operator, redbus not willing to refund

My bus ticket number tmbx56785607 bangalore to coimbatore 11/11/18 bus operator left before the boarding time from marathalli. When i called and asked where the bus is i was told to board from bellandur. On my way, i called again to check and was told the bus will not have any boarding at bellandur. I missed my journey due to the bus operator. Raised complain to redbus but they are just apologizing and saying feedback will be communicated...

I had booked tickets from Bangalore to Pondicherry on 16th Nov'18 and return ticket on 18th Nov.However due to Cyclone in Tamil Nadu, I wanted to reschedule my tickets as it was clearly mentioned in my ticted that I could reschedule the tickets before 1.59PM on 16th Nov for Bangalore to Pondicherry trip and reschedule Pondicherry to Bangalore trip before 17th Nov 10.45 pm. Sir i am having issue related to refund as when i booked my bus dated on 11 nov morning.i got a message of cancellation from red bus at afternoon.As per the message i rebooked my bus for 13 from make my trip.So i didn't get any refund for my trip cancellation .I also got a confirmation message on 13 morning but as i had already bookes my tickets from another website i want my refund back.And i tried to call on the customer number provided...

Booked bus ticket through Redbus.in via PNR K6419845 dated 12 Oct 18 from Thrissur to Banglore.
The trip was cancelled by the operator. But even after completing almost 1 month, amount is not refunded.

I booked a travel bus from kanpur to delhi on 11 nov 2018 by red bus app (Safar express tour and travels). Before one week agent call me n said bus has been cancelled by bus owner so u can’t travel on that particular bus.. Refund will be back with in a week. On red bus app trip details was showing in cancelled list upto 11th nov 2018 and from 12th nov onward it’s showing in completed trip. I face lots of inconvenience due to this cancellation....
